Howard's is the best real jewelry store in Lake County. The entire staff is well trained and experienced in the trade. Sherry helped me customize an engagement ring and wedding band. Her patience and frequent communication throughout the crafting process was greatly appreciated. My fiancée is frequently told her engagement ring is the most beautiful and original they've ever seen. Even if she told me no to the big question, Howard's and Sherry would still get 5 stars.

The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They were very patient as it took me a while to decide. Sherry and Tina were working together that day and they were both very helpful. I briefly went to another jewelry store in the mall and came back to Howard’s quickly. The other store had less than half the inventory and not nearly as much knowledge or helpfulness. You could literally see the high quality of the beautiful jewelry pieces in the cases. The selection was amazing! I barely found 1 white gold natural gem stone ring at the 3 other stores (Mostly sterling silver). My very friendly, knowledgeable & helpful jeweler Ken showed me at least 6 different rings I picked out. He also was super honest and informative about each ring. I felt like I was buying it from a family member! I walked out with an amazing ring for an amazing deal in a beautiful inner box, outer box with an attached satin bow and in a regal looking bag with tissue. I don’t even have to wrap it! Thank you Ken! It’s been a long time since someone has treated me like I treat other people & it was a perfect way to end the day!
