    Came in to buy a Nike Tech fleece and they were all out of large size. Bit unfortunate but the staff were very friendly and ordered one to my house. Definitely will be coming back

    Lou was extremely disrespectful to me and my friend. My friend and I were testing a product with out causing any problems or damage to this shop. Lou proceeded yell at us and threaten to kick us out. We are DISGUSTED by this behaviour and we hope you have a very good talk to her. We did NOT cause any damage to this facility. Very upset. We asked how much it was and she then said what’s the point of me checking if your not going to buy it even though we were very interested to but this product. VERY DISAPPOINTED

    Finally the Nike Free Run 2 shoes gave out which led me to Rebel Doncaster for a new pair of high end runners. The store was clean and well presented with thoughtfully laid out sections of apparel. Nice energy and general ambience. Whilst I waited to be attended to, I browsed the shoe range and frankly was overwhelmed with the options; admittedly I know little about new runners (the Nikes were 10 years old). David then politely approached me and explained the nuances of my preferred options, honestly and openly with warmth and genuine interest, without bias. Following an accurate foot measurement I tried on several pairs and went with the Asics Gel Kayano 29. Brilliant shoes !! Online shopping may be convenient, the faceless nature appeals to some. However if you genuinely care about your feet, want a fitting and great advice and service, go to this store and ask for David. You will not be disappointed. Lastly, the interactions between David and myself were happy and friendly, these connections are remembered fondly and are something not found in a few keyboard strokes when ordering from suppliers who really cannot be trusted. Thank you again David, I wish you all the best Mon Ami. And support your local Rebel Sport Store!! Real people with real care.

    The worst store manager ever seen! She introduced herself as Molly and did not provide her family name or her line manager contact although I insisted. She ignored my concerns regarding my son's safety with a broken bike brake. It was frustrating that the staff had initially advised me to bring the bike for a replacement, but the manager dismissed the issue as a miscommunication. This kind of behavior is totally unacceptable from any store, let alone Rebel store, especially when it comes to matters of safety of kids. My son was about to hit a wall (as the brake didn't work) if I couldn't catch him on time. It is disappointing to hear that the store manager was not even willing to take responsibility for the miscommunication and provide a solution to the problem.

    Sammy is the best! He is so lovely with my daughter - my daughter always wants to go to see him when she needs new runners. Not only is Sammy helpful he is also very knowledgeable and patient. We will keep coming back to the store because of Sammy ☺️

    I bought 2 pairs of Air Max's for my daughter for christmas (shh, don't tell her :). The 5 stars is for Caley at Rebel Doncaster. I was an annoying customer asking for the right size out the back at 3 mins to closing. It was no trouble for Caley. Otherwise I was headed for a different place/deal tomorrow. Thanks Caley!

    Great service by Molly. This is the second time she has helped us and provided outstanding customer experience. I picked up a new shoe yesterday that was faulty and she provided great assistance in getting a replacement shoe to be kept on hold in Rebel Emporium as that was the only pair in the size I was looking for left in Melbourne. This store never disappoints and goes above and beyond to assist everyone.

    I went to Rebel Doncaster recently to buy my nephew a birthday present, Customer Service was terrible I got served by a young lady called Emily, she ignored me and refused to help when I asked if they had a top in a different size. Wouldn't Recommend!!!!

    Not alot of stock or no stock at all regarding shoes. Staff friendly but you need to speak to numerous staff members so they know what you are asking for. In the end went to Big W and brought my shoes there.

    Worst refund experience of my life. Returned a pair of shoes in store and received a refund confirmation paper. After a few weeks i hadnt received a refund so sent an email to customer service, they didnt reply after 3 days so i went back into store. Staff said that i hadnt returned anything, so i showed them the refund confirmation paper. They said they couldnt do anything about it, that i had to contact customer service (who i had already emailed!). Called customer service who said that i needed to go back to the store. Went back to rebel, the manager (Holly?) was on break so i waited for half an hour. She said they had already refunded me and that i didnt know how to check paypal. I showed her that i hadnt received a refund. She called head office for 20 minutes and said that the finance department said they refunded me for a return made on the 8th. I had returned it on the 6th! So she went back again and finally refunded me. I literally spend 2 hours at the store, the most incompetent and unapologetic staff i've ever met. A disgrace for such a large store, if i hadnt kept that confirmation paper i would never have gotten my $160 back

    I placed an order but to realise the order has not proceed but the money has already deducted from my account. Then used zip pay and made the order and got the ready to pick up sms went there only to find out the order has been put to the Aus post delivery waited there for almost an hour and the staff was nice to repack my order for me. Thank you for that wasn't expecting it.

    Terrible customer service. You would think your staff would go out of their way to help you out. Especially when it comes to looking to potentially buy a weight set. All I got from the red head girl that worked there on the second floor was “Nope don’t have it.” I even asked her if another store has it. All I got was a “Nope.” Didn’t bother to check the system and did nothing. She couldn’t care less and goes to show how Lazy, Rude and Unprofessional your staff treat your potential customers. Also there is no point in going to complain about staff in store because it goes through one ear out the other. I went to Northland instead and got better service there. At least they were professional enough to actually put in the effort to help me out rather than the God Awful service at Doncaster. Definitely not recommending my buddies to go to your store anytime soon.

    The store was ok, but not many items in stock. But most of the staff did not know what items they had and where they were located. I had to ask three staff members before one could help. The other ones just guessed rather than say they didn't know. Quite annoying 🤨

    My 10 month post-operative foot required special fitting. Across 9 months I’ve had the most professional and experienced staff fitting me at Rebel. Second time was a brilliant and knowledgeable guy called Jimmy (Priyakant). He went above and beyond, leaving me so impressed by his knowledge and ability. I will definitely get him to make recommendations and to fit me from now on. Such a refreshing change to receive such great service. The range at Rebel is also awesome.

    Was made to wait for more than 5 minutes for a click and collect in the click and collect line, when there was three staff in the counter area. Two were available but chose to do nothing. One of the available went away while the other played with at the register for about 2 minutes before someone else came along needing to be served. What was the use of having a dedicated click and collect line. The one that was serving the entire time, finally noticed that her colleagues were useless, served me and I got my package in less than a minute from her finally acknowledging me.

    Recently been served by a young worker named Jye M, at Rebel Doncaster. I was going in to get a pair of new Under Armour runners. I probably spent half and hour looking for the right runners, for Jye to go out back to find the pairs of runners for me as I was being indecisive. In the end we found a pair but I think this young guy deserves an shout out due to his patience and great customer service ( going the extra mile). Happy with my new runners 🏃‍♀️

    Let's start with the pros. The range of products is pretty good and the prices are decent. Store isn't fully clear on where men's and women's sections are, however the mannequins make a good guide. Customer service is a major minus. I've visited this store a few times over the past while, and each time the service staff either don't care to talk to customers, too interested in gossiping with each other or are drawn to people who look the sporty type. I've never been greeted by staff upon entry or asked if I needed help, and the only time I've engaged with them is upon purchasing an item (which I found on my own). My server still seemed less than thrilled to be there. If you are good at finding what you need on your own, not a problem. Otherwise, try another store.

    Has lots of sporting goods. But collecting your click and collect purchase is challenging as it is in the truck unloading area, but with the map provided and a person pointing the area out to me it was ok. The dock 10 needs a Rebel Sport sign on it. But i got what I ordered very quickly. Good work. And the staff were very helpful and friendly.
