This was my first time going to the FedEx Forum. It was amazing!! I went to see a Memphis Grizzlies game. I didn't realize that so much happens that isn't shown when you stream or watch on TV. I was in the seats near the top and due to the layout everything was perfectly easy to see. The fans and energy in the building was awesome and the tickets weren't bad. The main thing is parking. DO NOT unless you want a guarantee or don't care about the price use the parking place sponsored to use for the forum. Instead just go down and street or whatever and you will find plenty of other parking places some even closer. They are normally $5-$10 but not $20 and up like others.

Staff was great, very friendly and helpful! We are Celtics fans, but heading to a Cowboys game for my son's senior trip and he wanted to try to get an NBA game in as well. The Grizzlies is what we decided on and we were not disappointed... Great time and experience! Thank you staff 😁

We went for a Grizzlies game. Although I'm local, this was my first time going to a game. And, I had a fantastic time. Outside of the game being exciting, the entertainment on the breaks between the game was outstanding. There was a good selection of food and drinks to purchase, and the lines moved very fast. As a bonus that smokers would appreciate, the had a great outdoor smoking area. Great experience!

Just had an amazing experience with my 8 year old son watching the Grizzlies from floor seats. He got a high five from Ja Morant which was the highlight of the night for him. I was very pleased with the courtesy of the ushers and all the staff around. Also, they had on site covid testing for those who had certain seats as a negative test or a vaccination card was required. It was a little difficult navigating the venue but all in all....amazing time and some memories for little man and me to cherish forever.

New Edition Concert last night was lit! We enjoyed ourselves to the Max! We were in the 218 area and the Customer service was so nice. Our bartenders were so kind; thank you young ladies. So Memphis knows how to Show up and Show out! I had conversations with a bunch of people that were feeling just like me Happy!!! The wait to get it was seamless and security did their thing. The process of e ticket was really nice. I didn't get a chance to eat But from. What I saw it looked nice. I photographed everybody! AnD EVERYBODY LOOKED GOOD!

I just wish the seats were a little bit more comfortable. I know it's my first time but I think next time I'll sit on the bottom level. If you got long legs and you sitting at the top you're in trouble but other than that I enjoyed it

I never went into the forum. I took these pics outside of the Forum which I thought was pretty cool. The guitar is taller than I am. Just to the right is the rock and roll Museum. This is the museum that has the cool technology where you walk up to an exhibit, enter a three digit code on the device, then listen through personal headphones to the recording associated with the exhibit. Good tech!

Went to a playoff game and the atmosphere was electric. I had no voice the next day. Getting in had a giant line but it moved pretty quickly. Good and drink options looked good but I had just eaten so didn't get any. Location is amazing because within 3 minutes you're right in the heart of Beale St.

The venue was amazing, the vendors were amazing, and the employees at the FedEx forum in Memphis was so helpful you think they were getting paid just don't people where their seats were. And I got bumped up from having assigned seats to being on the floor through the whole show. One of the most amazing experiences of my life.

Great arena! Went for a Grizzlies game while in town for the Liberty Bowl Nicely set into a space right next to Beale St District. Space is open, updated, and clean. Lots going on and lots to see inside on game night. Live DJ on the second level was super cool. So many options for food and drink. Wiseacre on-site..πŸ₯³.

Very nice Arena. Great view from the lower permanent seats but I wish they had a bit more leg room. Be prepared that entering is much like going through TSA but that's understandable.

Enjoyed my experience. But the fake TSA folks gotta chill. I get you are doing your job but this is not TSA, barely security. Besides the attitudes from the β€œrent a cops”, the establishment is nice. The floor is great and so are the seats. The energy grows as the team plays and you can feel it. Right next to Beal street so conveniently located.

Great arena that is clean and feels safe. I do feel the entrance could be improved. Standing in the cold to go through security isn't the best. The food price is steep, 18.99 for a burger & fries. Overall, it's a good experience.

Extremely nice venue. It was very clean and lots of areas to get concessions. For the concert we went to, we were in the β€œnose bleed” section, if you will. Those stairs were very steep and rows were narrow. I could see that being a seriously dangerous situation if someone had a few beers in them and then taking a nose dive down flight after flight of stairs. Other than that the sound was amazing during the concert and everything was really well maintained. Security checks at the door were fast and everyone working seemed to enjoy their job. Heck, even the woman behind the concession stand on the top floor was all smiles and even remember me when we went back for another drink. I could definitely see myself coming back for another concert.

Great arena for sports. Safety of the fans seems to be a top priority. Get the arena parking!

  • 5/5 Richard V. 5 months ago on Google
This arena was an enjoyable experience overall. It is well marked, easy to get to, has lots of surrounding parking, and the staff was professional/nice. We went through security quickly and were able to find out seats easily. They also had a decent selection of food and tons of team merchandise. πŸ’™
