    DISGUSTING. STAY AWAY.... does anyone even care anymore? Dirty tables, trash on the floor, and a gross kitchen. Not eating anything from this place. The restaurant was virtually empty and the three employees were more concerned with entertaining each other than taking pride in their workplace. Way to set the bar low Wing Stop.

    Wait 1 hour for our food fries came extra salty I ask if we could get new fries. Manager took my fries put them on the fryer and took them out and said there were different fries. Tables full of trash don't waist you time or your money. They don't care about customers.

    The worst customer service I have ever seen! We walked into an empty restaurant and stood in front of the cashier for a solid 5 min while the manager stood next to her scolding her for something she had done before we entered (it was very unprofessional). Neither of them looked up or addressed us. The cashier stormed off and the manager walked away without even looking at us once! We then asked another employee if we could order (we are very confused on why no one will speak to us at this point) he says "sure" and takes our order. We sit down and watch for 45 min while people come in and place orders and get food before us. When I kindly asked the guy who took our order how much longer it would be he silently just walked away to the kitchen, so we were assuming he would come to us and let us know how much longer or if our order was missed. Nope. 5 min later I got up and asked again, AGAIN greeted with no words lol what is going on over there? There is zero desire to be in customer service at all! After an hour with no updates, we decided we were done waiting so we asked for a refund. Had to wait another 10 mins for the GM to come give us a refund. Not once during the process did she speak to us, ask what the issue was, or apologize for the horrible experience. My entire family is in the food service industry and this experience blew my mind. No idea how this business keeps its doors open. Corporate should definitely take a look at all the horrible reviews for this location and get new management as this location is lacking some serious guidance. Will never be back, such a waste of time.

    Abysmally slow service on multiple trips. Tables are full of trash, and even if you wanted to clear them yourself you can't due to no trash cans. Somehow a wing place, during lunch time, ran out of chicken. Waited 20 minutes before being told Chicken was just dropped. That was 40 minutes after actually ordering. When I noted that this would have been helpful information when I was initially told my order was "a few minutes" from being ready, I was simply informed how short staffed they are. I definitely get that but you can still give someone a realistic expectation as to when orders will be ready even short staffed. Do yourself a favor, drive 10 minutes further for a much better experience at Buffalo wild wings. The food itself is fine, it's just a terrible experience. Good luck if you decide to go here. Never again for me.

    I ordered “Well Done” and got “Almost Done”. Soggy Fries and wrong drink. The TRIFECTA! 😤. Maybe train your employees to read orders and to answer the store phone. #Fail

    We love Wingstop but have literally never had a good experience getting anything from this particular Wingstop. Always takes way longer than it should. Always has frustrated customers inside and they always put you on hold for way too long. It’s very poorly run. We just called and got put on hold for 15 minutes. They proceeded to then pick up the phone and immediately hang up on me. I called back again to place my order and the EXACT same thing happened a second time. It’s a joke

    Placed order on line for pickup. When I got my notification that order would ready when I got to store. I get there and after 20min was told no order found. I said ok can I place an order now. After I assume the manager(he never told me his name)came and took my order from my phone which showed it was placed. I sit another 30min while I watch numerous (7) people place and p/u orders. I understand problems arise sometimes but when I got my order it was under cooked. My experience made me feel like I was not a customer priority. I have been in CS all my life. What I experienced was untrained unfriendly employees and poor service.

    Don't give these people your business. They have a terrible rating for a reason. The messed up my order 2 times. I decided to say something the second time. I called in and told them this was the second time they messed up. They offered me a free 15 piece to make up for it. Since I get wingstop for my family every month (orders over$100) I figured why not. Nothing was stated about a 2 week limit for credits. I had a medical emergency that landed me on hospital and was ill for a full month. I called in a few days after getting home from the hospital to place an order and the woman I spoke to was so rude. She kept repeating it's been over 2 weeks and we won't honor any credits. I asked to speak to a manager and she placed me on hold for 20 minutes. I hung up and called again and they kept hanging up the phone. I called the next day and spoke to a polite but incompetent assistant manager. Told him what happened and he said the manager Anna who gave me the credit didn't even write my name down in the credit book. On principal alone I won't give these ghetto theives my hard earned honest money ever again. I'm also getting a credit from my bank for my last order. Over a dang 15 piece when I spend about 100 every month as a treat for my entire family. There are plenty of wing places. They aren't special and hopefully they get new management bc the ones running the place are obviously terrible. There ghetto rude employees are a reflection of management.

    Food was amazing and they have some really delicious cocktails! Service was a little slow even though there weren’t many people there. I was at a table at the bar so likely it was slower since I was further from the bar but the bartender was still serving us. He was very friendly though and the food was hot when he delivered it!

    Everything about this location screams mediocre - from service to food to the facility. Also, why is it that you never actually follow the instructions as provided by the customer for online orders? If I ask for well done, I expect well done. Instead, you cook it regularly disregarding the instructions and my food just sits there for longer getting cold because I time my pick up to match the time it should take if food was actually prepared as per instructions. If I order light or no fry seasoning fries, that gets ignored. I provide number of wings per flavor, and you forget how to count. Sometimes, you just have the phone off the hook for no reason. Why are each of those a recurring thing here?
