If you see the rude older woman with short blonde hair + glasses ... run away! She is possibly the rudest retail staff member Ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Words cant express her level of rudeness. If i see her there again Ill leave immediately. And recommend anyone else to do the same.

The best H&M store in Melbourne. Has more variety & sizes than the others and is the biggest, located at the historical old GPO building. There are elevators, escalators and stairs so plenty of options to get to the other levels. I also find this store to have the best bargains.

The product and the price is acceptable but the quality is not really good. It’s good for using several time. But the more you using it the doubled more will be ruined. Because of the resources and the material that will be used to make these fast fashion I will not recommend it. Overall I wont recommend fast fashion

I will never go to this store again in my life, the staff showed themselves to be extremely terrible, I bought myself two T-shirts and went, on the way out, an employee and a security guard stopped me and began to demand that I open my backpack and pull out everything from it and show what is there simultaneously accusing me of theft, after I proved that everything was paid and they detained me just like that and falsely accused me of theft, none of them even apologized. Just think, you buy from them and they accuse you of theft.

Excellent selection of clothes inside one of the most beautiful old buildings in Melbourne, the former GPO. Fantastic helpful staff. Easy to access via car (although on-street parking becoming more difficult and expensive thanks to the car-hating City of Melbourne council) and public transport. Within an easy walk of all the good CBD eateries, so shop 'til you drop and stop for a quick meal.

PLACE I super like the place. First time here in Melbourne and I am very in love with victorian architecture. 😍 I never knew a clothing store can be in this type of building. PRODUCT Definitely has a wide range of clothes from sporty to casual. You can directly go to a designated section if you're looking into something specific. SERVICE I have not come across a staff when I was roaming around the store so I can't comment on that.

The worse shopping experience I’ve ever had. I was asking an Asian guy staff (Forgot his name but I think it’s 3 letters) if I could try the size from the mannequin. I understand if I can’t try from the mannequin and not all the stores could do that. But that Asian guy staff gave me such bad attitude. He said” Did you understand we spend whole day to steam the cloths on the mannequin”. Also gave me rolling eyes reaction. Then I was asking where is the other H&M store in Melbourne. If I couldn’t try here I could also try another H&M. He reply me “ Do you know how to use google”? Also he said we’re just fast fashion store so probably couldn’t help you that much. I know it’s a fast fashion store. But this staff’s attitude I don’t think he should be in retail, if he didn’t want to help the customer with the products. The company should train the floor staff better with basic customer service standards.

A stunning building. Best h&m in the world I could easily say. Stock is high and it's such a delight to shop here. I love that they enhanced the building and used it to it's full potential, while still capturing the essence of its architecture. The staff are great and are always willing to help and go above and beyond.

The review is more for the building than the store. The staff are helpful and the range of clothes is big but the location is the game changer over other stores. Located in the beautiful old GPO and setup over multiple levels, just wandering around is fascinating. Well worth a visit!

Wow, what an experience! Most bougie H&M ever, selection was way better than any other store I’ve been in and the way it’s laid out with different selections being in different rooms almost makes you feel like you’re private shopping

Massive store lots of clothes variety but one start for their customer service lady , no one wants to help in the store and she can the lady serving on payment desk was so rude and she was not even answering our questions regarding our shopping 🛍️ such a big brand they should train their staff on customer service . Disappointed ☹️ I am from Adelaide Adelaide staff is just wow . They are so friendly and always there to help five stars for Adelaide H&M staff .

Huge store but almost no staff around and most aren’t willing to help you with sizes. Either they’re understaff or just lazy. Some days are better though.

I love the old building this store is situated in. They have done a great job with design & layout. Always enjoy shopping at H&M, especially the fitness wear. Their tights are so comfortable. Also, have a good selection of evening wear & casual with good prices.

A big store with huge collection of clothes with reasonable price. Women's collection available at ground floor and Men's/kids at first floor. The staff is very cooperative and helpful, the only thing which I didn't like is limited trial/changing rooms and have seen huge queues for trial.

H&M Security treats us like a thief ! We pay every single item. We also got the receipt! She told us to drop our shopping bag on the floor and pull out all our new clothes. When everything was clear, she didn't even fold it back. Unbelievable!

Huge store with a very good variety of clothing wear for all ages. The store was clean and all the staff members were helpful. Getting to the store is very convenient by tram although I would recommend that you do not come in peak hours as the store and surrounding areas can get extremely busy.
