I have had several procedures/surgeries over the past few years, but this was definitely one of the best experiences by far, in regards to the staff. My procedure was on Jan 24, 2022. Having any procedure done is very stressful, especially when in pain. All of the nurses were so attentive and nice (amazing) There was one in particular and I wish I could remember her name :( She was one of the best nurses I’ve ever dealt with. She kept reassuring me, guided me through the whole thing and even held my hand through the whole procedure. I hope she reads this and knows how much I appreciate her. She went above and beyond!! Thank you guys for everything and keep up the good work. I appreciate everything you do!!

Five stars is not enough for my review. From reception to checkout, it was friendly and professional. I really felt like a patient and not a customer. The paperwork was simple and my operation was fully explained by the nurse, anesthesiologist and surgeon. The entire staff was the best medical team I have ever witnessed. Recommended with enthusiasm.

I had a hip replaced on July 13th at the Melbourne Surgery Center. Every aspect of the experience deserves 5 stars. The staff that scheduled the surgery were so on top of everything from the date of the surgery to making sure all the proper paperwork was in order (which is a big deal). The pre-op appointment with the head nurse, physical therapist, and anesthesiologist took away any fears I had. They explained everything to me from start to finish, and clearly answered all my questions. The entire staff that prepped me for the operation made me feel confident that they were taking great care of me and were there if I needed them. Post op was the same. My husband told me they were very responsive to my needs. I only remember the Physical Therapist B.J., because I was out of it, but I felt I was in caring and competent hands. They deserve accolades for their great work!!!

All the staff were so personable and kind. They explained to me every single thing before they did it and told me stories while I waited for the Dr. to arrive. I felt safe in their care and at ease even though it was my first time getting surgery. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job!!

If your idea of a surgical center waiting room is a blaring television playing children’s cartoons, you might like this one. We asked the receptionist to turn it down as there are no kids anywhere to be seen but she rudely refused. Not a place you want to wait for your loved one.

Nurses were very kind and helpful and respectful. They kept me very aware of what was going on. Anesthesiologist did a wonderful job and all things considered felt good when I woke up. He also kept me aware of what he was going to do. My doctor did a great job and everything went on schedule. The receptionist was a grump but everyone else did such a good job I couldn't dock a star. Would use the facilities again for sure.

The nurses and staff are great. The fact that they have you get there so early just to wait and wait and wait is ludicrous. Hurry up and wait.

I can’t say enough about how great the people are here. From my doctor, nurses and staff that took care of me from the moment I walked through the door. If you ever need a procedure done, don’t hesitate to choose Melbourne Surgery Center!!!

I had surgery at this facility this morning. I had superior care by my 2 nurses at preop and procedure room portion! Thank you Lisa R and Maddie for keeping me company while waiting and just being such kind, caring nurses! They were both so knowledgeable and professional but also human and compassionate. Brian Rye take notice of these 2!! Also, the young lady who checked me in was amazing too!

I recently had surgery at the Melbourne Surgery Center at 95 Bulldog Blvd Suite 104. It was a good experience with a professional and friendly staff. My family and I really appreciate all doctors, nurses and administrators for their work. Best wishes, Irina!

From the receptionist at the front desk to the PACU nurse as we left everyone has been amazing the pre op was sweet and attentive anesthesia was friendly and informative. Dr Malis kept me posted throughout. Overall 5 stars does not do it justice and surgery was actually 10 minutes earlier than scheduled.

I was recently here to support my husband through surgery on his knee. He had surgery with Dr. Hermansdorfer. It was quick and easy to find, check in, and sit down. There are several parking spaces marked up front for Surgery Patients. The facility is nice and clean. The staff is very nice, professional, and tries to explain things in a way you could understand (and yet not feel dumb). They give you very detailed photos with the explanation. The sweetest part is the "kissing wall." The last spot where family goes back to the lobby and the patient goes back for surgery. The staff goes through the discharge information at a good pace. Overall, we were impressed with the entire visit.

Best surgery center in Brevard.i get epidural every 6 months. Other ones rush you thru and take short cuts. Real profesionals at MSC

Dropped wife off for surgery. Told I had to wait outside no contact made at all. I know it's all about the patience but the ones waiting should be filled in to. NOT JUST WE NEED THE PAYMENT

Not like any of my previous surgical experiences. The family is shunned to the lobby. The patient whisked away 2 hours ahead of the procedure with no contact. As the 'escort' I was told nothing. The front desk reception seemed like this was just a job and annoyed when I asked for details. The faq on the website leads you to believe that there is a presurgery waiting room...it's the lobby. The family... Nope one person. Recovery has yet to be seen but I expect they will get her dressed and just bring her out when done - again, the family is not part of it except the one PAYING for it. This would have been much better where they considered the family and the procedure to be part of the patients well being rather than "just another $$". I will strongly suggest making sure to check every other option before checking here. Update: apparently they staff were helpful and get caring to my wife. She seemed happy enough with the care. Best answer, be prepared, know that the FAQ is not quite legit (marketing) and that the person waiting is merely not part of the plan from the business perspective. Personally, I will never use them.
