    Bought a $3000 computer in August 2021. Received the computer and after 5 months I sent it back as battery was lasting only 2 hours. Received it with new battery 1 month later and with no updates on the matter. July 2022 sent it back as screen wasn’t working, received it back after a month and with an email saying that the LCD Panel has a HAIR stuck inside since it was manufactured, so they will extend me warranty for 6 months, but I can’t ask neither for refund nor replacement of notebook. I have to send it back to get fix again and let’s see which is the next problem. Is this a joke or what? Worst shopping experience ever, worst customer service ever, will never recommend this place nor MSI brand. Find photos attached as how my screen fells down every time I open the notebook after they “fixed” this problem.

    Absolutely abysmal returns/warranty process. CentreCom will require photos/videos of the issues with your product before proceeding. You’re then required to drop the item off to a service centre. There is a $45 fee if the product is found to not be faulty. Centre Com then send the product back to the manufacturer for testing. This can take 3-4 weeks apparently. The whole process can take upwards of 5 weeks to get a result on your return! Just go to Officeworks - like just about every other store, they would have had a refund/replacement on the day.

    Bought this Shifty item a day ago. But it didn't work so bring it back after a day but extremely rude unprofessional staff, denied to take it back. At the time of purchase they offered 12 months warranty and 14 days mind change policy but even 2ND day i bring back and they didn't Took it back.

    Came in yesterday and got fully setup for yet another fun custom build. Staff were great start to finish in all areas. Maybe two of my items were sold out, but not to stress because an almost exact substitute was provided with little to no change in price or performance. Cheers again guys, see yas again soon 😎👌

    Picked up the wrong colour mouse. Came next day to replace with the white one. Charged me a 15% restocking fee. No more. Better off buying from Amazon or other places. No wonder retail stores are closing.

    I wanted to return some monitors that were still sealed in the box, however it was a couple of weeks after the 14 day return period, so they wouldn't allow it. I was even willing to spend more on more expensive monitors. I understand they need to have policies, but this sort of inflexibility meant that I was disappointed with my shopping experience and therefore won't be returning.

    Been my go to place for my computer parts. Paul over there really helped me out alot. Not only did he take the time to understand what I wanted but also checked to make sure each component was compatible with the PC Case and Motherboard that I had bought. Absolutely excellent customer service and price was in my opinion pretty good.

    I took my son in for his first gaming keyboard and monitor. Paul s was happy to show us the range and share his vast knowledge of the product available. His super friendly personality was very much appreciated and his patience was amazing. Would highly recommend him and I look forward to seeing our next purchase with him.

    The worst shopping experience. I bought two products, but they only sent one out, because my project had not started, so I did not open the package, until I did the tax returned, I remembered that I had this package, so I opened it, there was only one product inside, and the whole package was wrapped in plastic, there was no room to put anything else. I've been in contact two times with them since last month, and today I called them for the third time and they said they can't do anything’s about it, blame me why I didn’t contacted them earlier,what a ridiculous company, you didn’t sent product to me. And now is my fault? never to buy again, rubbish! Everyone avoid this shop

    I wish I’d never purchased a computer from these guys. Stay away from their service department and their sales office. Whilst they are cheap, they use unreliable components. I’ve had my new computer back 3 times for repair (once they had it for 6 weeks!) and travelling from near Ballarat I’d had enough. They agreed and promised me a store credit if the computer was in good physical condition so I ventured there again only to be told they fixed it on the spot so they wouldn’t be providing a store credit. Be careful, they are smiling assassins and completely dishonest and not to be trusted.

    Great customer service!!! Huge shout out to Saab he is always helpful and will go over and beyond to help his customers . Every time I have visited this store I had wonderful experience I bought both my monitors and accessories from centrecom very reasonably priced compared to other stores👍🏻

    The company has big conduct issue. I bought a headset, not used and returned same day in person. Not yet refund and still waiting and fighting with them about refund of $470. I don’t recommend this company. If you want to buy headset, go to simplyheadsets.com.au. Refund and return are so easy!

    Stephen was an absolute legend, bought my computer online through click and collect at 4:15pm on a Saturday afternoon and was able to pick it up straight away. He even helped me to carry it to my car when I was super frazzled 🥺 they're so understanding, and have incredible customer service and communication skills. Thank you so much!

    Bought a couple of headsets today and with so many options available Paul the salesman was very knowledgable in the large products range and was able to assist quickly and helped me select the right product. He was also able to give me a small discount which was very much appreciated. Great store to shop at for all your IT needs.

    Over the last 5 years I have placed over 50 orders with Centre Com worth around $15,000 in total. I have never had a problem with their ordering or delivery system and when dealing with Staff members they have always been helpful, enthusiastic and professional. With my last order though, there was a faulty ASUS motherboard, which is the first time I had ever received any faulty product from Centre Com and the first time I experienced their support process. But the experience turned out to be an excellent one, all completed within a couple of hours and despite the crowd of other customers on a busy Friday afternoon, Alex, one of the team members at their Clayton store did a fantastic job of keeping us all informed and assured us of their determination to look after us as soon as possible. In my case, Alex expertly and efficiently assessed that my motherboard was faulty and I was promptly provided with a replacement. Well done Centre Com and thank you again Alex for all your help!

    Well stocked computer accessories, systems, Peripherals, and computer consumables. Prices are certainly very reasonable with a sensible discount on many essential items. There off street parking and an easy access entrance directly from the car park. Sometimes on weekends access to the store might be delayed due to popularity of the store. Staff are knowledgeable, professional, attentive, and friendly with a keen attitude to please. The store is proactively auctioning Great COVID screening and distancing measures, with limiting of customers in store plus sanitation and cleaning.

    Turned up here needing a pc urgently, literally 30 minutes before closing time.. spoke with Stephen in the store and he went out of his way to not only discuss exactly what we wanted and needed, but he was patient despite being the end of the day, he knew his stuff and helped us to build the ideal machine specs within the budget we wanted and then he ran around gathering all the parts for us to take home. He was great. Store had everything we wanted in stock and there was even a great sale happening at the time. We ended up buying a second pc ona. Whim, as there was some really good deals that day. We were out of the store with 2 entire pc’s worth of parts, 5 mins before closing time. Thanks so much Stephen and the team at centre com sunshine :)

    Called them up and I’m in 6th queue, that’s okay I’ll wait but as I get to the first queue they hang up my call. Happened 2 more times! Why bother calling when they are in incompetent to pick up? Amazing customer service!!

    Ray is a such a knowledgeable salesperson and a gentleman. No hard sell, just very informative and he went above and beyond to make sure my daughter’s new high-tech laptop for engineering purposes met Monash Uni specifications. The laptop was not originally in store to look at, but he called us a week later to let us know it came it and took it out of the packaging to make sure we were happy with it before our purchase. He was an absolute delight and whenever my kids need to upgrade their technology we will come back.

    There are better places for PC parts than this place. Avoid centrecom and keep it as last option. Bad customer service post sale. They take very long to process warranty issues. Took almost three weeks when I encountered problem with a keyboard pruchased from them. Found them to be making unreasonable excuses around COVID.

    I recently purchased a laptop online, but it developed a fault within two weeks. I returned it to the Sunshine Service Centre, where the staff promptly agreed to process a refund, promising the funds would be in my bank account within five days. Unfortunately, the refund was not processed as initially promised, and after inquiring, I discovered the mistake was on their end. I have now been informed it will take an additional 10 days to receive my refund. This delay is particularly inconvenient for me as I rely on a laptop daily for work and personal tasks.

    I called and spoke to someone on the phone who said I could return an item. When I arrived I spoke with extremely rude staff, who said I could not return because it was purchased on boxing day. This item however, was full price and not a boxing day sale item. Their return policy only states that boxing day sale items cannot be returned. The staff refused to put me onto a manager to discuss and said the manager would call me. When I asked the name of the manager who would be returning the call, the staff member said he wasn't sure as their had been recent management changes and the store only has a 2IC. They couldn't even give me a name of anyone who would return my call. To this date I still haven't received a call back which makes me beleive the staff had no intention of passing my number onto anyone. Simply because I shopped here on boxing day - the item which wasn't even discounted. This seems extremely unfair to deny a return policy which is stated can be done within 14 days on their website. Do not purchase anything from this store unless you are willing to lose out money. Poor and disgusting customer service

    Misleading sales prices throughout the store, though good range - but too gamer focused hardware for me. The corsair virtuoso headphone shown below says it's 60% off - which to me reduces it from. $239 to $96. However it's actually only reduced by $40 to $239!! Poor.

    Be aware that they don't do returns or deal with warranty issues on weekends. It doesn't state it on the website either. Only found out after driving an hour to return a faulty product. Absolutely terrible service, especially if you're a shift worker and can't make it during the week. They clearly don't value their customers and want to make it difficult to return items. I'll start buying elsewhere.

    My wife and I don't have much knowledge when it comes to computer monitors. Sandeep came over to inform us the differences of the monitors and went in depth to explaining the ones in our price range. He then helped carry the monitor to the car. He went above and beyond. Highly recommended 👍

    Came in a gave the staff a list of PC parts I needed, they managed to deliver and gave me all the parts within a good amount of time and the staff were friendly and efficient, if I have tech needs again, I'll probably come back here. What centrecom could use is a way to see what's in stock, despite being in the website it could come in handy in a shop like this in a physical form.

    Witnessed the most unfair policy,a customer came in to pick up his brandnew computer which had an issue with the charging side of things anyway it was ready to be picked up and he noticed a big scratch on the cover and told staff,they admitted it wasn’t there before by taking before pictures and told him they need to order a new screen and then he will get a call when to pick up,excuse me that’s disgusting he asked for a refund and your staff member in warranty department said no..that’s is not even lawful.centrecom damaged his goods and you don’t even give a goodwill gesture and offer him a brand new item or refund? I have now officially been turned off and will never shop here.Literally everyone return’s something every 10 mins.That shows where are you getting your supply from? I must add this was a brand new purchase only afew weeks ago,customer brang it in for repairs!!yes repairs on a new laptop,then that’s when the more damage as done to it on centrecoms side.

    I originally had a very poor experience due to this older man who not only gave me the wrong information but was incredibly rude over and over again, that being said the younger staff are very kind and helpful but in particular a man named Stephen not only helped me fix the problems I was having immediately but went out of his way to do so and explained what I needed to do. I would be more than happy to be a repeat customer here because of Stephen. I can not thank him enough for all the help I received in such a quick, efficient, positive manner and cost effective manner. Absolutely amazing work on behalf of Stephen and the younger staff there on Thursday.

    The shop certainly has a great range of computer parts, certainly more than nearly every other computer shop has, I recently bought an ITX motherboard to suit the AMD AM4 CPU which worked really well, once I got the motherboard the staff didn't check to see if I was after anything else.

    I cannot recommend Centre Com, as they are known not to always honour their listed prices and have cancelled orders due to "part unavailability" whilst simultaneously having the parts up for purchase on their website. A recent purchase I made met the same fate. I was given a bogus tracking number and told that it was being shipped. However, in reality, the product was never shipped and it never would've. I was given no notification of this, until I called them asking for an explanation as to why the tracking number was fake. I am under the impression that they would have taken my money and never given it a second thought. Thoroughly recommend shopping elsewhere.

    Beware. They require Driver's license and a utility bill for some online orders. Money is taken immediately but refunded in three business days (not unusual but very annoying). Who knows it they are the next Optus data breach. Also don't be fooled by the free delivery, they have other hidden surcharges. Good luck.

    I recently bought a M1 Macbook Air from Apple and need a docking station to connect both of my 4K monitors. A Centre Com Sunshine sales representative recommended me a ThinkPad Hybrid USB-C with USB-A Dock. Unfortunately, the problem with these M1 laptops are their issues in powering two monitors. Dominic T, a service representative at this centre spent two days trying to figure out how help me solve this issue. He was not only knowledgeable but also extremely helpful and proactive. We manage to solve the issue which is great news for my business. Dominic has been a great pleasure to deal with and an excellent example of a dedicated employee!

    Built a gaming PC with my sister and a Home PC with my mum on two separate occasions where all parts were collected from the Sunshine store. On both occasions we had the pleasure of talking with Saad, who thoroughly listened to the requirements of both builds and supported us with picking the best parts. His technical expertise was very impressive and he was very well mannered in relaying complex technical information to us where we had a lesser understanding. Really happy with our experience in this store, one of the best computer places in the West thanks to the staff!

    I've dealt with Centre Com Sunshine a few times in the past and service has always been great, but I was extremely impressed recently when I was rounding up tax receipts to claim. I couldn't find a Tax Invoice for a complete desktop PC that was purchased months ago. It was purchased instore, and all that I had were details from my credit card statement. I sent an email just after closing time on Sunday, and was surprised to receive a response after hours from Jenjie M (Centre Com Online). Jenjie tried to locate it but had no luck. I thought that all hope was lost, until first thing on Monday morning, when store manager Denis emailed it across to me. I know that it's only a small thing, and relatively easy for them to retrieve, but it's still first class 'after-sales' service like this that wins them repeat business !! Thanks heaps guys ! :)

    Been a customer of Centrecom for many years and spent thousands of dollars with them. Today's experience just awfull. Made an order for 1.7K, paid for next business day delivery. 3 weeks - nothing. Requested refund (were happy store credit, but half order is out of stock already) - rejected. "Guys you will loose your customer" "Yeah that's OK we don't care". Awesome. Keep going same way guys. Paypal will sot it out.

    Always have a bad experience here in terms of customer service and hoops I have to jump through to make a return. Would be nice if the service would make sure the product meets your needs before you leave the store. They aren't the cheapest compared to Scorptec and PC Case gear, so little more effort would be nice. Seriously have to put more effort into avoiding centrecom in the future.

    MY ORDER DID NOT ARRIVE AFTER 1MONTH!!! WOULD NOT GIVE ME A STRAIGHT ANSWER WHEN CALLED, DID NOT RESPOND TO MY EMAILS TO PROCESS A REFUND!! HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE. DO BETTER!!

    After sending 6-7 emails they only seem to respond to 2 of them. I currently have 2 orders, I wrote the first email regarding my order that I wish to cancel. Not only did they not for fill my request, but they seem to answer my question with a question of their own. I've also sent another email regarding my other order, the order was placed on the 20/09/2021 it is now the 23/09/2021. Not only have I not received the confirmation email of my purchase but it has been 3 days and no update. Even though it is listed as a 2 hour click and collect, though I understand that's not always guaranteed, but I don't understand why it would take this long. The prices are quite competitive, though the customer service is questionable, and can be greatly improved.

    I recently purchased a new laptop through Centrecom, it was an easy experience overall and locating the appropriate product wasn’t hard due to the breakdown of their site. My product was sent not long after purchase and arrived quite quickly too considering the restrictions. Product was great and would recommend these people for your future purchase:)
