On 11/14/23 at 5ish I went to Reg 20 and checked out. The young lady working that terminal was FLAT OUT RUDE. I asked for my third bag and she acted as if she didn’t know what was going on or even anyone was talking to her; after looking as she moved the bag carrier away from me; I finally got my last bag of goods, she didn’t give me my receipt until I asked for it. And even after that she was still rude. Snatched it off the terminal and handed it to me as if it was a chore to do so. I shop at Walmart at that location every time I need something because it is closer to my job and home. I won’t make that mistake anymore. And as I attempted to call and call and call as it happens no one answers except for the Pharmacy and it is not their job to hear complaints and find a store manager. Pathetic!!

This Walmart at 6727 Raleigh Lagrange Rd, Memphis, TN 38134 has bad customer service in the grocery department! The pharmacy department is Great!!!! The Pharmacy department are Always on point! If they leave, I'm leaving! However, The grocery side is horrible!!!! A young lady was talking on her phone like she was in her own personal home. She was very loud and not paying attention to what she was doing. I notice a group of the younger staff was talking and playing and laughing and staying what they weren't going to do out loud. This store need to send their employees through training and let them know this is unacceptable!!! Walmart, YOU GOT TO DO BETTER!!!

Today I and my wife went shopping at Walmart and when we were ready to check out, there was not one cashier present. We had to use self-check out, and that is ridicules! Walmart management is so concern on making a profit, but they put a burden on the elderly to check their own goods? Do they understand how much a burden they are placing on their paying customers, or they just do not care?

Today this store was in a state of disarray because they are rearranging most everything. I did talk with several associates and they were all very friendly and very helpful. It appears that the makeup area in particular will be enclosed with a separate checkout, I assume because of a lot of theft of those items. It's shameful that those of us who are honest have to be inconvenienced and even pay higher prices because of others' dishonesty and disrespect. Once everything is rearranged it will be a pleasure as usual to shop at this Walmart store.

Had a flat tire and came in right as they closed, the tire lead Derrick helped me regardless and stayed overtime to ensure I got my tire fixed. He was very sweet and treated me kindly during a time of stress. I will definitely use this store again because of him!

Being the newest Walmart built in Memphis you would think it'd be so much more efficient with all the registers that they have but no 30 registers close one side of self-checkout closed and 30 people in each line trying to check out so I'll put it back to two things that i needed and go somewhere else and buy them and not have to wait in line that long.

It was an interesting experience visiting this store. From what I saw, the produce looked fresh and nicely display; but it was just a strange feeling from entering the parking lot to entering the store, felt like a maze. There's nothing really exciting about this store, for some odd reason, felt like I was in the twilight zone. It was just a random visit probably won't make any other random trips to this location.

I like the renovations that are happening. Some employees seem to not want to be bothered. We advised one employee that someone stole several packs out of a 12 pack of pool chemicals, and he proceeded to blame us.
