Their Current MA’s are extremely rude, they talk over you, fast talk, and gossip about the patients. When booking an appointment this facility failed to let me know of the necessary documents I needed to bring, I couldn’t even be seen the by the OBGYN. I will not be coming back to Hollywood’s location. Very unprofessional.

I love this place Front desk staff are so nice and very helpful. They are supper helpful with scheduling n needs. All the nurses are just awesome and are so kind.Very time too I have had blood work they are supper at blood draws! I am pregnant so have to come often and love going there because everyone is so kind and caring. The midwife are amazing and so caring. This will be my last baby but I am so glad I found them as I moved from out of state from Chicago. This place reminds me of my ob back home. I would recommend anyone to this place.The nurses and the Midwife take time to get to know you an answer any questions. I tried a few OBs in Memphis and midwifes are way more ahead in medical practices then The OB’s I have seen and seem to know way more then half the OBs. If your going to have a baby this is the place to come.I cant say enough good about this place.

REGIONAL ONE HOLLYWOOD DOESNT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR OFF OF CUSTOMER SERVICE ALONE. IVE BEEN GOING FOR 3 YEARS FOR THE MIDWIFE SERVICE(WHICH IS GREAT) BUT RECEPTIONIST HAVE ALWAYS BEEN TERRIBLE, UNHELPFUL, WITH POOR AND NASTY ATTITUDE. IDC IF IT IS "CONVENIENT" DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Long waits, horrible receptionist, wouldn't print out test results I needed, and even scheduled me when there was apparently nobody there to see me. Worst clinic I've ever been to

I actually love this place and the people. The doctors were always very nice and they took their time with me during my pregnancy. All of the midwives were always nice and made sure that I was alright and all concerns were met before leaving my appointments. I'm very introverted but Ms Terry got me to come.to the group sessions for the expecting mamas and I enjoyed it. I would choose them all over again and the regional one hospital where I had my baby. You have to try this place for yourself to find out. As everyone's experience is obviously different. But I have no problems with this place at all.

I love the midwives there. But what I am not appreciating is that I am constantly getting the "after hours" phone service DURING business hours. I NEED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE!Someone is not doing their job!

They will gossip in the next room about you that’s why I’m changing locations and say they will call you back when you tryna get important information and will never call you back they act like they too busy when people barely come there and they are also very rude whenever you asking questions on the phone but I can say it was only one nice lady I came across but the others are pure rude this location is in the hood so I guess that’s why they act hood.

If pregnant wouldn’t go to location they constantly canceling my appointments and telling me to call back to reschedule call back to get no answer I’m 8 months pregnant and haven’t checked on my baby since last month due to them constantly canceling my appointments then told me if I’m so concerned about my baby to go see another obgyn knowing nobody will take me because I’m so far along in my pregnancy

The worst experience ever. Never go. Do not trust these people with your health. They need to be shut down and investigated.
