Went in this morning to get some glue sticks, I politely asked the two girls at the 1st register where I could find them as iv brought them from before, they rudely replied we don't sell, asked another person who pointed me in the right direction and they were actually next to the glue guns that bunnings do sell. so to the girl with yellow/ green hair and the other with pink hair, instead of spending all your money on colouring your hair and piercing your face, get some customer service skills and manners !!!

Great Bunnings store in very good location. Best car park under cover. Easy to load your car even with bad weather conditions. Well done long needed in this location!

I do apologise for the late review but here is a review from a different prospective. I was there working with a friend with finishing touches on the shelves and whatever else was needed. We were there from 6.30 am and it was on. Opening day is for us and the staff pretty much making sure everything is as Bunnings expected to be. The one good thing is it's not that busy and having arrived before the birds wake up was very helpful. We changed the the banners from opening soon to open today and as we went inside I noticed that this store is different. Being it's location on a main rd you drive into a big undercover carpark more like a barn style and the entrance is from there. The store it self is different more so in its size not as big as the outer suburbs and the isles are shorter so the people who had to plan the outlay would have had their work cut out for them. Never the less they got it right, the shelves all had to look clean and shining and whatever stickers had to be removed. The staff had to make sure all shelves in all isles were stocked with whatever it was required to have. So it was busy for everyone, it was like a military operation, everyone knew their roles and as they finished theirs they went on to help the others. The new store is nothing different from any other Bunnings I found it being the size it was more intimate and easier to get around. The bus stops right outside and the parking well is rather small from what most are familiar but that it's undercover makes for a better loading when you're leaving especially at winter. Overall nothing that would be unfamiliar with the Bunnings experience but more of the different way that this building was done

My 1st trip out to this new store & car parking galore undercover yay. Whilst the service desk was not busy I got gr8 service from Sebastian for key cutting. Reminding me to scan my Fly buys card & wished me a HNY - oh my 1st but not my last. Thanks indeed guyz 👍🤗👍

This store is massive, the biggest one I've seen, they got everything. It's so big even the car park is inside the store.

Customer service lacking - asked about product as advertised in stock online and staff member of the paint section not only did not know what was or where it was (despite being shown the Bunnings website on my phone), they misguided me with the product to buy and use which I now have no use for. Also, check out member was extremely rude. Overall, the worst Bunnings I have ever been to

Our local Bunnings store and we absolutely love it. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Has all the things an average household needs. Amazing that it is such a kid-friendly place and great school holiday crafts for the kids. My little boy is obsessed with Bunnings and loves an outing to the 'hammer' store any day.

Awful service. Couldn't find anyone for assistance. The guy at the register didn't greet or say anything to me at all, so he just scanned items and I just paid with card and left. This was the worse service from a Bunnings store by far, and their service is getting worse. If I didn't have to use Bunnings I wouldn't but I have no choice.

Just another Bunnings. Girls at coffee shop are always amazing and make a good coffee. Like all Bunnings, staff are everywhere until you need help and then no one can be found. Great parking and easy to get on and out quick.

Weirdly unfriendly lady at checkout. No disputes or issues, just REALLY unfriendly. General floor staff pretty disinterested too

There are always heaps of staff but trying to get assistance is so difficult here... oh and it's amazing how you're at the register and the operator is busy in conversation (non work) with other staff members.

The carpark is a bit oddball, the whole thing is undercover and access back to the road is via traffic lights. I didn't actually go in because I looked up what I needed and they didn't have it in stock, but there was an employee standing out the front with the coolest pink hair.

It's my favourite Bunnings, such friendly and helpful staff. I usually drive a couple of suburbs away to go there, even though there's a Bunnings near my house. Highly recommend! 👌🏼

Unfortunately for those who get about using Uber, Didi & the likes of, won't really want to shop here. Reason is it just too hard for the driver to find you upon pickup, unless the driver knows this place. I had three Didi drivers accept my booking drove right past me then placed my booking back into the queue. I ended up walking a kilometre before booking a Uber back home. Bunnings at Fairfield have no where that is roadside that allows passenger set down or pick up. Poor design, and to top it off the staff ain't too friendly either. Usually & I highly recommend anyone that's in need of a Bunnings store to shop at my local store at Collingwood & on Sunday there is always a cheap fantastic BBQ happening at the front of the store. Rain, hail or shine the bbq is always on. Parking , passenger set down & pickup road side, no problems, there is also bus and tram stop right outside the front doors. If I was asked to compare the two stores , ?? Sorry Fairfield you've along way yet to travel before getting onto the podium next to Bunnings at Collingwood. Won't be going back to Fairfield Bunnings ever again.

Great medium-sized store had all my requirements friendly helpful staff. Fabulous undercover parking for all-weather shopping.

Different and smaller than the bunnings in Collingwood I'm used to. Feels more like a warehouse/pallet store. Only limited check-outs, but I didn't have to wait when I was there. Most surprising was the lack a front door. All entry (including cyclists and pedestrians) is via the garage entrance.

Omg worst Bunnings in Melbourne!!! Grrrr and grrrr Parking is annoying But don’t worry about that. I purchased a clearance item! Of course it scans through at full price. I leave the store and have to return. Get the run around. That item shouldn’t have been on clearance even though the label is still there saying clearance right in front of stock line. Omg I am so angry!!!! The store makes an error and I get punished for it???? Waste of time and has ruined my mood Did I mention grrrrrr

Newish Bunnings, bit different than the normal ones, bit small and compact. Always can get a park in the front undercover parking. Wouldn't be my first choice of Bunnings to go to.

Jan 2024 - First visit which was quick and easy. Small under cover car park with quick turn over. Friendly staff. Products I needed in stock so it was a good experience.

I would just like to acknowledge the exceptional customer service I received at Fairfield Bunnings. I am a frequent customer at Bunnings and would like to thank Pete and Jay for going above and beyond in assisting me today. Employees like Pete and Jay should be recognised for their outstanding customer service as in store experiences like these will keep me as a returning customer. Thanks again guys Trish

Very disheartening to walk into the nursery this morning after a heat wave yesterday and despite there being so many staff doing not much, all the plants are dying for want of watering. The manager on duty today says they can’t water the plants because it’s a health and safety issue.

Very compact store and parking can get very congested. Not ideal for a quick dash in and out as the parking traffic can take a while to get out due to exit directly to traffic lights.

  • 4/5 John W. 2 years ago on Google
Even though that this site is not as large as your usual Bunnings. However the staff is great and has most of the products present. The car park ks under cover and the advantage of traffic lights to get in and out. The only concern is was not able to see a wheelchair parkng. Well worth attendind

Smallish Bunnings, which in itself isn't a problem. But the parking situation is pretty terrible. One big garage with one loop of spaces, so essentially one big traffic jam anytime a car is parking or waiting to park. Plus, the exit is traffic light controlled, so you have to wait a few cycles to get out if even remotely busy.

Every time I have visited this Bunnings, I have received good customer service! Best time to visit is weekdays at 3pm when it's pretty quiet!

A lot of products squeezed into a tight space. Narrow aisles, limited parking not all products available due to restricted space. Still a good store though.

Strange place for a Bunnings. Very little room to move and the indoor car park can be a nightmare to get out of. Can't wait til the new Preston store opens

  • 5/5 Fu-Ho C. 1 year ago on Google
Friendly and knowledgeable staff every time I visit. This Bunnings is clean and tidy. There are always plenty of covered parking spaces near their entrance.

  • 4/5 Ben L. 2 years ago on Google
Pretty good, has most things and indoor parking is handy, if it doesn't have what you need the bigger Northland store isn't far away

  • 5/5 Paul 2 years ago on Google
Great service - the staff knew their stuff and were really helpful :) They were able to provide accurate assistance on a few different enquiries that I had. Note: the store is reasonably big and has lots of stock but doesn't necessarily have all the smaller/ alternative sizes for a pipes and parts that the largest stores would typically have; however should be good enough to get the job done

  • 3/5 Hazel 2 years ago on Google
Relatively nice store, but probably not the best Bunnings to go to if you're exclusively going for plants. We've been a couple of times and many of the plants are dead or sickly.

  • 4/5 Mark G. 2 years ago on Google
Very friendly and helpful staff. The covered parking is a bonus on wet or hot days. Now they have the traffic lights so you can turn right as you exit is a game changer.

👍👍 Shopped here today. Call before I went in to see if they had the products in stock as the other Bunnings said it was and it wasn’t. Got Sheryl on the phone who confirmed products were in Stock and had them waiting for me at the special orders desk. Great friendly service. Thank you

👍👍 My go to bunnings outlet closest to the CBD. Slightly smaller than your average store, often limited quantities for popular items but serves well overall. At least the plants and garden section is pretty comprehensive.
