After everything they tried to do to ruin our wedding day. We would not recommend this place. We booked this place for the eve of our wedding due to it's close proximity to our wedding venue. To avoid the hellish travel from the metro some of the bride's friends decided to tag along. More than 20 days before our arrival we shared that their place was going to be our prewedding location and we asked if we could extend so we could have a photoshoot. We were advised that we would pay 500/hr for the extension and we would have to move houses so their team could clean the main grandeur house. A day before our arrival, we asked if a large rice cooker was available and we were advised that there was. Arrival day. Not all of us arrived at the same time, the group arrived minutes to hours apart. We also had the bride's mother, sister & nephew drop by to leave gift items since they were residing nearby, when it got late they left to go home. There were 13 of us including 2 kids aged 6 & 4 who spent the night at enchante. Morning came and I met one of the people from enchante, introduced myself as the groom and had a quick chat about our wedding venue, she was asking for market competitor information, so I willingly shared what I knew about Hacienda Solange's offerings. She also shared some offerrings enchante had, she also mentioned that one of their old bookings also had a similar setup as ours, enchante then Hacienda Solange as the wedding venue. At the time I had no clue I was already speaking to one of the owners of enchante, she did not introduce herself. Late in the moring the wedding prep team started to arrive, the makeup team were the earliest, the rest I was not able to note, but I know our florist arrived and dropped off his work, our coordinators and assistants also arrived, our AVP team also arrived as scheduled. Basically your wedding support team. They all started working on the bride. Some also started working on guiding me. People who were going to be included in the photos also started arriving, the children for the entourage, men and ladies, etc. Right before noon I was informed that there was a problem, I then was asked to speak with the lady I had spoken to in the early morning, she appeared to be agitated now, she was describing charges for people who arrived before 9am, then 10am and 11am and so on. She was describing each head will have to be paid for based on the duration of time they were inside the property, it felt like she was describing charges that seemed to have been created on the fly, and I did not remember reading about them also so I had to ask questions in order to make sure I was capturing the requirements as clear as I can but there were more questions left unanswered, she was also on the phone at the same time and later instead asked me to speak to the other person on the phone when she could not clarify the requirements. The lady on the fone told me to simply count the people who actually stayed vs the ones who arrived for the shoot, I told her that I will do that. Then returned the phone back to the lady who I still had no clue was one of the owners. At this point I thought all was good already. Our househelp who we brought along then gave me my lunch meal to eat and while I was at it using my hands the lady came over and was even more agitated and was threatening for more fees to be charged. So I once again asked clarifying questions, but she left the questions open and left. It was also at this time I was informed that she was also going back and forth wanting the bride to speak with her when the bride was in the middle of being worked on. The lady again went back to me really upset, she then introduced herself as one of the owners, this did not really matter to me since it was not going to change my demeanor to her. I would still speak to her the same way i spoke to her in the early morning. She then had one of her helpers pass me the phone to speak to the same person from earlier, I stood up and left my lunch open... see attached photos for complete review message.

Hidden gem in Tagaytay ✨ I commence Enchante's cleaning management. All rooms are fumigated & disinfected. The kitchen area is complete with all the equipments we needed, and my group is assured with their cleanliness and their transparency with their Kitchen Inventory because we get to cross-check all the materials we needed. The standard resort protocol was easy to follow because I read the website provided with the pictures and details I needed upon booking, so the transaction was really smooth & easy to understand. Thanking all the staffs as well for assisting us during our stay, especially with the bonfire area, all the amenities are already prepared & ready. I suggest to book the Grandeur Accommodation, super sulit for barkada!

Memorable and unforgettable stay last July! My family loved the place for the peaceful sight of God's creation. I recommend the resort to families, barkadas, and team building companies since the place is wide, and we can roam around freely unlike staying in a room hotel. I hope they include spa & massage services it would be a wonderful addition to their amenities completing a relaxing staycation. Lastly, my family enjoyed their fishing activity where the staffs have guided us all throughout. Thank you enchante for having us.

Lack of hospitality and courtesy for guests. Definitely NOT a good place to stay and feel welcomed.

A perfect place to rest with the whole family. The owners Kuya Rey and Ate Mela are so friendly and very accommodating. The cleaning system and health protocols are well observed..

Pros: The place is clean and nice though not that big. Beds and linens are clean and comfy. Kitchen is complete. I love that they have local dogs and cat roaming freely and being cared. The cat in the kitchen is very sweet and mabait. Cons: Upon arrival, they will tell you all the bawal and penalties. Na concious kami sa bawat galaw. The staff are also masungit, no hospitality, will not even greet you or smile. They talk about the count of kitchen plates, cups etc during checkin and check out, which is uncomfortable, as if they are already warning you na, bilang namin yan ha!! I respect their rules but I think their approach is the problem. There’s really not much in here. Videoke is inside a room near the pool so those who want to sing, will be isolated and not heard by those in the pool. Videoke cannot be used the next day, it was available daw only until 12mn, but we were not aware and 6 seniors kasama namin, of course hindi kami nagpaabot ng dilim sa pool and videoke. Next morning bawal na daw, pool time na lang, and then maglilinis pa for the next guests habang andun ka. Shallow part of the pool is small and no division/mark sa deep part. No bonfire for us because the wood daw were wet from the night before. I think it is expensive for a big group (1k per head in excess of 10).

My experience at Enchante farm was the most peaceful and therapeutic staycation! Here is a list of what πŸ‘€ I like about them: - The place conserves the beauty of nature and peacefulness. Breathtaking view - Japanese inspired! The pagoda at the fishing area is fantastic! - The staff was highly accommodating to our needs, and the management was very responsive during our booking process, making it a smooth transaction. The link to their website is detailed and informational, so I suggest reading it. - I appreciate the organization of the resort by providing all the checklists they explained since this assures us, guests, of their transparency. - Grandeur Accommodation is the best! KTV & the infinity pool are hotspots! - Wifi password is provided in the villa. And their bgm in the area makes our stay even more relaxing!

Location was easy to manage since they are available on Waze. They send all instructions and guides before and upon check-in which was commendable since not all resorts would be informative, so kudos to enchante! I will surely come back for another peaceful stay, away from the busy world of Manila

Catering services is allowed at their place when my group booked at their place 😁 Just arrange and communicate with enchante's booking team so that they can assist and help you for further details. Has wide vicinities and very private; Grab is also accessible and there are nearby aesthetic cafes; the best for group staycations!!

πŸ‘πŸ‘ Well-kept zoo, animals were treated well. Place is large enough to feel safe. Each tour is guided. Animal encounter is 800 pesos but I think the price is okay. Overall would recommend.
