I grumpily agreed when hubby booked a time here to get new tyres for our car and asked me to go as he had work commitment. Normally I find car workshops intimidating and very uncomfortable. The team here were very friendly. I absolutely loved the waiting lounge. They had beautiful coffee machine, biscuits and other drinks. There were various types of seatings and desks if you were wanting to work from your laptop, TV and even a kids play area. The atmosphere was very relaxing. I was a bit disappointed when my car was ready 45mins early as I was enjoying my ‘me’ time! Hubby dealt with Reagan and got a great deal. Looking forward to going back when we need new tyres again.

Exactly what I wanted, tyre and rim *Service! On arrival to appointment a professional evaluation of my needs and advice, followed by swift installation. I'll be back, thanks. Have been back and it was just amazing, within 5 minutes my vehicle was assessed and I was able to make an informed decision of what I want and walked out with my quote. As soon I can fit the installation I simply call for a timeslot, job done. It never was this simple to change your tires. Thanks

Great customer service and communication from the phone call for my initial booking, confirmation message and on arrival. Very impressed with the price, fast turn around and amazing waiting area. I enjoyed a coffee while I waited and the free wifi to keep going with my work.

With one phone call and a attentive assistant, booked the car in for a Saturday 8am. Wheel alignment and rotation. They got a charge station and laptop area with kids play area too, and coffee station with ample seating and big screen TV running Top Gear at the time. A large showroom that has to be seen to believe for wide selection of wheels to suit any major brand of car or they can order in for you too. Was very happy with end results and this ous my second time trusting MW&T and highly recommend their services.

Changed two rear tyres and they scratched both wheels. When i complained they simply said they were old scratches and not from them. I showed them front wheels which have no scratches but they just simply refused to take responsibility.

They fixed my punctured tyre within 15 minutes. They had a waiting area with a coffee machine and a secluded play area for the kids. And I didn’t have to pay a cent. Very happy with the service.

The staff here go above and beyond to ensure they do it right the first time. They take the time to explain options and deliver every time. I have bought wheels and tyres from MSWT a number of times. For sales and service 10 out 10. I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

Went to use my spare tyre today only to find the mount was broken and laying down underneath the wheel. The subwoofer was just floating around inside the unsecured wheel. Whilst I’m sure it was an accident nobody there told me this had happened. The spare wheel must be secured in a vehicle and for these guys to just throw the wheel on top of the mount and not say a word to me is disappointing. No email provided on website to send pictures so Google reviews it is.

Had a terrific experience with Motorsport as they managed to stock the tyres which were very hard to get for my car. They fitted and balanced them within an hour and the whole process was excellent. The Staff are friendly and helpful so I would highly recommend

I was so impressed with the service I received yesterday at Motorsport. I took my car there as it is around the corner from my work. They were so professional and could not be more helpful. Will definitely go back there for any tyre issues and to buy new tyres when required.

I can honestly say that these guys are the real deal! I’ve been to multiple tyre shops over the years and I was recommended to MSWT by multiple friends, so I just had to see what all the fuss was about! The staff at MSWT are extremely professional and their customer service and facilities are second to none! It’s safe to say that they will be seeing me a lot more often and I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone, as was done to me by others!

This place is awesome, great service by the friendly staff. Massive show room of rims, and spotless too. Very professional, cheapest tyres around, you guys need a shop out west, I drove an hour her and back again to save $20 on some tyres. Cold drinks in the fridge, coffee machine kids play area, marble bench, & an empty fruit bowl.

I am quite fussy when it comes to the balance and wheel alignments done well on my cars, and they nailed it the first time on two occasions!! I was looking for something different to what everyone else had on their VF Wagon. I had Sunny help me out and showed me some options on wheels that would fit the car with Brembo brakes front and rear. I found a style I liked and could also get them any powder coat colour I wanted. Great prices and great service

I don’t know if MSWT is the best tyre service centre in Australia but it is the best one I’ve ever use and I have been a regular customer for several years now. Key reasons 1: prices - transparent and competitive , generally they are the cheapest I can find 2: range - I’ve always been able to source the exact tyre I want there 3: efficient- fitting it’s usually all done within 30-45 minutes( their waiting area facilities are also outstanding) 4: staff- friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Not sure if their motto is “service before profit” but it always feels that way whenever I visit. Keep up the great work guys!

I brought my car in for an alignment along with a new set of Pirelli’s replacing the old set after one of the rears went flat which required a tow to transport my car to their workshop Jordan kindly took care of arranging everything with the tyre service and was helpful and friendly and made the whole experience easy Their pristine showroom is top class and includes a huge selection of wheels as well as a lounge area with complimentary coffee and cold drinks for customers to kick back and relax while waiting for their service to be completed My only “complaint” is that the entry is a bit obscure as the tow driver and I both drove in circles looking for the driveway, you guys definitely need another entrance or a bigger sign out the front! Haha Highly recommend coming to MSWT for the quality service and tyres. Cheers, guys

After having issues through another wheel supplier, Ahmed took over and negotiated a solution for me with the wheel manufacturer and supplied and fitted tyres for me without it adding any cost to me. Best place I have been to . Very good people and products. Clean waiting room with free coffee and cold drinks and kids play room. Had to wait 2 hours but didn't mind it was good to just sit back and relax.

I have been dealing with Motorsport for over 10 years and never had any issues. They are extremely professional and experienced. Very competitive pricing. Reagan is my sales representative for all this time and not only him all the staff have excellent customer service.

Reasonable service and the boys did a nice job fitting four new tyres. I was told a full balance was carried out only to find out a week later they were 20 and 40 grams out of balance. This resulted in vibrations when driving at higher speeds.......I won't discourage people from MS but they must show more care, especially when dealing with performance cars.

First time here, as a referral from a work colleague for tyre replacements. Well worth it, super reasonable pricing, lovely and courteous staff and nice little cafe and cold drink facilities. Was also good to be entertained with Top Gear in the interim whilst waiting. Would definitely recommend and come back

This busy wheel and tyre retail business has every style of wheel and tyre that you can imagine and ever want. The sales team are fantastic and very knowledgeable so can assist you with any questions you have regarding wheel's and Tyres for your ride. The Tyre technicians who fit, balance and wheel align your car are second-to-none. The equipment level is very good with six bay's to work on cars simulateously. This is a very busy enterprise. The very important issue of pricing; I can say they are very competitive and will match or better a competitor price. I have personally phoned around using The Tyre factory and Bob Jane TMart and Motorsport Tyres have price beaten them everytime. With the Covid supplier disruption issues; their supplier connections allow them to obtain tyres that are hard to get or are out of stock with other tyre retailers. If they can't get a tyre you want it's not in the country. Be aware that you'll be at this place for a good 2 hours while the fitment team do their work on your vehicle. The waiting area is fantastic. MSWT provide free coffee, water, and even a coke if you please. Comfortable lounge and tables if you wish to do work on your laptop or you can watch top gear on their big TV screen. I even have a playpen for the young children. The toilets are always spotless. Plenty of parking and you will not have a problem with finding one.

Great service. Dropped in on a Saturday morning to get a quote for a Mercedes mag wheel with bad gutter rash to be revived. They took the wheel off the car and fitted a loan wheel. Then they called Monday afternoon to inform me it was ready. Refurbished wheel was fitted on Tuesday with no hassle. It looks as good as new. Cost was $350. Very happy with the quick service and quality of the work.
