They should be more responsible with patient reports and information, more humane, complete misinformation among nurses, doctors and administrative staff... my mother was admitted on Friday, November 5 and was never entered into the system as a patient, today they should have discharged her and she was not registered, yesterday they told us that on the afternoon of Monday 11/8/21 they were going to discharge her, and we found out a while ago from a nurse that they do not discharge her in the afternoon but in the tomorrow, but it turns out that this morning no doctor came to see her either, and neither did a patient at her bedside. What happens today to doctors who do not value the lives of others, did they not study for that???

Eternamente agradecida por la calidez humana,trato,atención y excelente profesionalismo recibido por el Dr. Carlos Martedi a mi madre por una operación de muñeca y brazo ,la cual fue diagnosticada con un panorama .nefasto y con poco tacto por parte de un traumatologo de PAMI ,que le anticipo a mi madre de mala manera que tenía una fractura horrible ,que iba a perder la articulación,con varias entradas al quirófano y que iba a soportar dolores tremendos ,provocando estado de panico y angustia en mi madre cardíaca y diabética lo que al médico no le importó . Cuando llegamos a la clínica Martedi el Dr Carlos le dijo amorosamente , confíe en mi yo la voy a curar y va a estar bien . Así fue ,a los tres meses mi mamá estaba con su brazo soldado y de alta ,se sometió solo a una operació exitosa de 40 minutos con una recuperación increíble en una mujer de 74 años .Muchas gracias !!!!

Very disappointed with this clinic, I traveled from San Luis to see my son. The doctor's attention was terrible, the secretary was super poorly educated and mistreated, they made us feel like we were a procedure, without a doubt I will not recommend them. I want to clarify that the consultation was paid individually for $5,000, which was not worth it.

The reception service was terrible. Provide staff willing to serve people well. Shifts are 15 days or more. I recommend clinics with the best response in time and attention.
