I visited this morning for a consultation regarding the logbook service for my vehicle, I encountered an egregiously cavalier demeanor from the shop attendant. The weight of first impressions cannot be understated, and regrettably, the attendant's conduct was a poignant testament to a lack of decorum. I extended the courtesy of inquiring about his well-being, only to be met with further indifference. It's truly a poor experience. This by far is the worst customer service experience I've received.

Took my car in for new tyres and a it of service about a month ago and the guys here at Kmart my car deer park were amazing from the get go. They were reassuring explained what I needed without it costing a heap and did the job in a day even well under pressure of the cars they needed to service. I am grateful to them and will be going here from now on. John and the team are very easy going and were very helpful to say the least. Top service 💯

Recently visited My Car for a minor repair and dealt with Johnny. The service provided was exceptional and Johnny was extremely friendly and easy going, getting the job done in an efficient time frame and to a good standard and the price was relatively cheap too!!! Highly recommend them and will take my car back for any servicing or repair needs in the future!

Finally found a trustworthy and reliable place to take my car in the area. Booked my car for a service using the online system and it was made simple, even auto filling out your cars make and model. Had a great experience today from start to finish. The customer service from the front desk today was impeccable, greeted with a genuine smile (not easy on a Monday morning!) they called me to explain what they did and that they didn’t need to do much as the car was in good condition. I’ve had countless mechanics tell me every thing is wrong with the car when it wasn’t. Car was out in no time and they let you know that you can come pick it up. They also give you free 12 months road side assistance for having your car serviced with them which was nice and gives you some peace of mind that you have help whenever you need it. Superb team at Deer Park, you’ve won me over for all future car services/problems. Thanks guys :)

Just replaced battery of my car from them. Talking to Vinny on the phone was easy, he explained the type of battery and all details, arranged to get battery replaced at store in next 30 minutes, was very quick. He shared old battery status with me, explaining that definitely needs to be replaced and why. Overall service experience was excellent and strongly recommend.

First time I’ve driven my car away after a service and actually noticed a great difference in my car’s overall functioning. Vinnie was friendly and engaging, explained everything very clearly, contacted me regarding what extra servicing my car requires and what needed to be fixed immediately for safety concerns he is overall very knowledgeable and willing to put the hard work in. He carefully examined my car and made repairs with excellent skills to make my car safe to drive. Vinnie also thoughtfully gave advice on the next service plan to save my money. The level of service I received from John and Vinny at mycar Tyre & Auto Deer Park were absolutely amazing! These 2 guys are as genuine as they come! John was honest and transparent on things I needed and didn't need. This is what you want, especially if you don't know too much about car maintenance. Vinny was down to earth and very easy to deal with. He gave me the basic 101's of car maintenance at the minimum, so as to avoid future issues with the car. To me that's 1st class service, as he didn't need to go out of his way to make me more knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend these guys if you're looking for honest and transparent service! Johnny & Vinny are the nicest and most honest service people every, with incredible follow up service also! Great job doing my tires but the difference they make is the service! They are friendly, and the thing that touched me was they were happy to give me time to get the kids in the car before I sorted out the bill so the kids didn't have to stand around in the cold! I’ve had many bad experiences taking my car to a Mitsubishi mechanic, and after a friend referred me to go to a mycar mechanic I finally did so, I’m so happy with the experience I had with them, and my car feels like it’s driving like a brand new car like it first did when I first got it. Very happy thank you John made my experience with mycar great. Will definitely come back for my next car service.

John and the team are incredibly knowledgeable and so helpful, my car tyre blew on a night shift yesterday- having to return back to night duty tonight his team looked after me and got the job done in a timely, efficient manner! he even looked up my warranty (which I honestly had forgotten about!) and was able to replace the tyre free of charge and was more than happy to provide advice re: other parts of my car that might need looking into in the future, I.e my rubber struts that may need replacing soon! as someone with very minimal car knowledge, i felt so comfortable and at ease knowing my car was being so well looked after Couldn’t recommend them enough! Went in today to get 4 tyres and wheel alignment done. Despite being fully booked and busy, John managed to fit my car in and his team did an amazing. John also took the time to explain all the issues noted during tyre replacement and strategies to manage for maximum tyre life. Thanks John!

First time visiting this store for a tyre change and my man John really came through and squeezed an appointment in for me to have them done ASAP. He took time out of his already busy day to have a chat with me and to hear me out and offer suggestions/alternatives since he wasn't able to change my tyres on the spot. 10/10 customer service was amazing and I know without a doubt thats this guy would take a bullet for me without a second thought. Really good service. I came here to fix my globes. Staff told me they are going to close it will be hard to take more jobs. But when I said I need to go for job next day and my globs are not working he came and look at my globs and fixed it. Honestly he fixed both the globs one he had to replace one globe. He only changed me for the glob which is $35. Did not even change for labour service in which other places do. I would really appreciate this person and My Car for their customer service.

John, Arthur and the crew at Deer Park have delivered once again. The engine light had come on in my Ute when I’d driven interstate. Unfortunately after being charged over $1000 by the store at Victoria Point Queensland, the engine light was still coming on and at times, running a little rough while idling. When I returned home I took the Ute into Deer Park and the issue was fixed within the hour. These guys come highly recommended. Polite, efficient & they really know their trade.
