Or at least a bonus for customer service. Thanks for the help, Well JCPenny’s got me for 90 dollars. Do not sign up for their credit card no matter how much the give you off your purchase. Store tried to help be credit card company would not listen to them. Update 28 Feb 2023 , 6 months later and they called and ask if I wanted to keep file open, what a joke. The account is closed and you got my 90 dollars and I got zero for it. Leave me alone. Again do not sign up for their credit card or any Synchrony Bank card. The credit card company will not work with the store to fix errors on your account.

We hit the sales and CLEARANCE first and then work our way through the whole entire store!! JCP has a great shoe department and housewares!! I went to 6 different stores looking for a jogging suit and couldn't find one this was the only store that had what I was looking for.

Went to the salon and got a cut and shampoo for $60 the beautician did a great job ..I would definitely recommend this place .. I was the only customer because some beautician were off or coming in late and the manager did my hair. The first time in a long time I left satisfied after getting my hair done and it took 2 hrs..

These ladies are amazing! I took my 3 boys for back to school haircuts. All 3 of their stylists were great and their cuts were spot on. They, and another couple of ladies, were all so kind and actually seemed to enjoy their jobs and being there which can be hard to find these days. Great vibes, great experience. Highly recommend.

Can anyone get me outta this store??? The service is pretty good....the lines can be long but duh, it's a department store! They are always offering rewards. The store including bathrooms are clean and the staff is super nice. The clearance areas have plenty of stuff and therefore, I will continue to be JCPretty!! Lol. Nice location

Not much of a selection for home decor. Nice women jewelry selection and I was able to get some cute "Monet" pieces at a great price! They also have cute items for girls.

Very Friendly Employees and knowledgeable of sales and promotions. I found some really great bargains. I will be going back.

Prices are a little high, but sometimes you find a good bargain if you keep an eye out. Love the stuff though!
