I went down today and the first thing the receptionist asked me was if I have the vax ID so that to go in and train !!! This is discrimination against humanity and NOT acceptable behaviour from the staff 👎👎👎 ! Really liked that gym but asking for the vexed people only to go in that’s disgusting and discrimination behaviour! If there was less than one star I would give you -100 👎👎

Went there with my son and the lady on reception just put on all her efforts and energy to make sure that my son can’t go in due to his age although his classmates where already in even when her manager said yes she went to their manager to make sure my son can’t go in so she enjoyed it and was very happy after she won and what she said is what happened

Very well equipped heated indoor pools. Also the sports facilities are outstanding including children's play area and library.

Went there just to see if there was a toilet, sister was outside about to have an accident. Asked for my proof of vaccination, I didn’t intend on entering the building I just wanted to see if there was a toilet accessible by the public for my sister to use. Staff were incredibly rude, very unhelpful and unprofessional. Quite sad as I am here on holidays and this centre was quite a disappointment. Heard such good reviews and I had planned on visiting, but from the way my sister an I were treated we have cancelled. If I could give the 0 I would.

Nice centre, friendly staff upon arrival, facility was quiet and clean, updated recreation centre compared to other older established ones.

Nice depth for training kids to swim in the training pool; and the lap pool was good too. Water is nice and warm in the training pool but a little on the cooler side on the lap pool. Overall a comfortable pool and great for family especially with the family bathrooms located outside the main male/Female toilets.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not set up a direct debit with these people during your 7 day cooling off period. Despite cancelling within the cooling off period, I have continued to be charged for weeks. I have requested weekly that the debit is cancelled and my money refunded. 5 debits later, still asking for the debit to be cancelled and still waiting for a refund. Give them a fake card number at the very least!

Pretty average because some staff are experienced, some doesn’t care. Some teaching lessons are good, others don’t care. Taps and showers are broken, staff don’t even bother to place a sign for a week, you gotta hope that next space will be working, apparently council doesn’t care either. Wants customers to call council to fix their plumbing.

Amazing facilities, top equipment and a great environment. Good service with friendly staff ( Especially Andrew )and a super clean and comfortable gym for everyone from beginners to professional athletes to train at TRC!

The creche/occasional care at TRAC is amazing. The staff have provided over 6 years of care to my children. My children have always felt safe, nurtured, engaged and a great sense of belonging at this centre. It’s been a second home to them. The staff are amazing and do an excellent job engaging with my children and providing them the highest quality of care. Can’t thank you enough. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Very good gym and pool area. Can get crowded at the pool sometimes but it's ok.

ZERO STAR First and last time.. the staff there are (nathin) very rude and disrespectful he been following me from pool to pool and telling me to move out of the pool. I will never go there again

When I got here a lady was calling me a sook and saying I was a fat crybaby. She is the fat one and everyone was so mean! The staff did not care 😒

Can’t complain in terms of availability of parking and gym equipment on site but management seems all but inclined in cashing in on getting as many new joinees as possible. The quality has gone downhill, fans and AC can be not working for days and also the maintenance of equipment is lacking. People who have come for other bookings seem to walk into the gym unchecked and sometimes in slippers, topless or barefoot. There are plenty of “offers” for new members but existing ones get a spike in the membership fees but no added benefit. Overcrowded in the evenings. People taking extra runners and have them laying them around on the floor for some unknown reason - they are supposed to go into the lockers but staff turn a blind eye.

Quite and clean place for hangout with family and friends. You will have place for sitting and walking. Car parking is also available.

Great place to take the kids. They love the depth of the small pool compared to some other pools around.

One of the best places to feel good and relaxed, to free my mind, work hard on my health and to have fun. I have to say I love this centre, I've had a pleasant experience, I met some of the employees, Anna and Vicky. They are absolutely lovely and professional, they answered all my questions through a phone call and since I stepped into the place they were very kind and welcoming, Anna guided me through the process for my gold membership and explained everything in detail, Vicky gave me a cool and extensive tour through the facilities and told me all the classes they provide, I'm so excited!!!. Today was my first day and it was just amazing! Even though I know how to swim the guards were very attentive an checked in to see if I was fine. Thank you all so much for being very attentive. There are excellent facilities and classes available that I'm excited to join.

Good idea to call ahead if you're taking your little kids so that you know you will have somewhere to splash. No mention that a whole 1.2m pool would be taken up by swim lessons when paying for entry. Disappointing because it's usually such a great facility when you can access what you're paying for. The water play area is good but not that useful for kids who want to swim a bit.

Great to visit with kids. Multiple pools are available along with spa and sauna. The facility is well maintained and has plenty of parking spaces.

Very impressed with the whole set up of all the different types of pools to cater for so many different lifestyles..eg..Spa..disability..children's area for the very young and another for the young school age and then there are the lanes for normal swimming..Lots of seating..lifesavers present everywhere..Lots of parking area and dressing rooms..Nowhere better..Tidy everywhere and very roomy. Couldn't fault anything..Swimming teachers very much alert and careful watching with crowds of children...

Most amazing facility I have every benefitted from. Spaces are well maintained, staff are helpful and friendly. Super competent instructors Open from early morning till late at night. Plenty of parking. Next to the library. What else can one ask for 😊

I tried this pool today for the first time. Moving from Fawkner due to its shutdown. Reception asked for my contact details so that someone would call me later to get feedback, which I thought was great. Facility was good although there was a couple of items I wanted to mention including a broken shower head. A man called me an hour later during my business hours and asked for feedback. I started to provide a few items of objective feedback. 30 secs in the call, the guy says something to the effect of: call us back to give feedback, thank you. And he hanged up. That rudeness put me off joining particularly that I did not ask for the call and I was nice enough (perhaps naive) to provide my contact mobile and email!! Will look elsewhere!

Take my girls to swimming lessons here and they have a great time in the kiddie section. Hoping as the weather heats up they can use the outdoor area.

I requested on 19/05 that my 1 year old's swimming membership be cancelled and I supplied a medical certificate because he had been in hospital. I was told over the phone it had been cancelled and we would incur no further charges. I noticed I could no longer access the Active World app so I assumed it had been sorted out. However, I received an email on 29/6 stating the account had only just been cancelled and my partner just confirmed that TRAC has continued to deduct payments from his account. I have had to make too many phone calls and send too many emails just to cancel this membership and have continued to be charged. Could someone please arrange to refund us this money?

Stoked with the results I've been able to achieve at the gym with the support of PT David in such a short period of time. He has given very clear guidance within gym routines, been caring, patient, outcome driven but also very reasonable upon expectations. This separates previous experiences from privatised gyms and makes this a special community gym.

TRAC swimming and recreation pool area is currently undergoing maintenance inside the disabled access rooms. Benches have been replaced with sturdy alternatives. Lovely pools, flat floor, wheelchair friendly access into the building and into the water, with a hoist lift to assist with moving immobile patients into the hydrotherapy pool. Loved seeing the accessible change rooms getting some much needed attention. We are at this pool weekly for nearly 2 hours, and we may see anywhere between 5 and 10 visitors with a wheelchair during our time. If you are looking for a place for accessible hydrotherapy, with large change rooms and trolleys to assist with dressing and undressing, consider this place.

the swimming lessons were on all morning and the staff member at reception took my money .. kids and I swam in front of the stairs for 2 hours should really have told me lessons were on and i would have gone elsewhere

Pretty full with people - but granted excessively hot day and it's the start of school holidays, don't really expect many people weren't going to head towards water. But the great thing was that continuing out through the back doors was a outdoor section which for me was the best part( and if the screams of joy were any type of clue I think the kids loved it too) Great amount of shaded sections both on the grass and with table and chairs, nice - well kept BBQ for public use and a very nicely sized water play fountain in kind of the centre - big enough for the kids, mum and grandma to cool off.

Very busy place on a hot day! Facilities need a clean as I noticed mould on the roof in the steam room and a build up of a white substance on the children's equipment, but it was still well maintained. Clean changing rooms and toilets. The prices were good too. All in all, a good visit!

The centre showers are often filthy . Most of the pool staff are friendly but there is a huge lack of customer service. Staff need training. Other pool centres are way more customer focused.

Gym is a little lacking in atmosphere but the cardio equipment is top notch. I haven't been into the aquatics area so cannot comment on that aspect.
