    Great place to have fun with friends and family. If you're coming here to swim and bath, make sure to pick a safe spot. Please do not throw any litter here and there, as it is already filled with garbage. If you're mindful, you can enjoy this beautiful environment. Great place for photography and sky observation.

    Kimbulwana Wewa is in the region of North Western, the country of Sri Lanka with an average elevation of 162 meter above sea level. It was rebuilt by Sir John Kothalawala during 1950s. Very beautiful and large lake.
