I ordered Boneless wings with Doritos sauce. There very Stingy with the sauces. The wings barely had sauce and the fries were salty. We pay for the sauce. I placed my order online trough the app. It said my order would be ready at 6:50pm. My order wasn’t in the lockers or my name on the screen, when I got to the store. I asked one of the employees for my order. She stated she had to remake the order because someone probably took the order. The staff was gossiping instead of helping out. They completely ignored me. Need new management and employees. Will be heading back to Elmhurst better customer service. Save time and Don’t stop at this location.

All I can say is pay attention to the reviews. This location must be exceptionally terrible. My Asian Zing has no sauce on it all at…. Images included. I was excited to have a quick to go option for Buffalo wild wings but honestly just listen to the other reviews and stay away… corporate needs to fix this location based on all of the other reviews here.

Rating 3 stars for the good customer service i received and properly cooked / seasoned food my fries were perfect and the new garlic honey sauce should honestly be a staple on the menu however the cost to wing ratio is ridiculous. I paid $12 for 6 pigeon size wings and a small fry. Now I remember why I stopped coming to Buffalo wild wings , they are NOT how they used to be in the early 2000s , small expensive wings and the breading has changed over the years.

The service here is terrible. I placed an order or be ready at 10pm when I got there to pick up they said I was there too late and they threw it out. They made me wait 20 minutes for “fresh wings”. My fries were soggy, the wings were stale and it was clear they just threw my previous order into the microwave. Even my ranch was hot! They didn’t hand me my order they just tossed it onto the counter. The cashier was very rude and unprofessional. I submitted a response on their website and in hoping to receive a refund.

2 visits and 2 screw ups. First time ordered sandwich with lettuce only, fries and drink they give me sandwich without lettuce and no fries. Second order same thing, Got sandwich they forgot fries so had to wait longer. Got home and they gave me box 10% full of fries see picture. Never going back

They kept my order in the food warmer thing until I got there, so it was still hot when I got home.

Bri and Melody are the heart and soul of this establishment for me! I stopped eating BWW for a while. Decided to try them again and was pleasantly surprised when everything was perfect! Flavor, temperature, seasonings all were immaculate like the customer service! I tried a different location after and was highly dissatisfied and remembered why I stopped! Came back to Melrose Park and it's THIS location has my business as long as these 2 are in the house! Thank you guys so much!

the first time i went was okay. however the second time, my order took so long and seemed like everybody else were waiting for a while too. i had a wing bundle with a fountain drink and they told me the drink machine was broken and that I would have to talk to someone else for a refund and that they couldn’t give me a bottled soda bc it was more expensive… so i got no drink and was still charged..& when I got home and opened my box, the wings were cold and looked like they just drizzled a little bit of sauce on it rather than mixing it up like it’s supposed to be.
