Very small car park and small in a lot of other things: entrance is small (only fit one car, ie only fit one direction at a time), small car spot spaces (not sure if 2 cars park side by side, they can open the door), and small capacity (only 2 floors and prob have about 10ish per floor). You need to buy a ticket and display on dashboard or download the app for parking payment.

Horrible parking I had ever seen in my life. 2floors with only one way to get in/out. Super tiny parking spots for small cars only. My 7seats SUV and other 3cars was stuck due to there is no car spots and no space to turn around. We need to do reverse all the way to get out the car park. Never use this carpark. Nightmare.

Shocking! The absolute worst excuse for a parking lot I’ve ever seen. There’s only 1 way in and out with minuscule room to go around corners. There was no attendant on site to let you know that the car park was full with 3 cars stuck down the steep ramp when I was there. We guided each car to reverse out whilst stopping incoming cars from entering. Park at your own risk. The operator needs to take accountability here!

Death by parking DO NOT park here. Your car will be stuck Your car may be scratched You may need to reverse all the way out to the entrance. The only way out is to drive out of the entrance. Enter at your own risk. I already gave up but must persevere for my family. If you think life is tough, park here.

Do not park here!! There’s only one lane to go in and out of this car park and trying to get out was the worst. We watched as the Ute behind us reversed 2 floors up in a steep, tight and windy road. We had thoughts of abandoning our car as it seemed impossible to get out of there. After 25 painful minutes, we finally made it out and will never return again.

Smallest parking, no room to turn around and exit and was literally risking it all when trying to fit my van in. There was no space to park in bays as they dont warn you the bays are only suitable for small cars. Dont ever take a van or a bigger car in here

Worst experience ever, thought we would have to abandon car. Not suitable for anything other than a GoKart. Spent 35 min trying to manoeuvre our way out. Wish I read the reviews first.

This is a small car parking. The spaces are small and turns are incredibly tight. Like other have said, one way in and one way out with only 1 car worth of space on the ramp. It is next to impossible to do a U-turn and come out in case the park is full. The markings are poor and it is a blatant money grab, good thing they donot have entry and exit boom gate.

Worst carpark - tiny. We booked online and to access it had to drive the wrong way up a one way street due to road works. When we got there parking was only available for tiny cars. A 58 point turn needed to get back out. Called to get a refund - overall the WORST experience.

If you have any sized car bigger than a go-kart, you'll get stuck. Almost impossible with an SUV. Perhaps the smallest carpark I've ever had the displeasure of using in Melbourne.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst car park in the cbd. Incredibly tight spaces, poles everywhere blocking you from being able to turn easily. The amount of scrape marks on the poles are a dead giveaway that many cars have struggled with this car park. I felt lucky leaving this car park with my car undamaged.

The worst car park in Melbourne. Tiny spaces. Only one way in and out so you may have to reverse uphill and around a corner to let another vehicle exit while you're entering. They should just convert into a bar or something. The Secure Parking car park 100m down the hill is a much better option.

Tight space. Same entry and exit. Definitely not suitable for Sedan and SUV.

DO NOT PARK HERE! I had to scrape my car in order to get out of the carpark, as thats how tight this carpark is. I have a very small car and still couldn't get out, so thats saying something! This shouldn't even be allowed to be a carpark and classify that as appropriate car spaces. The person in front of me also scraped his car in order to get out also! So ridiculous!

Don’t! It’s so tiny you can’t even turn around and backing out is a nightmare. We booked online and paid but there was no spaces. So hard to get out and no refund! Park somewhere else.

The tiniest car park and the worst of all. No place to turn and ended up scratching my SUV costing me $$$ in repair. Do not enter this car park. Wilson should not even be allowed to rent it out. I booked online and there was no carpark available. Extremely tight space and even worse when it’s full and you have to make many turns to even get out. I would give this 0 stars if there was an option.

It has as many pillars as parking spots. The pay machine on ground floor wasn't working when I visited today so I had to go upstairs. The Wilson helpdesk was useless as they advised me to use phone from the pay machine when there was no such thing on the machine.

Very small carpark. There is no space for turning and return. Very tight space.

Small cramped parking structure. One way in, one way out Parking was full. Had to reverse out from basement level. Was full by 8 am on a weekday. Pay machine broken too. Not recommended. Find somewhere else

Wish I’d read the reviews before I prepaid based on location. I couldn’t even find it! Not located at 425 Collins street and no signage or directions to indicate a different entrance.

Same as what others say! Super tight and small car park - really tight turns and not many spaces. It’s cheaper for a reason and too bad there aren’t other choices around. I would rather park somewhere further and walk than use this car park. Even for small cars it’s tight with one entry and exit point!

They charged me 2 hrs parking $45 instead of 1 hr parking which should be $22. What a rip off ? Especially if u r using the parking for the first time. Car park space very tight n I would never recommend !!

Terrible carpark. There’s just one lane for entry/exit, very small spaces and there’s no guarantee you’ll get a spot even if you book ahead.

Truly horrendous carpark. Hairpin turns that are a nightmare to navigate (you can see where lots of people have scraped their cars), one lane to get in and out, and only a few carspaces so it's not even worth your stress. Avoid.

The worst parking in CBD. Nightmare. I got stuck for 30 min just to be able to get out. No way a big car could move around. Small hatch should be ok. There is no sign for "Not Suitable For Big Cars".
