Receptionist are great. It’s just the doctor. He seem like he didn’t care what I had to tell him; it looked like he didn’t wanted to even be at the clinic. I went in for pain in my foot that has not gotten away for almost a week. He didn’t even check my foot he told me to come back for X-rays. I came back later that day for x-rays and was waiting in the waiting area for the results. Doctor comes out talking to the receptionist then he sees me and he just had a face. He approaches me and tell me there’s nothing broken. I left from that place not knowing what was wrong with my foot nor he provided me with instructions of care. Being in the medical field it’s just sad to see an actual doctor not care for their patients. I suggest not to visit this place. PCC wellness center walk-in did a better job.

I guess the people that gave good reviews never seen the doctor at this clinic. It was my worst experience ever going to Westlake Urgent care. The staff and the receptionist were great but the doctor was really rude. I went on 12-31-21 to see the doctor because i’ve been feeling really bad with a bad cough, feeling dizzy, body ache, and ear ache. As soon as I walked in I seen the doctor being rude to a patient and then asked me why I was there, if I already got tested for covid. Told him because I wasn’t feeling good. The doctor said I should of gone to the place that I got tested. Told the doctor the place I got tested was not a clinic and I went just to get tested to make sure I didn’t have covid. After all of that I was only in the waiting area for a couple of minutes. The nurse took my temperature and my blood pressure. I stayed in the room for 45 min. waiting for the doctor coughing the whole time. Doctor checked me and told me you could leave very dismissive. I asked if he was going to prescribe me any medication told me no and it was viral. When I asked him for a doctor’s note he told me no and and I should of gotten a doctor’s note where I got tested to see if I had covid. Told the doctor again that where I got tested it wasn’t a clinic and in order to make an appointment with my doctor I needed proof I was covid negative but my doctor couldn’t see me because he was booked. I never met a doctor so ignorant and unprofessional. I understand this clinic is non for profit but doctors shouldn’t be treating there patients like they don’t care.

I took my Mom the 31st. to this place because she needed medical attention not a COVID-19 test and We were so amazed, the way the Staff treats the patients, the Front desk Young Lady, The Nurse But specially Dr.DiPiazza, they are so compassionate and kind. I have taken my mom to see so many doctors through the years and Dr. DiPiazza is the sweetest and caring Doctor ever! Thank You Westlake Urgent Care.

Exactly what the community needed—and what I needed when I was too sick to wait for an appointment with my doctor. I thought I had COVID but the staff tested me, examined me and found that it was a severe sinus infection with similar symptoms. Got the meds and care I needed from an experienced and caring staff...what more could anyone ask for? Many thanks to West Lake Urgent Care for bringing expert and compassionate staff back to the area.

Went here for COVID testing. It was really quick and straightforward, unlike some other places. Also, I cannot say enough just how thoughtful Dr. Ward is when it comes to following up with her patients. Thank you so much!!

Clean facility, the staff was very pleasant, and the doctor not only helped me with my issues, but gave me information I didn't even know I needed. I would definitely visit again.

I am reporting this facility to the STATE they are fraudulently using my insurance for somebody dialysis treatment and home healthcare DUMMIES I HAVE ALL MY CHILD MEDICAL RECORDS SHE DIESNT RECEIVE DIALYSIS OR ANY OF THE OTHER THINGS YOU CHARGED MY INSURANCE FOR WE CAME IN FIR COVID TESTING BACK IN 2021 so why is my insurance still being used in this facility I ADVISE NOT TO GO TO THIS URGENT CARE CLINIC THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN

I took my son here because he has a cold. I told them he has a heart condition and the doctor wouldn’t even touch him. She didn’t feel “comfortable” seeing him. She offered to call an ambulance but didn’t care enough to do anything for him (He did not need an ambulance). I tried to explain that I spoke to his cardiologist and this is a cold and not an issue with the heart! The doctor was rude and didn’t take the time to listen. I felt like my son was discriminated against because of his heart condition! I guess they only help the part of the community they feel “comfortable” seeing! If you have underlying conditions, DO NOT GO HERE!
