This was my first time trying salt therapy & foot detox. The store itself is very well set up & inviting. The staff is very knowledgeable and welcoming. The cave was relaxing, some people fell asleep. You are not allowed electronics inside though. The foot bath in the massage chair was nice, I was shocked by the amount of toxins released from my body though. My experience was wonderful, and I will be returning.

I love this place!! We had the foot detox and it was very relaxing!! We sat in the massage chair during the foot bath and it was SO relaxing. Also, the staff was so friendly! I really appreciated the great customer service. I didn't do the salt cave (unfortunately they were booked for the weekend) but next time I'm in Cleveland I'll be back.

The Himalayan Salt Cave was amazing!! My friends treated me to a wonderful experience. First we began looking at the various salt lamps, salt pieces, soaps, lotions, and other body are items. The store is very bright, clean and refreshing. Before entering into the salt cave, you must wear booties, which are provided by the staff. The cave is all salt! Salt on the floor which reminds me of sand. There are heated chairs that recline. Headphones are provided. While relaxing in the heated chair, you listen to soothing waves; reminds you of the ocean. It’s very soothing and peaceful. The entire time in the cave was 45 minutes. After the cave experience, we took time to have a foot detox. That was 15 minutes. During that time, the toxins in your body are pulled out of your body via ionizing water and Himalayan salt. If you’re looking for a unique experience, check out the salt cave!

Took my mother here for her birthday. She is here in Ohio visiting and this is one of the things we had planned for her day. The place is beautiful. I don't feel like the employees are friendly. There wasn't a greeting when we walked in like places of businesses usually do, and when the girl asked how I would be paying and I told her I HAVE A GROUPON, there was complete silence. I was looking for it on my phone so I didn't see the two girls at the counter give one another a look, but my daughter and my mother did. I wish I would have seen it because I would have said something. Needless to say, I will not be returning. I was talking about going with my best friend, but after that, yeah no thanks. You should treat everyone the same, and could have had a potential customer who CAN gladly pay full price. Anyways, much success on your business.

VERY relaxing experience. The 45 minutes flew by! My sinuses feel amazing, and my skin is super soft. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend 👌

Highly recommend. Incredibly peaceful and rejuvenating. The whole shop was lovely. Maddie was so knowledgeable about everything. She and Emma did a wonderful job and really elevated our experience.

They do not consider Correctional Officers first responders. Last I checked, we don't call the police, ambulance, or fire department. If you're a Correctional Officer, or a family member, or friend of one, do not support this company. They won't honor the discount.

The salt cave is incredibly relaxing and peaceful. Peaceful so long as you wear the noise cancelling headphones when someone snores. I counted 281 fiber optic "stars" on the ceiling. Anyone care to validate? The staff is very courteous and helpful. I will definitely be going back.
