Excellent place, have been before and now back once again for my son's 12th birthday party. We did the 2 hour pass for 8 of his mates who loved it, and now my daughter who is turning 15 soon, mentioned she would like to take her friends there. Very very happy customer and staff were great, and kids had a blast. Yes, we'll be back..

Being an adult on a trampoline for the first time in a couple of decades... holy heck. I forgot how fun it was!! Plus my 3 yr old had the best time too, thanks... We'll definitely be back soon 😁 EDIT: June 2023 - still a bloody good time. We came late Sunday evening and it was reasonably quiet, so my 4 yr old got to try out some areas of Bounce he hadn't been before; namely the X-Run area, Performance tramps, and the Cliff Jumps. Thank you so much Lily, Campbell and Will for being so lovely with him, and giving your time to him!

My young grandsons ages 5 & almost 3 had an Absolute Ball and both said this was the BEST PLACE EVER! They Absolutely Loved it & seeing them have so much fun, made my day! The male staff member was so Awesome too and even got them a ball when they asked him, he was so very friendly and helpful! I will be highly recommending to all I know to check your Awesome venue out! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My sons party went smoothly, stress free, the staff were helpful and friendly. The party host made the event super fun and entertaining for the children. Everyone had a blast 100% we will be going back for outings and future event. Highly recommend you give it a go as young and old a fun filled night .

Nothing beats sitting in a tin shed on 30+ degree days no iced coffee water bottle sold not cold and no fans or ventilation upstairs. Food served at party’s are served Luke warm Poor management is what let’s this place down. Management need to take a good hard look at themselves because they have no idea. All the profit this place is making and they can’t supply a few fans upstairs and invest in a bigger drink fridge. No ice for iced coffee what a joke.

We had a great time at my daughter’s 9th birthday party. The team are efficient, friendly and helpful! Great attention to detail, made sure to run through everything that happened for us. The kids had a blast and I’m seriously considering a school mum group catch-up here.. Thanks to William and Julia in particular - just wonderful. :-)

To be honest, a bit disappointed. Looks like it needs a bit of updating. Floors were pretty dirty and worn out, lots of stains and chewing gum stuck. Cleaning throughout the day would help. Can't even compare it to Latitude with activities offered. Also no aircon upstairs, just a couple of large slow fans. Bought a small packet of M&Ms, $4.00. amongst other things ,which is a bit steep. The cash register wasn't working so had to pay by card then they charged me 1.2% surcharge. But it was their fault the cash register wasn't working ....I dont think we'll visit again. We'll just stick to our usual trampoline park.

Emily is a fantastic party host, made sure all the kids were included and made the whole party so much fun! Food was amazing and all staff we had contact with were helpful and polite. Thanks so much for making our boys 9th birthday a memorable one.

Great setup for all ages. Staff were very helpful and showed great customer service and communication. It would be great to have QR codes for ordering food and drinks while in the mini bounce area. I had a 6 month old and 2.5yr old and no pram (left in the foyer as advised) by myself at the venue and once downstairs and in the gated area it was a lot of effort to pack up both kids and head up stairs to get food or drinks.

Great team work here at Essendon Fields! We had our sons 5th birthday party at Essendon Fields BOUNCE and the service by the staff and their party spirit and energy were exceptional! My son had a very happy and memorable party and our guests complimented the party hosts. We had Nikita and William as party hosts and Fin and Julia as managers looking after us and checking in throughout the party. Great team work guys! THANK YOU, couldn’t recommend you enough. You’ll see us again very soon.

All of the staff were great and the kids had a ball. I would like to mention one of the staff members Paul, he was amazing with the kids and remembered every child’s name (even in the new session times) and was fabulous with them. It’s a credit to him and the team at Essendon. Thanks for making my son’s birthday celebrations a success.

Bounce was the perfect place to celebrate my son's birthday! The entire staff were not only friendly but also went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great time. The party host we had was absolutely amazing and showed genuine care and understanding throughout the event. His enthusiasm and energy was great, keeping all the kids engaged and entertained. It's truly refreshing to find such dedicated and accommodating staff. We had a fantastic experience at Bounce, and I highly recommend it for any birthday celebration!

From the ease of booking, to calling to make changes and the wonderful phone staff. Then the party day the staff were all smiles on entry and happy to help. Then with Llachlan our party host he was so onto it, made it so much fun for the kids and I didn’t have to stress about anything, he coordinated everything. Highly recommend it’s the best Birthday party my son’s had! Thank you 😊

We had a birthday party last weekend at Bounce Essendon Fields and our host Mozie was the best host. He really made the experience wonderful for myself and other parents esp when their child needed extra encouragement. He was super patient with all the children and also was a fun host for all the party kids. He kept every child in line which was fantastic and kept to time. And he provided all the information to us at the start and kept us informed throughout the event. Thank you very much Mozie.

Everything ran so smoothly with our son's party. Huge shout out to Antonio, our party host who went above and beyond. He was very interactive with the kids, did a great job taking care of them and ensuring everything was set up perfectly in the party room as well. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to book a great, fun party place

We were greeted and made to feel welcome with clear instructions. Our host Will was calm and kind. The activities were varied. No one got bored. The party room was attractive and lit with natural lighting. The food was tasty & mostly eaten by the children. Everyone left happy. It felt like a safe and friendly environment.

Great for kids of all ages. Even includes an area for toddlers up to 5yo, with a well designed and safe play centre comprising a ball pit and 2 slides. Also has few small trampolines. Could do with some more tables and chairs though, hard to get a spot when busy.

Great place for the kids. Good for all ages, adults too. I jumped around for a few hours and had a blast. There are food options but we didn't have any. They need to maybe enforce hygiene a bit better, parents walking with no socks on the equipment and kids using dirty socks. Besides that, it's a fun place to bounce.

We just celebrated my son’s 8th birthday @Bounce and it was an AMAZING!! party, we had a really AWESOME host Marcus, who looked after us, in every possible way for the entire party. All the kids had an amazing time & the food was really great as well. Thank you so much, for a truly awesome & fantastic birthday celebration.

Some of the staff need a bit more training and development. There’s rules, we get it no problem but there’s a way to talk to adults vs talking to kids. Mustafa (with a name badge starting with H) brought the vibe of our fun family adult event down. Otherwise a cool place.

Fun place, gets extremely busy. Is good for all ages however, with parties, its a bit tricky as parties are catered per age brackets. So having. 10yr party is unfair if the 4yo sibling & younger cousins can't be part of it. Need a custom party option. Also parking is awful and very limited. Designated carpark is very tiny and needs to be redone as lines are fading. Other parking is on street but away from the building so bit of a walk. And some street parking is very limited, especially if you get invited to a party. Other then that, will definitely visit again soon.

The Bounce team were fantastic from booking, payment all the way through to delivery of service. The facility was well presented and the activities were well structured. I love booking in my team for activities here a few times a year.

Its a great place but unfortunately it was booked out when we visited. Still it was good to grab a coffee and enjoy it on a table with wonderful views of planes taking off right next to the window . Its better to book online beforehand. We took an Uber but I’m sure there would be plenty of parking here.

Bought 2 x 2 hour pass and took my son and daughter on 15/04 and they loved it!!!. Busy of course being school holidays. Great set up. Plenty of different bouncing options to choose from. Staff was great and friendly. Cafe was reasonably priced. Would have given it five stars had it not been for the feral kids jumping the queues without their parents saying a word! Highly recommended overall.

We had a great time at my child’s birthday party. I really liked that we had a dedicated party coordinator for the whole party. Liam did a great job and was great with the kids. I loved that the kids were supervised so the parents could relax a bit. Loved that we didn’t have to clean up afterwards! Overall a total success and I would highly recommend to other parents:

Staff at Bounce were very helpful. Booking process online was easy and quick. I found it to be a Safe environment for children and their friends. It was not very busy at the time we went, which made it more easier to supervise my children. They had a so much fun Will definitely be back!

The hosts managed the kids wonderfully, the food was great! The timing of everything was perfect - couldn't ask for things to run any smoother! We were really happy with our experience, but if I had to give a criticism, it would be if more than 5 kids could be removed from a booking (within a certain period of notice). I paid for 14 more kids than I needed to in the end. Thanks again for a nice end result though in any case!

This is a great facility for kids! My toddler loved every minute of it, we even got a play mates deal which extended our time there from 1 to 3 hours so we stayed longer then I thought we would, lot of new exciting things being built as well. I couldn’t rate the staff yesterday any higher, they spent a lot of time encouraging my son to try things and other kids around my sons age. I’ll be returning for sure

My 12-13 y/o students enjoyed the different stations and challenging themselves with the wall and the obstacles. We booked a two hour session and time flew by very fast! The students took breaks and enjoyed the canteen where they could purchase drinks and snacks. Overall, a great activity to enjoy with their friends and quite school friendly as well. Helpful staff, both on the phone during booking and on-site!

The party was amazing, all of the children had the best time. Chloe was our party host and she was amazing. She was so nice to the kids and you could tell that she really loved her job. All of the parents were commenting on how brilliant she was. My daughter even commented that she was so lucky to have Chloe as her host. Minnie welcomed us and she was equally as lovely. The whole party ran so smoothly and you could see that all staff knew their place and their role. Well done to you all - I would not hesitate to come again. Thank you!!!!

The mini bounce zone was perfect for my 2 year old. He enjoyed being able to independently access every section of the play structure, and loved having a bounce on the trampolines.
