Went
in
the
store
to
look
at
bikes
for
my
kids
for
Christmas,
selection
was
poor
and
was
told
we
would
have
better
luck
ordering
online.
Went
home
and
ordered
two
bikes
online,
one
was
available
in
the
store
and
one
was
not.
Within
a
few
hours,
a
voicemail
was
left
for
me
stating
the
bike
would
be
ready
within
a
few
hours,
that
it
was
already
assembled
and
all
they
needed
to
do
was
pull
it
off
the
rack
and
inspect
it
and
would
have
it
ready
within
a
few
hours.
I
did
not
go
pick
it
up
that
same
day,
but
went
to
the
next
day.
The
bike
was
not
ready
at
all,
the
bike
area
was
an
absolute
mess
with
paperwork
all
over
the
floor.
Multiple
people
walked
by
and
didn't
help,
and
finally
we
got
help
and
the
paperwork
was
lost.
The
employee
was
more
concerned
with
locating
his
lost
phone
instead
of
helping
us.
Random
blank
paperwork
was
provided
to
fill
out,
and
it
was
clear
that
we
were
a
huge
inconvenience
to
the
store
employees.
I
do
not
believe
the
bike
was
inspected
at
all,
despite
the
voicemail
indicating
otherwise.
This
was
an
absolute
mess
and
is
unacceptable
considering
how
much
money
we
spent
on
these
bikes.
I
am
less
than
impressed
with
this
location.
