Only after your hard earned money, the service that costs $300 will be invoiced at over $600 just because of the big name. I had to waste another day after servicing my car to go and fix the oil leakage left in the car by technicians. Also lost a rim cap after their service thanks again to technicians who installed it.

I took my car there for a full service and RWC, they claim they changed my wipers and I needed a new filter. They claimed they replaced all the items. The car was going to my daughter. Recently, my daughter car due for another service, low and behold, the mechanic pulled out of her car A filthy filter that was meant to be replaced for RWC and the wipers are scratching the windscreen because they were also faulty the new mechanic advised us and showed us the proof!!!! Do not go to this place, the young guys Mechanic are great at lying and poor in their mechanical performance. They rip you off especially if you’re a female!! I’m disgusted at the fact that they ripped me off and claimed to have done work and they didn’t do, I’m going to report this place now.

All the great reviews here are well founded, John and the team are both professional, efficient and friendly. While waiting for my car to be ready, I witnessed how they speak to each of their customers with care, professionalism and compassion regardless if you end up taking them up on any of their services. I observed the devotion in employees, they help even going out of the way. They behave very well, guide professionally and do the their best to help. They were working even their break time just because I told them that I’m in hurry. 100% recommended this my car, love it.

Called in distress on Friday morning to book my car in for a tire replacement, by 8.30am Saturday morning I had my new tire. Excellent service by Vinnie today, he didn’t close the store although I was running late to pick up my car. He went through the services list by list explaining what each one was about and helped me understand any confusion I had. Very caring and also had a great sense of humour. The team at mycar Sunshine helped me out with a puncture, fitted the spare, ordered in new tyres and fitted when they arrived. Helpful and easy to deal with.

Got my service done here for the first time. They recommended a whole list of things that needed replacement or fixing. One of those included wheel alignment. I only got my wheels replaced 2 months prior so I told them not to do it as I would just go back to the place that fitted my tyres to see what they could do. Long story short, I went to the place that fitted my tyres, they found no issues with the wheel alignment. They even rang mycar and asked them what the issue was and mycar sunshine told him that it was “recommended” that I did it. Cleary trying to upsell me. Beware especially if you are a female. They will tell you a list of “issues” that are not real issues.

My car was fixed easily without hassle. Sam was easy to deal with and very professional. He mean what he says... told me that my car will be fixed on same day... he did it in less than an hour.

My car died in the middle of the road this morning and a tow truck came to pick me up and dropped me off at mycar, the gentleman was lovely. In about an hour or so I got a call and nothing mayjor and no charge. Very happy thank you!!

Today all of a sudden I discovered some oil drips around front wheel. I was so panicked with thinking of leakage of brake oil and drove to the Mycar Sunshine. Immediately Sherief, a mechanic, checked it thoroughly with removal of the wheel. After that he said I had driven over something. He put everything back without charging any cent. Bravo Mycar. Took my car in for a service and these guys did a good job! New tyres and breaks fitted, plus a few other small things and after a small adjustment of break discs things are like new! All done for a reasonable price as well.

I have been sending my car for service at the Sunshine MyCar outlet for a couple of years now with no complaint. Made the worst mistake this year by sending it to the newly opened outlet at Highpoint because they are nearer to me. After servicing my car at the Highpoint outlet, the "Oil Change is required" signal still kept coming out. They also changed my wiper but one of the new wiper is bent and not able to does it job. I drive down to the Sunshine outlet one week later without making any appointment, their friendly staffs fixed my problem in less than 10 minutes. I really can't thank them enough. I will entrust my car service requirement tot he Sunshine outlet moving forward without a doubt.

Happy with log book service. The front brakes and rotors replacement was long but it was eventually done.
