The
worst
customer
service
I
have
ever
seen!
We
walked
into
an
empty
restaurant
and
stood
in
front
of
the
cashier
for
a
solid
5
min
while
the
manager
stood
next
to
her
scolding
her
for
something
she
had
done
before
we
entered
(it
was
very
unprofessional).
Neither
of
them
looked
up
or
addressed
us.
The
cashier
stormed
off
and
the
manager
walked
away
without
even
looking
at
us
once!
We
then
asked
another
employee
if
we
could
order
(we
are
very
confused
on
why
no
one
will
speak
to
us
at
this
point)
he
says
"sure"
and
takes
our
order.
We
sit
down
and
watch
for
45
min
while
people
come
in
and
place
orders
and
get
food
before
us.
When
I
kindly
asked
the
guy
who
took
our
order
how
much
longer
it
would
be
he
silently
just
walked
away
to
the
kitchen,
so
we
were
assuming
he
would
come
to
us
and
let
us
know
how
much
longer
or
if
our
order
was
missed.
Nope.

min
later
I
got
up
and
asked
again,
AGAIN
greeted
with
no
words
lol
what
is
going
on
over
there?
There
is
zero
desire
to
be
in
customer
service
at
all!
After
an
hour
with
no
updates,
we
decided
we
were
done
waiting
so
we
asked
for
a
refund.
Had
to
wait
another
10
mins
for
the
GM
to
come
give
us
a
refund.
Not
once
during
the
process
did
she
speak
to
us,
ask
what
the
issue
was,
or
apologize
for
the
horrible
experience.
My
entire
family
is
in
the
food
service
industry
and
this
experience
blew
my
mind.
No
idea
how
this
business
keeps
its
doors
open.
Corporate
should
definitely
take
a
look
at
all
the
horrible
reviews
for
this
location
and
get
new
management
as
this
location
is
lacking
some
serious
guidance.
Will
never
be
back,
such
a
waste
of
time.
