I’ve only been here once and came because my regular nail tech was out of town. I liked the design of my nails, although she didn’t follow the picture exactly. However, I noticed when I got home that two of my nails were extremely crooked, and a week after getting them done about 6 were lifting. I just took them all off. I’ll be sticking to my normal tech from now on.

After just wanting a regular mani and pedi, they added a bunch of other stuff to hight cost. Now the paying is not problem, but i specifically said to not cut my toe nails short. She clearly didn't care 😫. I have a hard time growing them out and they are regularly super short. Anyways. Never coming back. Not only do they decide to add to the cost, but they also don't listen to what the customer wants. Should've sticked with my Chicago nail girl. 😪

This is my second time I've been here since new ownership. I moved a few cities away but still close by. I'm definitely going to keep coming back. Brought my daughter to also take advantage of up to date nail trends.

They do beautiful work!! I'm so happy I found them. I used to go to the one in Winston plaza, and they are horrible compared to them. Here they take their time on you, regardless of they're busy. Everyone is friendly as well there.

First time ever coming here and it was great! I'm not sure of his name I think It was Brock but I could be wrong, he was very gentle and nice. My nails came out amazing! I dont usually get my nails done but I will for sure be coming back. 28$ for a full acrylic set with regular polish not bad too me.

The lady who owns this place is SO TALENTED. Just look at the pics on their Facebook page. They say enough. I waited a long time because she had a couple appointments running late but she apologized, did my nails quickly and soooo beautifully! I’m really happy with them and will be going back. She can do literally any design you ask for.

The service was good at first, but then when I keep going there I just felt like they didn’t wanna do nails they took their time for them to look like I had them on for a week. The nails polish wasn’t laid right the acrylic was bumping. I said something and they tell me no problem never got it but drilled it. To each their own. I will not come back again. Friendly people but bad service

Went there yesterday for 1st time and they are all accommodating, friendly and smiling. Customer service are the best! They encourage me to try a diff color cuz im afraid it wont look good on me but it did!! Reasonable price. Came back today cuz i chipped my gel nails and repaired to me without any frowning faces! Will come back again for my next appt. After 2-3 weeks. Thank you again!!!
