    My family and I recently visited this Toyota dealership, eager to put a deposit down on a new vehicle, after having done our research at Toyota dealerships. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. Dan was pinged by the front desk to attend to us and was forced to peel himself from a pizza party the staff was having. Rather than receiving a warm greeting and attentive service that one would expect, we were treated dismissively. Dan provided one-word answers, seemed irritable, and was more interested in returning to the pizza party than in assisting potential customers. We weren't looking for special treatment; we simply wanted our queries to be addressed and to be given a bit of courtesy. I understand that everyone has off days, but when your profession revolves around customer service and significant financial decisions, there's a base level of professionalism and attention that should be maintained. What could have been a neat little sale for the dealership ended with us promptly walking out within a few short minutes. To the management, I hope there's some reflection on the training and conduct of the sales staff. And to Dan, I genuinely hope that pizza was worth it. In the future, we'll be taking our business elsewhere where the value of the customer isn't overshadowed by a slice of pizza.

    Have visited this dealership a great number of times. The sales weren’t approachable regarding new hybrid car sales, not even allowing a test drive if they think you won’t be putting a $500 deposit in for a 12-18 months wait time. Terrible customer service and plus 3000s of customers orders on the line with no cars available for sale. Avoid this dealership at all cost if possible.

    As the owner of 3 cars purchased at Nunawading Toyota I could not be happier with the quality and care of every aspect of their operations. Brett (the owner), Mick and Adrian (managers of the service dept) have always showed absolute professionalism, customer care, integrity and an extremely friendly and positive approach. This is extremely rare to find in business. During the week I needed to have a part replaced on my Kluger at short notice. As usual, this was done in a highly efficient manner, at an excellent price, and the quality of workmanship was faultless. Thanks once again team!!

    I am one of the people still waiting on rav4 hybrid 19months, now I understand they’re delays but to keep on chasing for updates is simply poor customer service. You would think that at the very least you offer customers updates every few months even if it’s simply saying you have moved 2 spots in 6 months. I picked Nunawading simply for the seemingly glowing reviews. It’s disappointing enough to be waiting for so long the least you expect is a courtesy update email rather than chasing for it. Do better Toyota Nunawading

    We had the pleasure of purchasing our Toyota Yaris Cross Hybrid from Nunawading Toyota earlier this year and the entire process was smooth, trouble free and fantastic. Thelma and her team made sure that all our questions were answered, kept us up to date and informed with delivery dates and timings and also delivered our car directly to our property. The customer service that Thelma and her team provided was excellent. Thank you Thelma and team for making the process of purchasing our new car so smooth.

    Only purchase cars they have stock and ready to deliver. The dealership is focused on taking customers ‘off market’. - Purchased a 300 Series Land Cruiser, at start of March 2022, was told should be 8-12 months, they wrote down ETA March 2023, been chasing updates for the car since Jan this year, made domestic driving plans for JUNE this year, have been told I would get a build and comms number once it’s in production, from February 2023 been sold they are delivering same model vehicles that ordered in Jan/Feb 2022, it’s been 4 months since, still being told they’re delivering Jan/Feb 2022, and also I’m the 6th on the dealership list. Communication is HORRIBLE. If I was told vehicle is delayed, would have cancelled and taken vehicle from other dealerships, as a local dealer have had cancellations. They are too focused in taking customers ‘off Market’. Will not offer alternative solutions, like a rental vehicle etc. STAY AWAY if car is not in stock ready to deliver

    Waited 30 minutes me and my son and did not get any acknowledgement. As a potential buyer, I was very disappointed with the service and decided to leave. I understand that most customers service are Chinese but they don’t have right to service only Chinese/Asian customers!! Some Asian customers arrived after us, it can tell without booking and got most of the attention and checked few cars!!! Disgusting behaviour!!

    Toyota are very good liars. We were told 12 months ago that our Carolla Cross would be 12 months wait and that they were improving their supply chain to deliver sooner. Now we are told another 4 to 5 months. Their head of sales and marketing recently said in an interview that wait times had improved to 4 months. Another lie. He also said that they had improved their supply chain issues. Another lie. Honda, Mazda, Subaru and Ford all have immediate delivery on similar vehicles. I will never listen to a liar from Toyota ever again. Their marketing spin makes me sick. I've owned three Toyota's and I will never walk in to a Toyota dealership ever again.

    They are pretty average. There is an elderly gentleman, who is like a salesman from a comic book, would try his charismatic best to sell you cars you don’t need. Their new car division is better.

    I was charged $620 after I bought a Toyota Corolla and cancelled the purchase within the cooling off period. (Cooling off period was 1% of the purchase price $180). Andy Fraser has not contacted me after I have submitted numerous emails to get most of my money back. Not a good experience at all!

    I would like to thank Danny in Used Cars and Mick from the Service Department at Nunawading Toyota for their after sales support and attention regarding a minor issue with a Yaris which I had purchased six months earlier. They were both very attentive and efficient in rectifying the issue and made me feel like a valued customer. Very positive experience and the car is great. Thanks Mark

    Called them and asked on some parts, the guy started to add $30 - 40 on each part price on the listing. Part prices varies 90 - 130 before those added values by the guy, so 25% - 40% price rises...🤣 Hint: the vehicle type, badge, version, year insanely affects to determine this sudden impact to increase prices out of nowhere...😂 They publish one price on market platforms. I just called to ask for a quote and to double check the stock availability to collect them over post. Not one part or a few, but all parts are new stock and prices skyrocketed for easy bucks compared to their most recent market flatform prices. I ordered everything (except the side step) on AliExpress & Ebay for less than 1/2 cost with shipping, even some with better qualities (wide widths for weathershields) and unique designs (black out.

    Thanks Simon (Salesman) & Nunawading Toyota for getting my GR86 (Pride & Joy). Although the ETA of delivery I received wasn’t accurate, Simon definitely did go beyond & above to try and get me the correct information on what stage in the delivery process of the vehicle is at. My family knows Simon very well & had always bought Toyota Vehicles off him in the last 2 decades. If you need a brand new Toyota of your choice in Toyota current line up, go & see Simon as he is willing to listen & help out in all possible ways to get you the vehicle you want & delivered. Treat your Toyota Vehicle well & The Reliability that company that value it will look after you.

    Customer service really has gone out the door. Salesman… no smile, no hello, no help. Why is he even there if he seems so withdrawn. I had to ask for his name, tell him mine. No idea why he’s there if he can’t even sell me a car. Went to Mitsubishi down the road and they were very friendly and helpful and showed me some cars.

    I am writing this review to express the professionalism and incredible outcome on the delivery of my new Toyota Landcruiser LC300. Charlie Liu and Ronjec Song from Nunawading Toyota has gone above and beyond to get the car before a certain date and made the whole process reassuring and easier than expected. From the moment I spoke to Charlie Liu I knew I was in good hands as not many dealers have the same communication skills and transparency as Charlie Liu.     Couldn't give lower than 1 star. Worst customer service ever seen. Was looking for demo car, and was told price is non-negotiable, no test drive, and never worry about selling the car to other person if I don't buy it. Good luck to people who is buying car from this place.

    Absolutely wonderful experience buying a new car. Miles was fantastic from start to finish and made the experience as seamless as possible. If you’re after a new car, this is the place to go to. If you’re after the most professional and helpful salesman, Miles is the guy to speak to. Would be a return customer for sure.

    Met with Andrew and Nick - very friendly and straight to the point. Not pushy and listened to my needs. Allowed me to properly test drive a LC300 - which was fantastic in that there are not too many about. Very happy with this team.

    The staff go above and beyond to help you without trying to push a sale! I highly recommend Alex who helped myself and my husband or Miles who helped my sister with her purchase. We both got the CHR in red, they will definitely remember us! They’re both come highly recommended and did everything they could to make getting our new cars out on the road a smooth and enjoyable experience. Wonderful experience. Will be back to update in a few years.

    Worst customer service. The reception passed us to a new car dealer. The seller, no enthusiasm and very rude , just said that you have to wait for our cars for 3 years and he was not even willing to give an explanation about the cars.

    I received my kluger Hybird recently after months waiting, salesman Simon Chen was very nice, offering good service, did his best during my purchasing, I was kept informed by Mr Simon well .
