If you want a dentist that will continually give you infections and then leave you on your own to figure it out, refusing to see you after, this is the place. If you want bad root canals that lead to infection, this is the place. If you want your nerves cut during a cavity filling and then have it covered leading to an infection, this is the place. If you want to call because of the pain and inflammation and be met with a rude receptionist, this is the place. If you like to frequent the hospital after every single visit, this is the place. If you want dental care that doesn't harm you more than before you went in, this is not the place. I've been on antibiotics since March, they're booked and even when they can get me in next year, I have to have a cleaning before they will address the massive infection they have caused.

They were so nice the first time we went. We have a dental emergency and they said we have to schedule out 2 months for a broken tooth. I have called every day for a week trying to get in if someone cancels. This is the only dental place accepting Medicaid. Then the oral surgeon they referred us to canceled our appointment that we scheduled 3 months ago. This wouldn't be an issue but our daughter is leaving for the military. Now we can't her tooth looked at and can't get her wisdom teeth removed. Thanks for nothing.

Never coming back! Scheduled an appointment for broken tooth and an infection, went in they told me my gum and tooth were infected and the tooth needed to be removed. They refused to give me any antibiotics till after they removed the tooth (I still had to fight them on it). By the way in case you didn't know if you have an infection in your mouth novacane won't work, so I had to have a tooth removed feeling everything, they gave me nothing for pain afterwards

Very rude receptionist. I needed a tooth filled that the filling fell out(yes this dental company that did the original filling, that fell out) but she insisted I get a cleaning first then come back for a filling. I didn't want to do that so she told me to find another dentist. This place has gone down hill quickly.

Always loved this place until- Approx a year ago I broke a tooth. It ended up needing a root canal. My appointment, that I waited almost 3 months for, was over 2 hours long. Then watched the dentist get into an argument in the room with me. All the techs refused to work with him. I uncontrollably clench my jaw- never offered a bite block- just told repeatedly to stay open. For over 2 hours. Today they call me and ask me to come in early if I can- I was on the high way and could not answer. I show up and sit in a room for almost an hour. Then they tell me they took a different patient instead of me. Even though I WAS THE ONE SCHEDULED. How do you just give away an appointment when the patient showed up before the appointment was scheduled for?! Ridiculous management. They make their problems within the office the patients problem.

Thought it would be a good idea to go back there after the other doctor left but seems to still be the same. I’ve tried calling over and over for weeks now and not one damn person can answer the phone?! Then sit there and blame you for missing appts cause they don’t know how to pick up phones. This is the last time I’m going there. I’ll go somewhere else that actually cares about there patients and actually wants to help them.

Debbie the hygienist was amazing! Her bedside manner and positive personality and she did great work. Dr Patel is great too. The staff at the desk are always very helpful and friendly as well

I came this past Tuesday with a painful abscessed tooth. I wasn't given enough novacaine even though I told the dentist that I wasn't numb enough before we started but was told me it was supposed to feel that painful. I could feel EVERYTHING. I told the dentist SEVEN TIMES that it shouldn't hurt so much. I was crying and asking why the pain was so bad. I this was one of the most painful experiences of my life. Oh, and after all that the dental assistant told me I had an attitude problem. No, I had a PAIN problem. No one should ever have to bear that type of pain.

The lady who pulled my teeth a top, was very good person. She did very gentle and she cared about us. Great job. Keep up the good work. Good luck with the baby.

Terrified is an understatement. I despise the dentist. Cleanings are always a nightmare to me. This is the only place that I trust to do any work. No matter how much I (respectfully) protest about my teeth, they’re insanely compassionate, patient, and kind. If you need work done, 100% come here. You’re in great hands.
