The orthodontist who is only there on Thursdays forgot she was having a baby and scheduled patients during the week of her maternity leave. Then decides to wait until a week before the appointment to let everyone know you have to reschedule. Being a mom I knew about the time I was due and planned accordingly. Now my daughter is going away for the summer and won't get her envisiligns for two months..potentially screwing up 2 years of progress. Dear Owner, Your response is simply not true. There was no medical emergency. You've done this other times before. I don't ignore patterns, they show the truth of how you run your business. The trouble is, this isn't just a business, you are responsible for people's health

My dental hygienist was so kind and explained everything so well to me! The ladies at the front desk were also so welcoming and patient with me. However the dentist who saw me didn’t even introduce himself he just started examining me and was very standoffish which I did not appreciate very much. He made it seem like I was inconveniencing his day by coming in for an appointment which made me uncomfortable. Very disappointed

This office is, or was, very disorganized. I often had to call them to remind them of appointments that needed made. The dentist changed while I was there, so my treatment plan was drastically changed. I was given incorrect information multiple times. I was told some procedures were covered by insurance, that ended up not covered by my insurance, and vice versa. Then I was sent to a far away office for an appointment, and never told that I needed to bring $1,700 with me for the appointment, making me waste a bunch of gas and miss a half a day of work. All in all, I was with them for nearly two years, and almost none of the things I needed done were done. Once I was fed up, I went to another dentist, and they made the whole process so much smoother. Their office was run well, and they got done in two months what Hudec could not do in 2 years. The only thing they were ever on top of was trying to collect $17 I owed them for a fluoride treatment, once I owed them a tiny bit of money, their persistence finally surfaced. Might reccomend for just normal upkeep, routine appointments, but if you are going in needing things done, this is not your dentist!

All of the ladies were very nice to me. I was nervous because I was new to this office. I so happy to be a patient there!!

First time at this company and at mentor location, would really like to thank Shannon for making the whole experience great as the wait between everything was long. She was very nice and professional. Thanks again!!! 😁

The staff was very friendly and efficient. They addressed all my concerns including offering me the breakdown of serciced.need in my treatment plan in a wey thai ai could understand it, not a bunch of technical jargon and "pushing" of services.

If I could leave a zero I would unprofessional and not helpful at all. I called the oral surgeon office about a surgery I was referred for after my visit to the dentist, and the lady informed me how they never even put my info through and haven’t contacted my insurance company to get approval for them to do anything and she doesn’t understand why they haven’t did that as well as I don’t either. So I’ve been sitting here with impacted teeth for over a month and they could care less as well didn’t do any teeth cleaning just very dismissive I felt like they wanted to hurry up and get me out of there and then told me to ignore a tooth that’s growing crooked into my gums a tooth I was already referred to get removed in 2013 and I felt that was really irresponsible of a dentist to recommend that.

My experience was great. Thank you Dr. Lu & his Assistant! Everyone was very nice.
