The state that this play centre is in is absolutely atrocious. It needs a serious deep clean from top to bottom. Dust absolutely everywhere!! Itā€™s disgusting and needs a proper clean ASAP. Dust clumps are falls from the jumping castle, floor is so dirty. I have been coming often with my children over the years but hate to say that if it doesnā€™t get cleaned I wonā€™t be returning in future.

First things first. Parking is a joke!!! How are you allowed to open something like that with so little parks available? Expecting people with young kids to park down the street (in my case, in the rain). Drove circles around it for 10min, no luck & no other option. It was too overcrowded, children riding bikes around the Playcentre (off the designated track) bumping into people. Kids going up slides while people trying to come down slides. My 2year olds socks were absolutely filthy and being so small she didnā€™t even explore that much of the play equipment and stuck to the ball area & slide. 2 Machines not working where balls were, the matā€™s and under machines were filthy, my 9month old wanted to have a crawl around so I put her in there on the soft mats & her hands were so dirty she was trying to pick the stuff out her fingers. Although I had a ball being a big kid & getting involved with the kids, such a shame how chaotic it was & a real let down about the parking and cleanliness. The party was rushed, lady took away kids food before some were even finished, didnā€™t even get to enjoy cake because they had another party to set up for. The food was horrible, poor kids eating overcooked dark chips and hard nuggets, my daughter took one bite and looked at me with a face like ā€œwhat is thisā€. Slide was fun, concept of the centre was great but I personally wonā€™t be returning there again it was too much.

the workers were amazing and they made me so comfortable. my little olivia murphy and alannah blatti enjoyed this experience! edit: Hi all! I've recently come back to crocs after having my little Maya come out the womb. It was really nice, the workers, were reallt sweet and kind as little Maya had pooped in the center. What a lovely lady. Raising young people right! Thank you for another, great, amazing and unforgettable experience! :)

Don't recommend it at all for kids under 2yrs. WASTE OF MONEY! For $10.50 you get 2 broken wooden toys in a padded semi circle and a see-saw that all the 4yrs + kid kept playing on. I had to collect some balls from other area and they had chunk missing out of them. Insult to injury; Muffin break was worse. We ordered a pre made foccacia (that just needed to be toasted) we kept going back to check on our order as it was taking a long time. The 3rd time I went to check on our order there were 4 ladies just standing around, no parties and not that busy. They had forgotten our order and didn't even apologise or acknowledge.

This is the dirtiest playcenter every time we go my son ends up sick. 4 months ago I rang and spoke with the manager and told her my concerns. We were in at 9:15 am and out by 11:30am, there were 5 kids in the whole center being a Tuesday morning it was dead so I knew the dirtiness was from the previous days, the dirt there was could not even have been from 1 day. There were dirty masks left everywhere, forgotten socks and just dirt and dust against netting of center. I felt sorry for her as she was so apologetic and explained how itā€™s been hard to keep up with the cleaning as the owners stopped getting in professional cleaners at night time to clean over the whole place. I decided to give them another go as I feel every business derserves a second chance. Weā€™ll never again 3 days later and we are both sick as a dog in bed with the flu again. This never happens when we go to other centers only the keilor park drive crocs center.

This place is obviously designed for parties, not for ad hoc visits. It's got a fair bit of equipment, but overall is somewhat small. Due to this, it was incredibly crowded. This place seems to be designed primarily for parents to sit and chat as the vast majority of the footprint is dedicated to take and chairs. None of the air cannons worked, which was disappointing for the kids trying to use them. Overall it's fine, but I've found Chipmunks to be cheaper, less crowded and designed with kids in mind.

The worst of the worst! So dirty! Gross! This place used to be one of my families faves, Iā€™ve had 3 of the 7 birthdays there for my son but after my last experience Iā€™m done! The manager the woman with the bun and false lashes is so unbelievably rude! Lady if you donā€™t like your job move on and find something else. Itā€™s unfortunate because the other young staff members including the 2IC are very very friendly,

Had to jump on and give a great review as we were so pleased with the service from Crocs in Keilor. The Manager Nicholas helping organising my sons birthday today was amazing from day 1. Super helpful and accomodating. My son had the best day and all the guests enjoyed themselves ! Will be back for more parties in the future ! Thanks to all the other staff aswell and coffees were made to perfection šŸ«¶ Kids had an absolute BALL! Also cleaner than itā€™s been before, they must be sanitising and cleaning more often now! Keep up the good work guys!

I arrived at 9am, ants all over the front desk next to the eftpos machine, right next the coffee machine. I was the first customer in there, the place was filthy. Nappy bin full, mirror filthy with finger prints, bins full in the normal toilet. Crumbs and dirt under every table & all throughout the play areas. I spoke the ā€œvenue managerā€ he was extremely hostile and rude when I gave him feedback. When i asked why he didnā€™t empty the bins his response was ā€œi didnā€™t warrant it being full enoughā€ although it was the same bin liner from the day before. He advised me he swept, He hasnā€™t the floors were filthy. And the centre was cleaned once a week as thatā€™s all that can be afforded. I suggest being such a high traffic area for small children and breeding ground for bacteria it really should be moped and vacuumed every day. especially the toilets & eating areas. He then go a staff member to vacuum and continued to sit on his phone. We didnā€™t feel comfortable eating their after the sighting of the ants and went to mcdonaldā€™s to play & eat. As itā€™s cleaner. Safe too say the ā€œmanagerā€ took no accountability and things wonā€™t change, we wonā€™t be returning. I wouldnā€™t expect my dog to play on such filthy floors.

My kids absolutely love it here, the only fault I can think of is the staff sometimes come across as rudish, all because they need to smile. Then again, who could blame you working in a place, with all those kids screaming constantly, I wouldn't be able to smile either. 5 Star's

We arrived right on opening and the place was filthy - dirty bandaids, chewed food and visible dust and dirt. You would think the place would be cleaned overnight and this was on a weekday. I hate to think how dirty it would be on a weekend day. There is a see saw in the toddler area, the cover is ripped and clearly needs replacing. I do not recommend this place at all, I can see that I am not the only one who has commented on the cleanliness. I will say that the staff are lovely although I didnā€™t meet the venue manager.

My son is 3.5 and loves it here. We've been a fair few times now and never had a problem. The staff are friendly too. Only thing I will say is I think there should be more of an emphasis on children being supervised. Parents leave their kids to own devices like its a creche. I've seen incidents happen with no sign of parents for the aftermath.

Do not waste your money here. Very dirty playcentre, tables never get cleared or cleaned. Staff are rude and dismissive.

Quiet on a Friday morning, it opens at 8:30am not 9am. Pretty dusty and dirty but lots to do. Cafe was decently priced too.

Customer service here is AMAZING!!!!!! The staff are all so lovely!! My son had a really bad fall, ending with a terrible bruise on his head, & the care/attention I got from several staff was so appreciated! Thank you! We will definitely return šŸ™‚

I brought my two young kids to crocs last weekend and I was pleasantly surprised with how helpful and accommodating the staff were. When I first walked in, I was greeted by a lovely young lady at the coffee machine, she also made me a great coffee. Definitely recommend bringing your kids here for a day out.

Very Dirty! Worst playcentre I have been too! Even chairs and tables had dust and crumbs. Slides and soft play filthy! Exposed wiring behind bouncing castle. Needs a good refresh and clean!!!!

We had booked party today at Croc Center for my 3 year old son Birthday. All the arrangements were fine. However, it seems the owners are a greedy bunch. When we went to pay. We were advised we will not get $75 discount which they advertised book between November to March 2024. On the basis that when we booked we did not tell them we need $75 discount. How absurd is that. The person dealing with us said the owner have made this policy. But just letting you all know if you book please mention every thing to them at start cuz they will play their tactics to rip you off. Iā€™ll suggest to stay away from this mob and book somewhere else who will not play tricks on you.

I took my 2 year old here and it's honestly not suitable for children under the age of 4/5. The equipment is really only suitable for older children. There is also no staff on the floor to overlook things or control the environment. It's quite cramped and very overwhelming. I recommend Bounce if your child is under 4.

My grandson had a wonderful time. There is a good amount of areas for playing. Excellent value. However the centre is filthy. Needs a serious deep clean. Tables are extremely dirty. I just hope that the food preparation areas are clean. Does not encourage me to buy any of the food there.

I decided to try out this branch when I read an email from them the day before about "Snappy Hour"; Email recipients just need to arrive on the set date between 9-10am and show staff their email for free entry. Closing time is at 5pm but we only stayed to 12. Playing is a lot more work than I expected. They had various themed party rooms, a separate cafeĢ inside and lots of tables and chairs in the main play space. There were plenty of different activities for children and toddlers. Jungle gyms, (lots of) slides, jumping castle, coin operated rides, coin operated toy vending machines, claw machines, a bike track, an (out-of-order) race kart, a toddler's play nook, etc. Some hidden gems you'd have to find within the playgrounds were the bowling lane and the trampoline. I ordered a fisherman's basket for $18 and to be honest, was disappointed by the proportion when it arrived at the table. there's some parking spots on both sides of this corner building. However they were all occupied so I had to park at the petrol station that is within the same massive lot as the playcentre and other businesses.

Place is in desperate need of maintenance and updating, plenty of worn pads etc. Could do with a good deep clean too, sticky every surface, food all over the floor (we were amongst thefirst people in for the day), long standing dust. Also the toddler area isn't really suited to smaller kids, my 2yo needed me to help him climb up the equipment. The older kids area looks much better for the older kids, but yeah really needs a deep clean and maintenance

Arrived today at open, 9am, thinking the centre would be nice and clean and we could get a quick play in before it got trashed for the day. Boy was I wrong. The place was absolutely disgusting. Bandaids and smooshed food in the floor, rubbish and odd socks in amongst the play area and smells of ketchup and other food lingering. I would hate to see what it looked like by lunch time. Ordered a coffee and had to go follow it up after people who ordered well after got theirs first. Was told oh yeah the guy started making it but he was training so didnā€™t finish it??? No apology and had to wait again for it to finally be made. Broken toys, exposed cords, just all round awful. Lots of staff on but seemed to be doing not much.

Kids love this place, hours of fun. As an adult visiting, they need better baristas, coffee machines. Better selection of healthy food instead of standard fruit selection. Toilets need an upgrade badly, I urge the kids to go before we go there so we donā€™t have to take them there, dirty, old and exactly what you try to avoid at any public toilet. Price is ok, not amazing, they should look at an all day pass, where you can come and go, or a loyalty pass for frequent visitors.

The toddler area is decent and there is lots of fun equipment. They were previously quite dirty, however management has made cleaning a priority and staff were cleaning regularly the last time I attended. Due to this change, I will happily return and bring along friends.

We've always had a great experience here. But the team went above and beyond to make sure that my daughter's birthday was amazing. Big shout out to the team and manager. My family and guests had a great time here. Will be coming back soon.

We went in the morning on Wednesday and the place was absolutely filthy needs a real deep clean. You would think over night they would clean it. Jumping castle has holes. Think it's about time you replaced it.

We had our sons birthday here and I found it really stressful, we came a little early to set up and the party host came in a couple of minutes past 11 and I had to ask for cups and set up tables and chairs myself because no one had done it, she then said that she will bring food out at 1130 and do are straight away because they have a party in the same room afterwards, I felt very rushed and I found myself hosting the party, I couldn't even finish a coffee. I also told her that 2 people were not coming as I didn't want to be charged for the incorrect amount, when I asked her about this she said I can fix it up at the end when I pay, and when I went to pay I was charged 80 dollars extra for people that weren't coming, 86 dollars! I spoke with the manager and was given 2 free entries. I feel really upset about this, the centre was very busy so I don't understand the lack of service. $400 to host a party myself and rushed out. I've been going there for a few years but won't be going back.

Clean venue, great range of activities for kids from 2 years and up. The toilets were really clean too, which is good to see. We were there for a party and it was run well.

Nice little play centre. Great staff but had to wait for ages to find parking and then waited for 10mins to pay for entry before getting to into the centre. Coffee is good we took our own food but ordered some chips that were nice too! They need more car parks

  • 5/5 Tim A. 4 years ago on Google
Loads of things to do for kids. Rides, slides, bikes everywhere that can easily support an adult which is awesome. Trampoline at the back, jumpy castle and lots of soft play for both infants and bigger kids. Food - pizza sucks, the kids meals are nice. The wraps are awesome. Coffee - pretty weak so if you like strong then you'll need to ask for it. Bathrooms are well kept.

Honestly it's great fun and kids have a ball and the free snappy hour every so often is a excellent incentive, now for the downside it needs a really good cleaning and judging by previous reviews this has been needed for some time so if management could get on top of this issue and it was cleaned professionally it would up my review to 5 stars.

  • 1/5 shhhman1 2 years ago on Google
I have been here twice with my two young children...both times it was absolutely filthy. Tables not wiped down. Stains on the play equipment and has that dirty smell to it. Needs a nice vaccum and mop! Staff are ok but needs a serious clean each day. Overpriced entry fee also.. There is junk food level with kids eyes and not many healthy options eirther. I will not be returning due to uncleanness and junk food galore.

We have been to Crocs half a dozen times over the years and the first 4 times were pretty good. The second last time we went (a few months before CoVid) the whole family came down with a bad case gastro the next day. Could have been a coincidence, although we hadnā€™t been anywhere else in the days prior to the onset of gastro. Anyway we headed back for a play a couple of days ago and lo and behold the next day one of my kids and I are sick again with gastro. I have a feeling they never clean the place which is quite disturbing as kids are full of germs. We will definitely no be going back.
