Love love Shelly!!! She’s absolutely the best! She made me feel super comfortable and she’s very knowledgeable about everything. She made my experience super pleasant. My husband and I visited the Wolfchase Galleria location. After receiving underwhelming service at Zales we decided to pop in. Boy were we in for a treat! We were greeted with a smile and wonderful customer service. We purchased the first selection she showed us immediately! Both young ladies jumped in to assist us; cleaning our jewelry and giving us suggestions on good eateries in the city! Best experience EVA!!!! We will be back!!!! Thanks Ladies for my new bands!

Only reason I’m giving a five star is there isn’t an option for a ten star review because they deserve it!!! Had just a wonderful greeting by a lovely Mrs. Doris. First impressions are everything and man did she really do a great job. Pointed me straight where I needed to be, and got Robert Stewart the store manager to bring his expert experience on the product and amazing people skills to help me pick the perfect wedding set for my wife. Never felt pressured to go in any direction than what I wanted. They delivered big on this one and I thank y’all so much!!

Customer service is amazing, and prices are reasonable. But I keep going back because my wedding ring came with coverage as long as brought in and inspected. This also made time for me to build meaningful relationships with the Staff. They’ve seen my husband come in and pick out an engagement ring. and my now 7yo grow up. Highly Recommend.

They have done remarkable jobs in reinventing(remaking) old jewelry into new, contemporary pieces that I LOVE wearing. I have bought beautiful pieces from them. I had a diamond to fall out of my ring, so I took it there to be repaired. Not only did they replace the diamond at an amazing price, they made my dull looking ring look shiny and brand new again! Robert Irwin is the ONLY place I go for any jewelry needs. Their customer service is unbeatable, their product quality is unmatched, and their prices are fair. I drive across town to go to the Perkins location, because there very personable. I don’t normally recommend businesses, but I recommend them to ANYONE with jewelry needs.

Robert Irwin Jewelers is great! They repaired my favorite sapphire ring that was destroyed by my dog. When I took it in for repair, Bryan was able to reshape and resize it. He looked for a matching sapphire and found the perfect one for my ring. I love and have worn this ring for more than 20 years. This is the second time they have repaired it for me. They are my favorite jewelers and I love them!!

As always I received excellent personalized service and attention. Mr Robert and Ms Doris took great care of me. It is my first time buying an engagement ring, I needed a Ring that fit my expectations. I had just a couple days of time frame to get the right engagement ring for my fiance. And The staff made it happen for the next day. The staff was very nice and helpful specially Taini Hill. I’m pleased with the work they did for me. My wife and I went to Robert Irwin Jewelers to have her wedding rings cleaned. Rob took the rings to clean them and While we were waiting, Shelley showed us some rings that were on sale. One in particular was a Tanzanite ring that was a great deal on sale and looked great on my wife’s finger. We ended up getting the ring. Rob brought my wife’s rings back. Rob did a great job cleaning them and they looked brand new. Both Rob and Shelley were very knowledgeable, friendly, and just all around nice people. With this type of customer service, we will continue to shop at RI Jewelers.

I had to replace a center diamond that fell out of my beautiful ring. Shelley helped me to find the perfect stone. She was knowledgeable and attentive when presenting the various options for replacement. She kept me informed as to the progress on my ring & I didn’t have to wait long. The result was a magnificent diamond which was perfect for my setting.

Amazing! Great customer service. I was treated like family. I had a huge entanglement of necklaces & the employee who helped made sure to gently untangle every single piece successfully.
