Disappointed
by
every
visit
I’ve
had.
When
I
first
started
coming
here,
I
noticed
very
quickly
that
it
wasn’t
the
most
professional
of
environments.The
front
desk
staff
is
very
kind
and
helpful
the
hygienists
and
dentists
would
gossip
in
the
neighboring
rooms
about
each
other
or
while
they
were
working
on
my
teeth.
This
happened
on
my
first
few
visits
a
year
or
two
ago.
I
first
got
a
few
sets
of
fillings
here
and
they
were
very
rough
and
done
poorly.
Upon
losing
insurance,
I
called
to
let
them
know
that
I
no
longer
had
dental
insurance
letting
them
know
I
was
temporarily
on
Medicare.
Instead
of
giving
me
options
for
payment,
they
told
me
I
was
not
covered
and
could
not
make
an
appointment.
I
called
back
afterwards,
saying,
I
was
a
new
patient
who
didn’t
have
insurance,
and
was
made
privy
to
the
alternative
payment
options
of
which
I
was
not
told
about
the
first
time
around.
I
decided
to
not
return
until
recently,
as
I
was
having
a
dental
emergency.
I
saw
that
some
of
the
staffing
had
changed
and
figured
it
should
be
fine.
After
getting
seen
by
Dr.
Sharisha
for
my
emergency
appointment
I
told
the
hygienist
that
she
was
very
nice.
She
and
other
staff
members
said
that
she
does
not
like
to
be
called
nice,
which
I
found
odd
but
figured
it
was
possibly
playful.
After
this
appointment,
I
was
given
a
quote
for
services
after
giving
them
my
new
insurance
information
several
times
prior
to
the
appointment.
They
were
generous,
and
said
I
could
split
the
payments
as
the
service
that
was
going
to
be
rendered,
was
a
bit
pricey.
I
was
told
if
they
could
not
do
this
service
because
of
issues
with
my
tooth
that
they
might
pull
it
and
was
quoted
for
that
via
my
insurance.
I
do
work
with
insurance
in
my
own
job,
and
I
know
that
things
can
change,
however
I
was
shocked
to
hear
at
my
second
appointment
that
they
ran
my
insurance
incorrectly,
and
that
the
price
that
I
would
owe
was
almost
tripled
for
the
possible
extracting
of
the
tooth.
On
top
of
that
at
my
second
appointment,
the
dentist
could
not
get
me
numb
enough
to
start
the
treatment.
After
the
last
round
of
numbing,
we
decided
to
start
the
procedure.
After
feeling
pain,
she
stopped,
leaving
my
nerve
exposed
in
my
tooth.
Quickly
after
that,
letting
me
know
that
the
tooth
would
need
to
be
extracted
in
the
next
two
days.
I
had
to
remind
the
hygienist
that
I
had
an
exposed
nerve
as
they
already
were
sending
me
on
my
way
and
asked
for
a
temporary
filling.
The
next
two
days
were
miserable.
I
was
in
more
pain
than
I
had
started
out
and
could
barely
open
my
mouth.
On
my
third
appointment,
the
dentist
started
to
numb
me.
She
could
not
get
it
done,
so
had
a
hygienist
come
in
to
do
it.
She
claimed
that
this
was
because
she
was
left-handed
but
after
talking
to
two
of
my
friends
who
are
dentists,
that
is
not
an
excuse.
After
being
numbed,
they
started
the
extraction
process
on
my
tooth.
Because
of
how
unsure,
they
seemed
with
the
numbing,
I
was
rightfully
nervous.
I
put
my
hand
up
as
they
started
to
let
them
know
I
just
needed
a
quick
second
to
breathe.
I
didn’t
trust
that
they
had
numbed
me
enough,
instead
of
giving
me
that
moment
to
breathe
they
decided
that
they
were
not
going
to
continue
and
the
dentist
swiftly
left
the
room.
We
were
not
even
able
to
discuss
anything,
and
I
wasn’t
able
to
let
them
know
I
just
needed
a
deep
breath.
They
referred
me
to
an
oral
surgeon.
Upon
calling
the
oral
surgeon
they
were
not
able
to
get
me
in
until
January.
As
they
already
started
to
extract
the
tooth,
I
knew
I
would
be
in
terrible
pain.
I
was
able
to
get
in
at
an
oral
surgeon
last
minute
at
the
end
of
the
week
(two
days
from
this
appointment).
I
called
Ridgeview
dental
so
that
I
could
switch
dentists
after
getting
my
tooth
extracted
due
to
consistent
issues
with
this
office.
The
following
days
were
miserable
I
was
vomiting
from
the
pain
and
had
to
call
off
of
work.
I
received
a
call
from
the
receptionist,
letting
me
know
she
sent
my
x-rays
over
to
the
oral
surgeon.
When
I
went
to
my
appointment
at
the
oral
surgeon
they
claimed
that
the
x-rays
were
sent
so
late
that
I
might
not
be
able
to
see
me.
