    The staff was very helpful and accommodating when I needed to make 2 appointments on a time crunch, I super appreciate the help. Only would prefer some more communication, I was originally quoted for two cavities after my first appointment, then after my second appointment was complete I was billed for 3 cavities. This was never communicated with me during the appointment. And for self pay that was fairly significant.

    Dental appointment today, I was not sure exactly what was going to happen but was set at ease quickly as the staff explained what was to be done and what should happen. They set my mind to rest and plans for my return visit were discussed. Entire visit was very straightforward and pleasant. I'm glad to have this caring team working for my Dental care.

    This dentist office is the worst one I’ve ever been to. They barely put any effort into fixing a cavity in one of my molars. It has been painful ever since they did it 16 months ago, there are also jagged edges on that tooth from them not smoothing it down. It is now turning brown and causing discomfort when I floss or chew. They also said insurance would cover 80% of the filling, and so I paid the 20% of it same day in cash. Months later they called me saying my insurance didn’t cover it and they were demanding I pay the full amount which I was not prepared for, which resulted in them ruining my credit.

    Lazy. I’ve been going for a year and have yet to have my teeth cleaned. They get you in, take a look around and tell you what you need done. No cleaning. They push you out so far to repair teeth that they turn into worse situations then they could’ve been if they weren’t so backed up and lack caring for patients. They cannot handle the demand of patients with the staff and scheduling they currently have. 3 months wait if you’re lucky. On top of it they push for crowns being a huge mark up with in house design and making. When a cavity could’ve been taken care of 7 months ago. Thank goodness I have different insurance now and can go back to my long time provider for proper care.

    I went for my first time to Gentle Dental a couple of days ago and they were all amazing and friendly. They were also very helpful, they gave me some great advice on how I can help improve my teeth, to which my previous dentist did not . I am so glad I switched to Gentle Dental!
