Absolutely terrible. Everyday I have came into this walmart since visiting this town. This store is either lacking workers or just needs to close all these lines and make space so we can check ourselves out. The length of these lines is ridiculous. It should be embarrassing. Wish I could post a video so we can all see how many lines are open. Five just five lines in the middle of the day. Smh.

Wonderful service, placed an order for my mothers birthday cake. The young lady that waited on me in the bakery was awesome. She was very knowledgeable and polite, her customer service skills was on point. The recommendation she gave me for decorations and choosing what kind of cake, I really had an awesome experience. I will pick up my cake on November 11, 2023 my mother turned 87 on November 9th. I will post a picture once I pick it up. Continuing…… Picked up Birthday Cake for my Mom’s 87th Birthday. The young lady that helped me in part 1 was the same young lady today. Her name is Nava, I hope I got it right. I didn’t even give her my name she looked at me and smiled. Turned around and went got my cake, I had my receipt in my hand to give her. I hadn’t seen her since Monday the 6th when I placed the order. Walmart Bakery I hope you all value this lady, her customer service skills are on point. There was 2 customers in front of me. She gave each one her undivided attention and answered their questions. Another customer came up behind me, but Nava handled each one of us like the pro she is. We wasn’t rushed, she took her time and we all left a smile on our faces. Oh yeah and the cake was AWESOME!!!! You know normally you may have some left over. Not this cake my mom said heyyy don’t let them take all my cake 😂😂😂. She was getting upset, I had to tell her mother I got you 2 slices put up already. She said so get my cake 🍰. There was 2 pieces and I got those for her. Girlfriend was like y’all letting them eat up all my cake 😂😂😂😂😂. Walmart thank you for having a Wonderful worker like Nava, because of her I pray your Bakery Business is Booming. JOB WELL DONE NAVA!!!!

I recently visited Walmart Supercenter 5255 on Elvis Presley Blvd during a road trip and was thoroughly disappointed with my shopping experience. The store fell short on several crucial aspects, making it one of my worst shopping experiences to date. Firstly, I was dismayed to find numerous empty shelves throughout the store. It seemed like the inventory management system was seriously lacking, as many items were out of stock. This made finding the products I needed extremely challenging and frustrating. To exacerbate matters, I discovered that almost all the registers, except for four, were closed at 6pm. This resulted in long lines and excessive wait times for customers who wished to complete their purchases. This lack of sufficient personnel to handle the customer demand was unacceptable, particularly considering the store's size. Overall, my visit to Walmart Supercenter 5255 was far from satisfactory. It's evident that the store fell short on both stocking the shelves adequately and providing ample service to customers during peak hours. I hope the management takes these concerns into account and works towards improving the overall shopping experience for future customers. Please note that this review is based on my personal experience, and others may have had different encounters at this Walmart location. I encourage individuals to consider multiple perspectives before forming their opinion.

Just another walmart in Memphis metropolitan . The neighborhood looks a bit unsafe and shady and so as the Walmart. I stopped by in night for some quick stuff. The staff I asked about the tv walk mount helped me and he was very nice, although I ended up not buying. Surprisingly they don’t have any self checkout option!

This store needs new management bad as hell. I thought the store was closed when I pulled up. This is ridiculous. Whitehaven Walmart on Elvis Presley Blvd.

A good Walmart to get in, last fall I was with me autistic brother in line a disturbed cashier lady in glasses thought I was staring at her thinking she knew me or I'm some criminal and she had to switch with some old lady. I wished to recommend to shop here, but don't insist on getting the employees to help you unlock a flash drive they're lazy, so I recommend a self checkout, most of the time this place lacks or have less cashier's and the security are morons!

Literally so tired of going in to shop and fill my pantry to make up to one lane open and a line across the store. Kroger is better and Cash Saver is cheaper. Multi-billion dollar Corp that can't pay their employees to work. Walmart is a toilet.
