We went for lunch, everything was really really good. The food was great, lots of wine choices, and the service as outstanding. If you are in the region and don't know where to go this restaurant is a must.

Can’t recommend this place enough, a local tasquinha in the heart of the north serving delicious local northern dishes. The service was fast and friendly; the portions really big! I am definitely coming here again ❤️ I recommend their tasquinha beef, bacalhau and their house wine with Alvarinho and Trajadura grapes 🍇- don’t forget to ask for their local dessert!

We drove quite a bit to get here as other restaurants in the Geres park were closed at the time. But I believe it was worth it. The food was well prepared, local and delicious. The staff were friendly and navigated our English/Spanish/Portuguese lingua very well:-) The wine we were served was ok, but this is always very subjective. The restaurant itself is very cozy and the surrounding area was calm and inviting. The prices were a bit higher (compared to other areas in the Geres park). Overall, very nice experience!

what a lucky find… I went for a wine tasting and was directed to a restaurant which served local foods and local wines. off the hook! a must stop take the time and slow down to visit this place. atmosphere, food quality and service A++++. thank you for making me feel so welcomed and helping me with my Portuguese pronunciation… I will came back and eat everything to also practice my Portuguese.

Amazing food, atmosphere and food. Super wine selection. Best Arroz Doce I've ever eaten. Totally worth the 40km detour we did!

Skewers (Espetada) and Mushroom Steak (Bifinhos com Cogumelos) and the starters were all excellent and very well prepared. Lovely fries, I don't usually eat them but couldn't resist these. Wine selection is really good too. Service was super polite and gave good recommendations.

An unexpected exceptional lunch in very smart surroundings (even though we weren't quite as smartly dressed as some other guests). Very attentive and kind waiting staff, and delicious dishes - traditional/local food with a chefy twist, but still hearty and huge portions. Would definitely return, and considering coming back to this magical corner of Portugal just to be near this place 👏
