NO CHICKEN! AYAM HABIS! Yes, we can understand. But it will be decent for them to display a notice so that we need not to queue. Waste time being there just to hear lame reason. Your update / notice value more when you are providing service to customers!!!

I haven't eaten KFC in a long time. even though many people complain about KFC, we put it aside first. so excited to eat fried chicken, we went to one of the KFC outlet. ummm really disappointed. First of all, many of the food menus are sold out. It still early at that time. The rice has run out, 🌯 is finish, the 🍔 don't have many type to choose. secondly, the size of the chicken is small compared to the old one, no doubt. ( The price still the same) finally the chicken looks like it's old, bruised and black.. 😔😔😔 Hope they will improved the quality of it. Because KFC is Malaysian most favorite fried chicken.

The some of the staffs have almost zero work ethics. The are making loud jokes among themselves and just laze around. The lady infront of me ordered 2 cheezy wedges and 1 jelly and it took the staff more than 10 minutes to complete the order.

Bad service.. very bad customer service. Disrespectful conversation even though you want to add an order, giving food in a disrespectful manner

Business hours 8am to 12am, but food must wait until 10:30 only have..

Long queues everyday. They should think of ways to make the customers' waiting time shorter. And they should have stock of items on the menu so that we don't have to wait 10-20 minutes upon ordering.

Ordered both original n hot&spicy chicken but when tasted...no difference at all. Couldn't enjoy the meal. I thought there is a standard recipe for all branches? This is the first time I received such a disappointing meal.The worst experience I ever had at KFC of all branches I visited.

Had a nice meal. Unfortunately too many items on menu not available due no stock. Outlet manager should have manage the inventory better. Very disappointed 😒.

Poor service. Really slow. Fried chicken is overcooked. The store is extremely cold. We shiveringly eat the 'hard' potato wedges, fries and rice, which get cold in minutes after we take it from the counter. My spectacles got foggy right after walk out from the store. Don't know why they set the AC cold like a freezer.

Ordered via KFC APPS. I chose self collect so that I will not need to wait in the store. However, when I reached, obviously they were only preparing for the take away orders which were done at the counter. When I asked for my meals again, the staff told me that there was no more chicken, so it turned out I had to wait for at least 30 minutes in the store. What's the purpose of self collection if we still need to wait longer than the usual take away? Also, the staff preparing the food was not wearing his mask properly. Hello KFC?!

Unfortunately after I ate at this kfc I got really bad food poisoning sick!!! I don’t usually write reviews but I was so sick I felt I needed to go to hospital. A lot of the food is not available on the menu either. I really think this kfc need health/cleaning/safety check. Because the food poisoning I had was the most dangerous I have ever had in my life.

Everytime go, every time wait so long, especially use app to self collect, and always missing stuff, nasi lemak no chili, chicken no chili no spoon.. wrong drink, no improve at all.

Was there to redeem my voucher and yes it accepted...got my free meal with nice place to finish it up...

Oldest KFC in Kulim. You can choose to dine upstairs. They also have Breakfast menu. Very Polite and Friendly Staff.

Was promised to get the chicken i wanted within 8 minutes. 20 minutes went by only for the manager who was the cashier to ask me again if i had ordered and of course letting me know i have to wait 12 more minutes for the chicken i ordered. Oh and the chicken were small too. bad service bad food all around

Bussy...plus..plus.. Non stop custmour...order via food panda..alot... It took nearly one hour for me to settle my order... When I reached home...no sauce in my order..

The management should improve the people and their food ... Food are always not hot ...
