Several items broken or missing: bar latch on door broken; light bulb missing from table lamp; bathtub faucet leaks; toilet runs occasionally; one side of sink faucet doesn’t work; no stoppers in tub or sink; wall thermostat does nothing and room climate must be controlled at window mounted unit despite notice on unit saying that wall control must be used; no alarm clock in room; no phone in room despite TV card saying to dial 0 for front office. Window curtain wrong length and drags on floor. Holes in the walls. Paint color mismatch where other wall damage has been repaired. No easily available outlets for phone charging (good thing I have a 10’ cable on my charger so I could have my phone somewhere nearby). The window has fogging between the panes and has bits of paint on it. Things I don’t particularly care about but might be of note to others: The Gideon Society seems to have forsaken this place—there’s no Bible. Kind of sketchy looking people hanging out in the parking lot even at 10pm. Good things I can say: fridge in room. Microwave in room (though no one has bothered to update the clock for daylight saving time). The curtains do a good job of blocking out light. Bed is large, free of bedbugs, and comfortable. The air conditioner does work. And it’s CHEAP. Even booking through the company site only a week in advance I was able to get a ~$60 rate, and third party sites can get that down to less than $50.

This hotel doesn't compare to what you see in pictures online. Our experience was definitely false advertising. The lobby seemed to look nice when we walked in, the staff was nice. Our room was a complete mess. Holes in the wall, hole in the chair, stains on the bed frames, on the lamp shade, bathroom gross. Wood holding up the bathroom counter. We even joked that we were surprised there wasn't cockroaches. No joke the day we left we found a cockroach in the drawer as we packed up 😐.

This hotel did not feel safe. The door locks were broken, both to the room and the adjoining room. The poor desk clerk was having to deal with regular entrance of people that did not belong. She was super kind, but the hotel is not in a good location. Avoid if you can!

We checked in through the Express Deal on Priceline. The room pictures that were presented on Priceline were a lie. It was the worst hotel I have ever been in. We left immediately without even sitting down. The fire alarm was singing from a dead battery, the upper lock was broken off, the paint was peeling and hadn't been painted all the way in some places to begin with, the furniture had what looked like duct tape residue all over it, everything was dirty. We were able to get a refund, so that was good.

The hotel looks nothing like the photos we saw online. As two young girls traveling alone, we were looking for a nice and cheap place to stay for New Years. Not only is the hotel located in a terrible part of town, but it is absolutely disgusting as well. I was appalled when I saw a homeless woman staying in the lobby and making inappropriate remarks to people walking in, and the workers thought nothing of it. I felt extremely unsafe just STANDING in the lobby. We went to our rooms and tried to lock the door with the latch, but to our surprise, it had been ripped off of the door!! I would never recommend this hotel to anyone who values cleanliness and their overall safety. We were in our room for 30 minutes before we found a different hotel and just left. The front desk lady was extremely understanding and helpful in our desire to just leave, and I will confidently say that she is the one good aspect about this hotel. She deserves all things good. Anyways, don’t stay at this hotel. Not to mention, it is located only minutes away from where Young Dolph was shot.

This place is horrible. One of the room's we were in smelled like cigarette smoke, the floor was stained, and the bed was dirty. There was also a roach crawling on the wall. I do not recommend staying here.

I’m not sure how this considered a three start hotel anymore. The photos seen in their advertising must have been from years ago. Thankfully we did not see any bugs as others have mentioned, but there was just general filth in the elevator, the walls desperately needed touch up paint, and the pain in the bathroom desperately needs to be re-done, the TV had blown speakers and this is just to mention the obvious issues. If inflation wasn’t so mad I’d say this would be a great place to stay if it was priced at $40 a night.

If I could give this place zero stars or a negative star I would. It was one of the worst experiences of my life. I am still traumatized from the experience. No working lights, soaps in the room. The lady at the front was rude and said I should have brought my own soap. This is a hotel. You're supposed to supply rooms with soap! It was filth. There were ants in the bathtub, hair everywhere and mold growing on the shower curtain. There were spills on the carpet in the room. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

My husband and I stopped in Memphis on our way back to Seattle. Too tired to drive further. We had trouble finding a room so late, but we were able to get one at Travelodge. We were afraid due to other reviews. However, everything was great. Check-in was smooth and easy. Desk clerk was friendly. The room was clean and large. Loved the shower....hot water stayed hot lol unlike some hotels we've stayed at. The hotel is perfect for Elvis lovers. We were lucky enough to meet the general manager, Harold and he was super knowledgeable. He told us a lot of Elvis facts that we did not know. We pass through the area a few times a year and this will be our go to hotel. Thanks for a great stay!

When arriving the woman in the picture below checked my ID and gave us our key. My cousin and I went up to the room provided and seen the absolute worst room I ever seen. Beds wasn’t up to standard and bathroom was covered in nasty film. Went downstairs to speak to the woman below and all we got was a nasty attitude. She laughed and gave us another room. We thought it was a done deal and went on about our night. A hour goes by and we wake up itching. Turned on the lights and IT WAS BED BUGS EVERYWHERE!! I’ve never been so disgusted in my life. The woman below was rude, bald, and honestly a waste of an employee. Y’all need to fire her for misconduct. I got my refund, along with other things.

My room was dirty. The floors were filthy. I couldn't even walk across it without shoes on my feet. The bathroom had chipped paint and mold on the walls. It had no phone to call for room service. The vending machines were out of order. All the accommodations were inaccurate as far as the pool, gym and complimentary breakfast were not included as promised. If I could give a zero I would.

My friend and I booked this room online on our roadtrip and once we got there we realized we wouldn’t be staying long. The staff was friendly, but that was about it. We asked if the place was safe to stay and the woman hesitated before saying it was safe because of the police presence in the area. We got to our room and it was dirty and there were things broken and run down. I also did not like that the room we were in was far away from the parking lot and did not even have a view of the area so I could not see my car. We were in the room 5 minutes before we decided to get a refund and find another place to stay.

We got a rundown room that smelled of bug spray and cost us $200 for one night just because it is covered in Elvis photos and the outdoor pool is shaped like a guitar! It is a dive hotel - had to go to another floor for ice, no lights nor outlets worked and there was o phone in the room. The location, however, is excellent as there are a variety of grocery stores, gas stations and, well, Graceland right next door. I would not recommend this motel to anyone.

I would give the staff and the front desk 10 stars. They were very kind and friendly. But outside of that, this is probably the most disgusting hotel I have ever been to. I mean this is disgusting. Whoever owns this place should be ashamed to have this place open. For one it looks nothing like the pictures. And it reeks of m@rijuana. The whole entire building. And there's a lovely sign on the door not to bring gûns inside. I felt like I was walking through the ghetto just trying to get to my room. This place absolutely should be shut down. I had some issues getting into my room so maintenance had to let me in each time I needed to get in. I didn't want to change rooms because at least my room didn't smell like the rest of the hotel. I guess you get what you pay for. Next time I will pay a little more and stay elsewhere.

Most definitely lied in the pictures. I thought at least maybe there are no bugs (roaches) until i woke up the next morning and seen one crawling on the door. This has to be one of the worst places to stay. Please do not stay here. I really want some of my money back if I’m being honest. The sheets were clearly dirty. Shower didn’t really work. Water leaked from bottom of bathtub. Everything about this experience is a no!

This place needs to be torn down. Maybe I should've asked for a remodeled room because honey this hotel is disgusting. It smells like the room has been in a smoke war. The carpet is nasty and smelly with many stains( we may never know what kind of stains). Oh and we left we did not stay here. I just couldn't do it. No ma'am no sir.

This is a ghetto hotel. You won't pay much and you still won't get your money's worth. We checked out immediately and the employee at the desk spun a sob story, claiming that it's all housekeeping's fault and managers not checking their work, despite the multiple layers of peeling paint that weren't even all the way to the wall edges in the bathroom. Yes, multiple. I checked the mattress just for giggles and didn't see any signs of bedbugs, so I guess you have that going for you if you were so desperate to stay here. All the pictures are fake.

This is my third stay at this hotel. It’s worth the small amount that you will spend for the room, but it could definitely use some updating. The front staff is usually very pleasant but always understaffed so there is a long line to check in. The first room they gave me smelled like sewage. The front desk clerk graciously switched us to a different room. The second smelled much better but there was a dead roach on the bathroom floor, the tub was peeling, and the toilet looked 20 years old. The carpet was clearly nasty and needed to be replaced and there appeared to be black mold underneath the bathroom sink. This place could be a gem with the right management and a little TLC.

Absolutely gross. I only stayed here for one night and then booked myself into the Hamptons Inn. The carpets were ripped, shower curtain and bath tub were filthy, the bathroom sink taps were hanging off, the plug hole was stuck down, there was spit on the bedroom wall, the bedding was filthy, even removed the mattress from the base and it was covered in dust, crumbs, even found a dime and a screw! Absolutely disgusting!

It was the worst experience in my whole live, the hotel is totally a mess. The room smell really bad, the lights in the bathroom did not work, the hallway was nasty, people smoking everywhere, people walking wrapping in a blanket through the hotel, we were scared about the people inside who were loudly. This hotel is a trash! I slept afraid of our car in the parking lot. I just wanted to wake up in the morning and run away. trust me, the worst experience, I did not want to breath inside the building. Don’t go there. It smells to dirty foot, wet dog, weed, smoke.. bad bad bad!!!!

This is easily the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. We arrived to the lobby at 10pm and there was a line of about five people waiting. It took about 20 minutes per person so we waited almost an hour just to check in. Just in the time we were waiting to check in 2 people came to check out because their rooms were dirty when they first arrived. When we got to our room it was very hot and 2 out of three lamps did not work. There were not outlets to plug in phones or anything else. The bed was horrible. Extremely hard and only three pillows were on the bed. Even though it was late we checked out and left to drive another two hours home.

This place needs an upgrade or just new management. Not worth the money. $76 for one night. Room stinks and there is black mold in the bathroom, the tub barely drains as well. The carpet needs ripped up or thoroughly cleaned. Of all the motels I have stayed at with Wyndham, this is by far the worst.

The most disgusting, unsettling hotel experience of my life. The smell of our first room was indescribably bad, so they moved us to a room that smelled barely better. There were more areas of the carpet that were stained than not. Giant black mold spot on the bathroom floor. Barely any electrical outlets in the room. I have nothing good to say about the entire experience. Do not stay here

The way it looks at booking.com is not what it looked like in person. The bathroom door did not lock correctly. The skirt was not put on the bed. Yes I did ask the manager the next morning to see when they would put a skirt on the bed didn’t not happen. The mattresses where hard. The dresser didn’t have knobs. Invest in a nicer hotel.

Easily one of the worst hotels I have ever laid my eyes upon. Looks absolutely nothing like the pictures. It is a dark, scary hotel. The hallways look like you’re in a horror movie, broken exit sign, elevator that makes an alarmingly loud noise. I was such in a despair to leave the room and go somewhere else I didn’t even take a picture of the walls that were drawn on. For $85 a night, I wasn’t expecting a lot but I wasn’t expecting the horror movie live action experience. Not even for free would I have stayed here. At all costs avoid this place, you’ve been warned.

Ok, so I think I got lucky. Even so, I just want to say, if you are going to stay more than one night and can avoid staying here, avoid it. If you need a place to stay for one night and leave early in the morning, not the end of the world, but it really is messy. Room smelled nice but sheets were stained and the bathroom smelled the way clothes do when they're damp and don't dry well. Not sure how this is a the star hotel, it reminds me more of a motel.

The atmosphere was terrible. The hallways look like something out of a true crime documentary. It smells horrible, is hot, mold on the bathroom ceiling and the roof was caving in partially in our room. The people weren't exactly welcoming either. We reserved a room and didn't even sleep in there. Didn't want to wake up to bed bugs. You would think that a place a mile down the road from Graceland of all places would be kept in better shape. You'd be surprised. Will not be returning.

Upon checking in, the front desk staff (Lisa) was an incredible help getting us settled and answering questions. She did an awesome job and deserves a raise. In the morning, we loaded for our shuttle and we're told that there would be someone to pick us up. We asked and clarified several times before leaving. When our flight landed back in Memphis, my husband called only to find out this was not the case. We had to find our own way back to the hotel. Whatever you do, do not stay here if you plan to travel. And Travelodge, I know you probably won't read this - but you owe me $30.

I gave 1 star only because you have to put a star. Absolutely horrible service check in clerk wasn’t friendly at all. The security officer in the parking lot was friendly & helpful. When I got in my room I discovered roaches, there wasn’t a phone in my room I used my cell phone to call the front desk. I was told maintenance was on break & would come spray. I waited over an hour he never showed. Never could get anyone at the desk again either, the fridge didn’t work either. I told the desk about the issues all I was told I’ll have someone spray. No apology or anything, the fridge was working when I got back. When I checked out nobody was around that I could speak with. I’ve called many times to speak with a manager with no luck. I’m told they will call me & never have.

This hotel was gross and disgusting. When you walked in you could smell the pot and cigarette smoke in the lobby and the public bathrooms. The rooms were way worse. Burn marks on the carpet, mold in the shower, a pile of dirt in the corner of the bathroom, the shower curtain rod wasn't properly attached to the wall and the replaced the toilet tank cover with one that didn't fit. This did allow easier access to adjust the flapper so the tank would fill. There was no breakfast of any kind as it was listed when I booked the room. The elevator was mechanically a disaster. We thought for sure would just give out and that was how we world die on our vacation.

The ladies at the front desk are very accommodating especially the lady name Lee who works in the morning, she is so nice! Also Candace who works in the afternoon. If you need somewhere to stay for a short time this is a good place. Housekeeping is nice as well, they have no problem cleaning the rooms or supplying the things you need if you ask. Security is always on point.

Hopefully the very nice attendant can get a position at a better place. This was the worst hotel I have ever walked in. You couldn't pay me to stay there. The staff were very nice, but I feel horribly for them having to work in that dump.

  • 1/5 shane b. 1 year ago on Google
Stay somewhere else! The room had NO hot water, shower was disgusting, fridge did not work and obviously hadn't been cleaned in a long time, smoke detector was missing, holes all over the walls, plaster falling out, strong cigarette odor throughout the entire building, I could go on but you get the idea... This is obviously a place where dope dealers and thugs hang out on the weekends. Doors slamming and loud voices through the halls all night. NOT a family friendly hotel! We booked for 2 nights but checked out after the first night and went to find another place for the rest of our weekend.

They have roaches and carpet smells. I couldn’t eat my food, due to the smell. The hallways and rooms smell. The foul smell was in my clothes whenI left this hotel.

Disgusting beyond belief. Don’t be confused by the pictures. It’s a dump! It’s a Ghetto. The fire exits were vandalized in the unlocked position. People were coming in all night long without going through the the lobby, people were smoking pot all night long. I was confronted by what looked like a homeless man wanting some money. I cannot believe that this place exists.

Shut this place down. No one should be allowed to stay here. The whole place is a dump!!! Clearly drugs being done on property. The rooms are atrocious. The whole building smells. The pictures are absolutely NOT what you are getting. ZERO STARS!! I’m not one to leave a bad review usually only good ones but please do yourself a favor and DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

This is one of the nastiest hotels I have ever been to. It smells awful. There are people loitering outside the front door at all times. The carpets are filthy and torn, the furniture is broken and dirty, the sheets and pillows need to be replaced. This entire building should be torn down. The room was so disgusting, I left as soon as I walked in. I surrendered my points and spent $300 to go somewhere else in the middle of the night during Memphis in May. Amenities? What amenities?

So we where traveling from down south and needed a budget hotel to get some rest. At first you look on line and things look decent however once we arrived in our room it left much to be disired how ever you get what you pay for. Walls where chipped and had gouges water was cold the actual carpet was worn thru, and finally in atleast our situation of the 2 beds one was cratered right in causing all kind of back soreness with "rocky" pillows (washed so many times stuffing clumps up and breaks apart to make a lumpy hard pillow). The good is it was quiet, staff was friendly,ac worked ok and location was excellent. In fairness it does look like once appon a time it was quite grand but time has taken it down the tubes. Overall in a pinch I would stay agian but know you will need to bring some provisions to make things comfortable. I was looking forward for pool use however it was shut down due to lack of maintanace. This place will not be my first pick next time but if you need a budget place to stay then it is acceptable in extrema budget crunch and/or you need a place to stay.

First off, the receptionist is wonderful and sweet. This review has nothing to do with her. This is a shelter that has rooms for sale. Please avoid!! Noisy, smoking in the hallway and rooms horrible. Walked in and saw all of the drawers opened and the bugs falling from the ceiling. Didnt feel comfortable or safe parking my car since a lot of people were just hanging out in the lot smoking weed. Lasted only a few minutes and gave back the keys and went to another hotel. Avoid this place!

  • 1/5 Brandon N. 10 months ago on Google
Man oh man... if you need to crash for a couple hours, it's manageable, however the roach didn't knock before he came in and there's no sort of room service at all nor a phone even if you wanted to attempt room service. There is a microwave and a refrigerator which came in handy to reheat my Popeyes which is conveniently across the street but the way my anxiety is set up... lol. First world problems but I paid to be there and it was mediocre at best.

Booked this hotel because it is close to the airport and we had an early flight. We dropped our bags off before check in and just the lobby gave us a bad feeling. We asked to see the room before checking in. The hallways are poorly lit and smell like cigarettes and mildew. The room was atrocious. It looks like the carpets have never been shampooed or vacuumed, nasty sticky black stains everywhere and all over the walls and surfaces of the room. The bathroom was okay, but the paint was peeling off everywhere. I saw what appeared to be a dead bed bug on the carpet next to the bed. We noped out of there so hard and the only redeeming quality of this entire place was that the woman at the front desk kindly refunded us without any difficulty. DO NOT STAY at this hotel. They don’t offer an airport shuttle, it’s in an unsafe area and the cheap price is simply not worth bed bugs or staying with all of the unsavory characters we saw in the halls. Wyndham should be ashamed to call this a hotel. I’d rather camp in a tent than stay one night there.

  • 1/5 Heather C. 5 months ago on Google
The receptionist is great. The hotel is a dump. The saying u get what u pay for is this place.. the tv is the smallest I’ve ever seen in a hotel room. The bathroom is painted but paint is faded in some places and dripped at some point, they didn’t bother to fix it. The tub didn’t have a plug, ( used wash cloth) water got cold before I could fill tub up. The bed is rock hard and has even harder spots throughout. I will not recommend this place to anyone, nor stay at a Travelodge Again.

The rooms were in bad shape. The customer service, though, was very nice! I hope they can turn this place around because they were so sweet. On another note... we heard a baby crying and screaming, "Mommy, wake up," but when we went to our room to call the front desk, there was not a phone to call down to the front desk. We think the mom OD'd and the child was trying her hardest to wake her mom up. My husband went down to the front desk to let them know, and they immediately called 911. This, by far, was one of the worst nights of sleep I have ever gotten.

Please do not stay here. This is not worth your money one bit. This place is an absolute dump. Absolutely the most rudest woman at the front desk lying on my husband‘s name. The rooms is false advertisement. It is not what’s in the pictures. Do not stay here. This place is absolutely disgusting. Holes in the walls blood on the bedsheets we switched rooms twice and they were both disgusting, broken mirrors and everything. I would not stay here at all. Please do not stay here.

My experience was NOT pleasing. We had momma and baby roaches in the room. The fridge didn't work right. There was no phone in the room. I made a reservation (handicapped and on the first floor and near the elevator. I did not get it. The worse thing of ALL of that, I brought a ROACH back home in my car and in my luggage. That hotel needs to be CLOSED and some serious work done to it.

ZERO!!!! Do NOT stay here! Pure filth! Mattresses stained dirty and nasty. Around and under beds nasty. Windows nasty. Found a dirty pair of panties in the first room & 3 ROACHES as soon as we went into another room. Couldn't refund my money until I talked to manager on Monday, but we didn't stay!!!

  • 2/5 KarenSue P. 2 years ago on Google
Front desk was understaffed, but she did her best and was pleasant. It's an old building and it shows. Very dim lighting throughout the building. Not real clean. The room had a big bleach spot on the carpet, beds had 1.5 pillows each, seriously. Desk had food crumbs on it. Had to open the curtains to get enough light as the lamps were dim. The bed was ok and bedding was clean. I'll not be staying here again.

I give this hotel zero stars!! I feel really horrible because Ive been staying in this hotel when I travel over the years and ive never experienced this.. we've had a few bumps but never like this. So I felt the need to write this and it seems over the years things have definitely changed! I booked into this hotel May 9.. 4-5 days later I noticed I was getting bit by something..I figured the weather had broken and maybe mosquitoes was out! Still getting bit by something with several scabs on my body I pulled back the sheets to check the mattress in which I do anytime I stay in a hotel as a precaution!! I didnt see anything so I kept it moving! On May 23 @ 130am my boyfriend complained that he was bitten up and swollen on his arms and forehead..in which he had red bumps in both places! As we were looking in the mirror at his sores...my daughter awoke scratching saying the same thing! My babies were in and out so one of the beds was rarely used! Earlier that day my boyfriend took a nap in that bed and thats when his bumps came! When I thought about it the bites didnt happen to me until I took a nap in that bed! I again pulled the covers back as I did before! As im looking I see this bug crawling around! I instantly take a picture! I then took pics of their sores and went down to the front desk! The older slim lady was there! Not necessarily friendly but professional (I thought) I approached the counter..said hello..I explained to her what the issue was..she was preoccupied and never even looked up at me!! I said thats rude!! Where's the empathy? I proceeded to show her the pics and also showed the the pic of what it looked to be...a bed bug! She stated well y'all check out is at 11 anyway!! And just stared at me! In which we was going to need the room another week. She then explained to me that I would have to talk to someone in the morning..and because I reported it that she could ask us to leave! I said why Queen would you do that when we've always been on a decent accord so I didnt understand why my family was being treated so poorly! She offered to give us another room! Stated that she would take care of some customers that had just walked in. I said Queen but you are already talking to me! Why not assign me another key so I can go on..I still would've had to move my stuff! She then says hold on a minute and called security behind my back!! To have my family escorted out at 2:30am by security was to say the least embarrassing..and definitely humiliating!! my baby got school at 7 in the morning.. Security went downstairs to the vending machine like he felt she was on probably another power trip! He was in the lobby when we got downstairs!! The lady wouldnt even look our way! Security said to come back at 930 am to pick our room deposit! Im going to let you know! I also took video of the room so nothing could be said negatively about my family! Id just like my deposit back so I can move on!! I would never in life stay at this hotel again!

This place is a joke. DO NOT trust the photos online. It's sketchy we felt the need to place the ironing board under the door handle for extra security. The rooms were FILTHY. Other people's hair and bodily fluids all over the beds and bathroom. Mold in the shower. The carpets look like they have never been cleaned. We were only there for a couple hours until we could check in at the airport but we honestly would have been better off just sleeping in our car. We all got sick on our trip and I'm thinking this was the place responsible for it. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Whatever you do run from this place. I felt so unsafe being here. People were living at this place. It felt really ghetto. The pool was of course unusable. It was very dark and dingy. We didn't feel safe to leave our valuables there. There is people hanging around the area cars that were smashed parked in the parking ..lot people people just looking very sketchy everywhere.

The front door was out of order, staff wasn't exactly rude but not very reasonable, pool was closed for the season, housekeeping did not check the desk when cleaning out the room before my family & I checked in, we found someone else's panties in the drawer along with debit/credit cards while we were clearing out our belongings to check out, broken vending machines, did not find an ice machine, paint peeling off the ceiling and walls, beds weren't very comfortable. Planes flying over the place at all hours of the day&night. The only good thing about this place was its proximity to Graceland which is only like a 5-7 min drive from the hotel.

We loved the staff and security. Great service and they handle every complaint very decent, our problem got solved right away. We got another room and enjoyed our stay for 2 weeks. The room was clean and for the price its a very nice hotel, we felt very save because there was good security since the neighbourhood ain't the best one from Memphis. We will come back thats for sure!

Cockroaches live and dead with many other types of bugs... dirty rooms... sticky stained carpet... no lamp shades... employees were very nice and helpful but unfortunately that was the only nice thing about the place. We didn't have a drain plug in the bathtub to give the kids a bath. There were few places with the 3 rooms we needed so we stayed but will not return there on the next trip. Owners really need to not pad their pockets and put some money into the place.

The only reason it gets one star is because it has a guarded parking lot surrounded by barbed wire. Other than that, I’m not sure how they can call this a hotel. More like a homeless shelter/slumlord dwelling. Everything is in a state of disrepair. Everything made of cloth is dingy and questionably semi-clean. Don’t walk on room carpet without shoes! Water heater is broken in entire building. Travelers beware!

Beds are totally uncomfortable. No phone in the room and the pillows were uncomfortable as well. Service was great at check in and right off of the interstate You get what u pay for

I can tell they are trying to repair and upgrade this hotel. It wasn't as bad as some of these reviews have stated. It wasn't exactly great either. The area is very run down, if youre used to low income areas and less than perfect then you will not be bothered by these accomodations. We brought an extra set of sheets and made the best out of our stay after booking before reading reviews. The room had some burn marks on the tables (booked non smoking) and there was a burnhole in our otherwise clean sheets. I recommend updating the furniture and making sure housekeeping is thoroughly inspecting sheets before washing so that you can improve guest experiences. Kimberly deserves a raise, staff was actually pretty nice. They would be more proud to stand behind the desk if housekeeping and repairs could get up to par.

My kids and I were struggling at our house due to pipes busting with the storms. In order for us to take a shower take care of our hygiene needs we had to find a hotel, and this hotel was right around the corner from my house the people were very friendly the room was clean we had plenty of the toiletry items necessary to take care of our needs.. when we left we felt 10 times better than when we first came in thank you very much for your hospitality the Martin family

Great accommodations. You cannot beat the price. Literally within a stone's throw of Graceland not to mention Hernando's Hideaway, a fantastic local bar previously owned by Jerry Lee Lewis. Staff at Travelodge was friendly, helpful. All In all, I will be staying at Travelodges wherever I go from here on out!

when you walk in the hotel looks decent but once you get a room.. if you have seen AMERICAN HORROR STORY HOTEL this is what this hotel was giving forREAL. on top of that on our way to our room the smell of weed was so strong i felt sick to my stomach and the rooms themselves had me flabbergasted. one of the beds was literally sunken in the middle, the lamp in the middle of the beds had something brown smeard on it that i HOPE was chocolate, nail polish and makeup smeard on the desks, there were stains all on the bottom of the beds and in all it just wasn't a good experience. had me feeling UNSAFE. please save your money and go to the holiday inn by graceland or even super 7 inn if you're trying to save money.

This place is very cheap. Everything about it. World way smallest pillows and you only have two. The carpets and walls are stained. Not updated at all. Pool still has a closed sign per the CDC. Very cheap all around.

There where bed bugs and roaches . The house keepers were very rude at times. There vending machine took $4.50 from me even tho it say the drinks are $2.50 Also the owner was very racist putting all kinds of stereotypes on customers, calling the police up there for no reason definitely won’t be coming back I was very unhappy

Rooms were okay front desk and staff were helpful. I got a good deal only paid 48$ with tax for a two bed room by using some hotel app avoda or something. The rooms definitely weren't as nice as the pictures and the sink was clogged with hair when I brushed my teeth but other than that it was clean and the discounted rate I got using the hotel app made it worth the stay bc every where else was more expensive.

This hotel looked decent at first. Lobby was cute. Got to the room and the smoke/mildew smell just slapped us in the face. The beds were damp, hell, EVERYTHING was damp. Pillow cases and sheets were all stained up. One of the pillow cases had a cigarette burn in it. The paint in the bathroom was peeling. There was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and there was a (hopefully clean) period pad stuck to the ceiling.
