I was excited to come back to this gym after it reopened but now I seriously regret it. Came in at 1pm on Sunday and it was closed… should be open till 5pm. On weekdays it’s only open till 8pm. If you have a job and a life this is not a gym for you because they’re only available for people who have all the time in the world. Also barely any classes available. Love the cleanliness and the pools but seriously not worth $65 if they have the doctor’s office hours and close the gym whenever they feel like it.

Seriously 10x better than any corporate place! Make the switch right now! They have a warm AND a cold pool, a coed sauna, Jacuzzi, and all the lifting equipment and aerobic supplies you can ever need, plus they provide a lock for a locker every day you come. Staff are friendly and welcoming! So SO happy I went with this place instead of LA.

Miss this place. The reason for 4 stars is cant get anyone to tell u if and when they are going to reopen. I see when this question is asked there is a generic response. No answer. So are you going to reopen or not?

Great place, it has everything you need.

First day here and we’ll see how long I stay a member. When you walk in, you pass a towel counter. Now you can only get two towels max. You then go for a decent walk to the locker room, where the showers and saunas are, plus the pools, hot tub, and steam room all must be accessed through the locker room. I’m a swimmer. I come here for the pool, hot tub, showers, steam room, basically everything you’d need a towel for. It’s not a cheep place so the towel situation is enough to make me very unsatisfied. I was told I could go switch out my wet towels at the front desk for dry towels whenever necessary but I’m not going to keep running back and forth. I switched from Lifetime because I thought this would do the trick but I may have been wrong. If Gottlieb gets rid of their towel control and rules I’ll gladly stay a member. Prior to Gottlieb closing for the first time, there were never any towel issues. Ever. Now the membership costs more than before but there are less courtesies (ex: towels). Another huge thing - they no longer have the extra amenities that they did when Gottlieb operated it. No hair spray, deodorant, lotions, shampoos, or conditioners. It’s very depressing. I hope Gottlieb reconsiders their towel rule and rethinks the other changes they made. I’d love to have the rest of my family join but we all only use the aquatics areas so the towel situation would negatively impact us.

I spend all day there everyday. It is for the Aged. And not just for young people. They work with you and whatever you're trying to accomplish in health period a great place to be. I tilt my hat to Ursula Damned for her outstanding services

Don't know what "Chatfield" is talking about. Squat rack has safety bars. They've been there as long as I've been going there. Hard to miss; t-shaped with drilled holes, about 3.5 feet long, heavy, metal, usually Right Next To The Rack Because There's No Other Place To Put Them. Club is nice, plenty of amenities and parking, and not crowded.

Pre Pandemic I absolutely loved to workout 3 times weekly. Post pandemic I love love love Gottlieb water aerobics classes I’ve tried the cycling class and treadmill too. So far I’ve established a routine of working out 2 days a week. Got to get the 3rd day in. The place is newly decorated and looks amazing with beautiful bright colors too. All new employees with the exception of one Jesus the young man who issues out the keys to your locker.

I went with a group of friends and payed 20$ for the guest pass. The gym is beautiful, but the hours are terrible. I want to commit to this gym and pay for the year membership, but the hours are unwelcoming. Many members work and have responsibilities, we're limited on time.

DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM! Front desk lady is extremely rude. Curly hair with blonde tips. This place is not friendly or helpful. DO NOT JOIN!

I’ve been at Gottlieb Fitness Center since January 2023. My first day there was just like being at one of my family members home or with old friends that I hadn’t seen in years, I felt so comfortable and welcomed. The staff is very caring, supportive and professional, they’re possibly the best staff a fitness center could have. I love the group fitness classes, love, love, love, and love them and that’s an understatement lol. I’d joined another fitness center in my area, but it wasn’t a good fit for me. Gottlieb center for fitness is my home, I love the staff there, I love my instructors. I have met some good friends for life and it’s the best place for everyone. To be honest I can not see myself at any other fitness center. I’m glad that I joined and I will be there for life.

towel situation is just perfect, I wouldn’t let one aspect of a place warrant a 1 star review. it’s so clean. I mainly use the basketball court, and I notice the net on the far right size is stiff and the balls won’t feed through. cool water station, nice track, this gym and staff is of the best quality.

Outstanding place! Facilities provide full range of options; staff is terrific; best part is the Fitness Class schedule-best I’ve had in my many decades of going to gyms!! I end up going multiple times a day because there are so many types of classes and ALL the instructors are first-rates thanks to Alex, the fitness manager!!!!

Great place the Zumba instructor Ma bel is amazing

Clean, quiet, and you can almost never have to wait for machines. The membership rates are also very affordable. They have cardio machines, a weight room, a pool and hot tub, steam rooms AND saunas. In addition there’s a full size basketball court and there are weekly classes for all sorts of things. You get a lot for your money here.

Insurance pays. Free is good. Nice gym. 2 pools. Sauna and hot tub. Basketball and racquetball courts.

I love it here at this fitness center. The pools, one warm, one cold, The warm whirl pool, the steam room, the sauna, the message, the big gym, the classes, the showers have all the things you need if you forget, and fresh towels. TV in the waiting room. Lots of stuff.

Everyone who works there are extremely friend and helpful. Very safe place during the pandemic, they take all the necessary precautions.

I have been a member since November 2022 and have not regretted it. The aquatic and exercise classes are perfect for me and the staff has been very nice and welcoming. Plenty of exercise equipment also. I highly recommend this center for your fitness 👌 💪

Just terminated my membership. They keep saying that they will stay open till 10 pm soon, but they have been saying that for a year. Also, that kept screwing up the payments for my wife and I every month The managers were not helpful at all. I miss the old Gollieb before the pandemic. Needless to say, but I have found a much better place to go to. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

The swim teacher on Thursdays is awesome and so is the class. The walking track is good; they have newer equipment. The pool is cold; they are working on it.

After 30 years I can attest to the following: good equipment; staff friendly; exercise physiologists very knowledgeable; full range of services to meet all ages 16 and older. Why four stars and not five...On occassion equipment has not worked , and some machines are kept past their useful life cycle.
