A good and affordable place to swim, relax and exercise. Open until late for a great way to end the day and good clean facilities

Good pool with 2 children's areas, spa and sauna. A decent gym. Reasonable price for membership. Like most places, the pool can get very busy with multiple classes running making limited lap lanes a little busy

Usually head here for swimming with the kids, pretty decent pools and a good experience. I will say those pools tend to be pretty cold though, usually expect the pools the smaller kiddies swim in to be a fair bit warmer so they can enjoy staying in their for longer periods of time. The parents rooms/showers that I have been in are in need of some attention and a good clean, at least that's what I felt when we have visited. The last one we used didn't seem to have an emergency button either. Aside from some of those issues we do really have a good time here, the staff are always really helpful and it's a good price for casual swimming as well. Which handy for a local place.

Reasonably priced. The change rooms are always so dirty though. The family ones in particular were awful. Step up your cleaning guys.

I use the pool and attend group classes frequently and have found the facilities to be good. The aquatic area can get quite busy with swimming lessons which limits lap lane availability. Front desk team are always super nice and great at remembering names. Although not directly related to Pelican Park, I wish the company that owns it would create an aquatic membership that includes aqua classes. I'm paying for a full gym membership even though I don't use the gym at all :(

Thank you to the lovely ladies at Hastings pool yesterday. They helped me enormously, giving me directions to Phillip Island. I am from the UK, could not use my mobile, my hire car had no sat nav and there was no WiFi available. They went above and beyond to help. So grateful. We arrived safely thank you! X

I enjoyed the swim, and environment , however the lack of parking spaces was a let down. Still had a great time

Honestly don’t bother coming if you’re looking for a fun and easy going environment for a good gym session. I’ve been stalked twice while being there for 25 minutes… really just uneasy feelings with no staff following up with making sure all users feel safe and valued

Good place, swimming pools are good temperature, the changing rooms are clean and a good size. Overall pretty good place.

I've contacted them several times about their booking app because it's primitive, not user friendly or allowing of any booking more than 2 days in advance. One class is never on app as available for booking so you have to call them to do it. Email responses are slow or not at all. It's quite frustrating trying to resolve anything with them or have questions answered. I do not feel as though social distancing is adequate in one class so I've stopped going to it. Class members were requested to workout facing eachother directly within less than a metre and this makes me feel very uncomfortable. Especially since some of the members are elderly.

It is close by, the employees there go out of their way for you and everything is under one roof. I wish there was a second major lap pool, but lve been a member for a few years now, and missed it heaps when it shut due to Covid.

This is about the sixth closest swim school for us. It's a decent commute every weekend, but keep coming because it's so well run. Anna is a fantastic teacher who has really brought out a huge level of both enthusiasm and confidence in our daughter to tackle learning to swim. It's a consistently enjoyable environment that produces fantastic outcomes with a fun environment to enjoy learning. We're also greatly appreciative of Meredith's consistently professional and proactive communications around the uncertainty of the past 18 months. Very well run from top to bottom. You have my most sincere thanks.
