😠 This review is strictly for the office staff. The most rude, incompetent, and idiotic group of people I’ve ever met. I asked for my records to be sent to ME, the patient, and they refused. Extremely rude when answering the phone and provided no insight. Do not go to this place. It should absolutely... People often mention staff, meds, good,

This review is strictly for the office staff. The most rude, incompetent, and idiotic group of people I’ve ever met. I asked for my records to be sent to ME, the patient, and they refused. Extremely rude when answering the phone and provided no insight. Do not go to this place. It should absolutely be shut down or the entire staff should be fired. Dr. Gates is great, but his staff is moronic. Fire them.

This was my first experience with Circles of Care. I was not impressed. Your time with the Dr. Will be very short and not informative. Besides, there was a language barrier. I didn't feel comfortable talking with her even though she explained she would write the scripts and I would see a therapist because she is the Dr. I'm going to do some research and find a new Dr. I don't care what age you are... mental health is a very serious condition. I was told that I should be better equipped to deal with my depression because of my age!!!!! I know lots of people of all ages that deal with this disease. I was very upset when I left the office today.

I agree with the guy below me.(same psychiatrist) I thought he was nice at first but i told him my meds weren't working anymore and he still stuck me on the same meds and same dose and rushes me out. Even asked him about the whole emotional support animal thing and he got furious and said he's allergic to dogs. I'm like it wouldn't be for bringing him in the office.... i have been to the hospital a couple times with a heart rate up to 129 that escalated. Due to my meds perhaps and the fact they're not working for my anxiety that's what i was explained to by hospital ekg was abnormal twice if he doesn't fix the meds I'm changing my psychiatrist and hopefully i get a heart felt or atleast understanding one. The guy seems alright though but i hope he listens to me this time I'm currently on an upper and downer that's also what the hospital said could be the cause. I have no clue. Just hope he fixes my meds or puts me on right dosage.

I am saddened by the "axe to grind" reviews by some folks. The detox community was just the tonic I required. Now I am in full recovery after a week in circles and 4 months at home. I met a number of good administrative people and made some very good friends. Support for me was evident. All was calm and needs were met. Three meals per day were nutritionist approved. Those that complain should reflect on who cared for you when you needed professional help? Hmm? Circles is not the Grande Hotel, but it is a care free place to stay. BTW, Dr. V.V. was a very intelligent woman...that is, if you gave her an honest chance. If you are kind to others they will respond in a reciprocal manner. I am a teacher not a preacher, but if you are my brother, you better start to pray.

I saw Dr Miller who knowing I donate plasma prescribed be a med, but refuses to sign a paper that i can donate until 5 weeks later at a 30 minute appt. I need one signature. Now, he dropped me which was my wish after the first visit. He is dismissive and giant up to date on alternative treatments. Not the person for me if is ok with causing me what he is treating me for.

I've been coming here for a while and the staff is amazing! The front desk is always polite and willing to help. The pharmacy has gone far above in helping me with my medication. Administration is also wonderful. They always return my calls and always patient in dealing with any of my concerns. I love Circles of Care and would recommend it to anyone in need of help.. Great job everyone!!!

Took my mother in for a 2:15pm appointment. Its now 1 hour later and still nothing. Pretty sure its a government run facility given the pace everyone moves. Pharmacy is usually quick. Doctors are slow and don't seem to care. Find somewhere else if its possible. Just watched a guy forced to walk out because they were so late. Pack food with you for this place and clear the whole day because if not you'll starve and not make it anywhere els . Anywhere else has to be better.

I had my first appointment at the outpatient clinic on Commerce Drive this afternoon & it was a terrific experience! Easy & uncomplicated paperwork & my sliding scale fee was honored, which is more than I can say for certain other clinics in this area. Very pleasant front desk staff who made you feel welcome & the provider I met with, Khatriena Johnson, was very cool. I like her a lot & she explained quite a few things about anxiety that I hadn't known. I feel like I learned from her today. Pharmacy wait wasn't bad. I've only heard good things about Circles of Care & I wasn't disappointed. I'm glad the Palm Bay Hospital ER referred me here. If you need mental/behavioral health services, come here.

Been coming here for a solid 18 years, up until a recent insurance change I’ve been seeing an outside psychologist. Now I’ve been trying for over a month to get a COC therapist before i do something ill regret, it shouldn’t take so long for someone who has been baker acted at least 8 times over the last 18 years! Pharmacy crew are nice but they never answer the bloody phone any more, I always have to walk in cause they apparently don’t return the refill request messages! Dr Gates is really amazing though as a psychiatrist! Some days he takes a hell of a long time to get to me, but its kinda worth it cause he is so cool! Over and out!

Gone twice and have been traumatized. Never ever again. I was SA too and they did nothing about it. They are always understaffed and let things slide. Do NOT go here.

Worst experience ever was there for 24 hours and had to check myself out. Had staff run into my run 10 deep for one guy an when asked it takes all y’all for one person had a staff member tell me “we have to roll with our gang” not the kinda mentality you want in a place dealing with its mentality ill people definitely needs to be reported to the health board and a few drug test passed out for the staff. Seeing as how it’s a government ran facility I’m sure they are unaware that people can foia all their information and put in formal complaints with the health board… this will be fun 😊 it’s clear they don’t understand HIPAA laws or follow any code of conduct that’s set in their bi laws as care providers. You never know who is an undercover investigator and who isn’t….

Been coming here for years. No issues until lately. My insurance denied a medication that is new. Been calling for weeks just trying to get a new medication and I can not get a simple response from the doctor. The staff is horrible. I am not even sure if he is getting the message and no one can tell me anything from the staff when I call. There seems to be no organization or protocol for simple procedures there.

CoC has been a good experience for me. It took them a while to get me in even though I was in crisis, but once I was in, it's been really helpful. They didn't let me flounder while waiting for my appointment either. They had me call in every morning as a way to check on me. You only see the doctor once for your eval. After that, you see a counselor who evaluates your progress and adjusts therapy accordingly. I have never done their talk therapy, but once we got my meds right, it's been smooth sailing ever since. Sure, life causes dips and cliff dives, but the meds keep me from having a lot of suicidal ideation. I'm actually fairly level. So, I would recommend this place if money is an issue.
