Macy's
has
really
went
down,
with
customer
service.
I
went
to
exchange
a
dress
I
purchased
for
my
mother,
for
Christmas.
I
went
around
4:15pm.
I
guess
the
girl
working
in
the
Customer
service
department
was
already
irritated
with
the
previous
customer
because
he
couldn't
locate
his
order
number.
He
stepped
to
the
side
so
I
could
be
assisted.
I
explained
to
her
that
I
wanted
to
exchange
the
dress.
I
purchased
it
online.
She
stated
they
don't
have
that
dress
in-store
and
I
would
have
to
call
Customer
service
to
get
them
to
order
it
for
me
and
honor
the
price.
I
told
her
that
I've
never
heard
of
that,
especially
since
I've
worked
for
Macy's
before.
She
said
she
didn't
know
how
to
process
it.
If
she
didn't
know
how
to
process
the
exchange,
she
could
have
ask
for
a
manager.
So,
I
left
her
because
of
her
attitude
and
went
to
another
salesperson.
She
processed
the
return,
but
stated
the
same
thing,
she
didn't
know
how
to
order
the
dress
online
and
process
it.
Neither
one
of
the
salespersons
asked
a
manager.
This
is
very
bad
customer
service
.
My
sister
went
inside
to
get
my
mother
and
in
the
process,
she
saw
a
manager
and
was
explaining
it
to
her.
The
manager
said
she
wish
I
would
have
asked
for
a
manager.
She
gave
my
sister
a
coupon
for
my
inconvenience.
