After 14 years of trying to fall pregnant, starting in our mid 30's with other IVF specialists, we felt like cash cows, "thank you, come again" was normal. It was let downs after tragedies. But Nick is the real deal. Nick works magic with no nonsense preparation & straight-shooting science. If we had of started with him we would have had a soccer team by now. Finally, at 48 & 50 years of age we have our family. We can't thank the Monash team enough. True Professionals. They are the best in the country!!

Speaking to this office makes me highly anxious!!!!! I just cancelled an appointment! I have rang this office 3 times and all 3 times I have been spoken to as if I were anything but human! 2 of the times my husband was listening and when I told him abrupt and rude the receptionists are he did not believe me until he heard!!! I feel appalled and I will let it be known on other social media! This is a place where the staff need to be considerate and gentle not bark at you and speak over you and constantly rush you like you are not entitled to be given a minute of their time! When I am paying $350 to see a specialist I expect decency, compassion and 2 ears to listen to me! The first time I called through they told me I too hormonal and need to calm down after I spoke up about the way I was actually being spoken to!!!! This needs to stop!!! I will not be spoken to like this! This May have been the same person every time! I could not even get her name! TERRIBLE!!!!

Ending the best year of my life thanks to Dr Nick Lolatgis and his wonderful team. I can’t even begin to describe how wonderful this journey has been. The ivf journey is full of stress, worries and concerns but the team at Centre for infertility solutions made it the smoothest journey possible. I had previously seen another IVF specialist and can’t even compare the service I received here. Firstly, Dr Nick Lolatgis got us to take many tests and spoke to us about our issues. Then he developed our plan giving us the best possible chance for a positive outcome. It was never a trial and error and yes, we were lucky, our first embryo transfer was successful, nevertheless, many specialists work with trial and error forgetting that we are humans with emotions and every failed treatment breaks us slowly. Dr Nick wanted to give us the best chance right from the start, making sure he knew exactly what our issues were before trialing any treatment. His team is always so friendly and welcoming. They don’t treat you like a number. They make you feel at home with their loving nature and friendly words, always checking in and making sure you’re ok. After 2 years of trying I am now 16 weeks pregnant thanks to this wonderful team. I will be forever grateful.

We would not have our daughter if it were not for Dr Lolatgis ( Dr Nick). After 5 rounds of ivf and 5 miscarriages our first transfer resulted in our beautiful daughter. The only thing we regret is not seeing Dr Nick sooner. Like many others we are so grateful for a doctor who is willing to treat difficult patients and work outside the square to find adequate treatments. Dr Nick will test you for everything possible to get to the bottom of your fertility issue ( something that nearly all other FS will not do). We are beyond grateful for this wonderful doctor. I would also like to mention his beautiful staff ( with a special mention of Andrea and Donna). Thank you for being so kind and caring I cannot speak more highly of you both. We will definitely be coming back for baby number 2!

I have had the most amazing experience with Nick and his team. I have one daughter and I am currently pregnant with my second thanks to Nicks magic. Nick has been honest and upfront with me from the beginning, I have been with other fertility specialist with no success. All his staff are incredible and kind. I was having a panic attack before transfer, all the ladies In the office comforted me, brought me water and tea and calmed me down, a special mention to Kate, Jasmine and Sharon for looking after me especially that day. Also Nicks nurses Alex and Catherine are incredible, thank you for everything. I would highly recommend Nick and his team if you are having fertility issues.

Dr Nick is the absolute best!! After a number of ivf cycles at a different clinic with no success, I am currently pregnant after first cycle with Dr Nick. Aged 40, my odds were a little bit lower, but with his skills and experience and the protocols and testing he uses, my dream of a baby finally came true! I will be forever grateful and will continue to recommend this wonderful doctor. Thank you Nick and also to your lovely friendly staff.

We did the IVF process with Dr Nick Lolatgis after four failed attempts with another well known leading IVF specialist. We did consult Dr Nick back in 2016 and was going to undergo the treatment with him,but he wasn’t practicing for a period of time due to health reasons I think.Hence I went ahead with this well known specialist.but had 4 failed attempts. In 2022 I went for a consultation again with Dr Nick and quickly he gave us to do all the tests needed.I asked questions about improving egg quality he gave us all instructions how to improve egg quality. I transferred two embryos thinking atleast one would survive.I was 40 years of age in year 2022 when I did the frozen embryo transfer. When I went for the scan at 9 weeks I got to know I am expecting two babies after 14 years of marriage. I was over the moon and was so happy. I followed his protocols up and till 25 weeks of his medicine. All went well I had two lovely boys who are currently 8 months old. From the bottom of my heart I thank Dr Nick and his team for all the help given to me to made this IVF journey a success. It was the first attempt with Dr Nick and it really worked for us. If I had seen Dr Nick prior to 2016 I would have had a baby who would have been 12 to 13 years of age. To those who undergoing the IVF process I can truely recommend Dr Nick and his protocols.it truely works. I thank Dr Nick once again for all the guidance he provided throughout this journey. May the good Lord Jesus give more strength and courage to Dr Nick to carry out his work in future.

Seeing Nick was my last door to knock for my pregnancy related complications. Because of him, I could able to have a successful pregnancy and blessed with twins by conceiving naturally. Can’t thank highly enough to his care and all the wonderful staff members for their great service.

Dr Nick gave us a protocol to help avoid miscarriage after we lost four pregnancies. We now have a beautiful 2nd child.

Penny from the practice responsible to schedule appointments was rude. I understand Dr Lolatgis is really a busy person and sees only 3 new patients a day. All I was trying to do was to check if there was some flexibility in the booking process, the response and the tone I was spoken to by Penny was unacceptable. I understand you guys are in position of power to schedule appointments, however, the lack of empathy and compassion shown today, tells me I will only end up becoming a number in your practice . Penny ,hope u are able to reflect on your phone mannerism and show bit of empathy and compassion to other future patients who come to you and are also vulnerable and desperate to see Dr Lolatgis.

Dr Nick and his fabulous staff have given us 110% support since we've moved across to be treated at CIS. They are the most compassionate and understanding team. We are eternally thankful to have their support during this journey. Also a massive shout out to Jena, who has been a rock for me to lean on, always supportive and a pleasure to speak with. Dr Lolatgis offers frank, practical solutions for his clients. His skill, knowledge and dedication toward helping people create families is second to none. I know this after having seen multiple specialists prior to him, who left me feeling underwhelmed, confused, and without much hope. If it weren’t for Dr Lolatgis, I’d still be at square one on the hampster wheel, looking for ‘answers’. Dr Lolatgis has been the most thorough with his testing. A relationship with your specialist needs to be based on trust and I have complete faith that I’m in good hands. With faith and patience I’m confident we’ll achieve our goals.

The most amazing and caring man. After struggling for years not been able to have children I now have two. Nick’s loyalty and amazing care is something that I’m so grateful to have experienced. I started seeing Nick when I was 18 and now 51 still have my loyalty and trust him completely. Congratulations Nick on being such a support to so many people that have experienced infertility. Absolutely wonderful service... can't begin to explain. Dr. Lolatgis was able to diagnose an issue that various hospitals and specialists had overlooked. The outcome was a beautiful child, on the very first attempt, after we had worked towards this for so many years. Dr Nick's staff is wonderful and supportive as well, a special mention should go to Angea in that regard.
