Do not order a bike from here. What a joke. Don't waste your time like they wasted mine. My 9 year old walked out crying after the bike associate could not figure out how to assemble the bike and blamed it on the frame. Completely disappointed.

I love Dick's! Great place to go as far as selection goes. I feel like the employees aren't as knowledgeable about the products as they should be. I also feel like Dick's is a little overpriced compared to the competition. Overall I feel like this is a pretty good store, but it depends what you are looking for.

Went in the store to look at bikes for my kids for Christmas, selection was poor and was told we would have better luck ordering online. Went home and ordered two bikes online, one was available in the store and one was not. Within a few hours, a voicemail was left for me stating the bike would be ready within a few hours, that it was already assembled and all they needed to do was pull it off the rack and inspect it and would have it ready within a few hours. I did not go pick it up that same day, but went to the next day. The bike was not ready at all, the bike area was an absolute mess with paperwork all over the floor. Multiple people walked by and didn't help, and finally we got help and the paperwork was lost. The employee was more concerned with locating his lost phone instead of helping us. Random blank paperwork was provided to fill out, and it was clear that we were a huge inconvenience to the store employees. I do not believe the bike was inspected at all, despite the voicemail indicating otherwise. This was an absolute mess and is unacceptable considering how much money we spent on these bikes. I am less than impressed with this location.

Better than mediocre because the prices aren't too bad and neither was the selection of Nike Jordans and Air Force 1! The price was so good I got a pair of each!

Walking around aimlessly through the whole store it wasn't until I reached the shoe section when I finally was asked if I needed help finding anything. He honestly was a little too helpful, but it was nice to be acknowledged.

I took my very small 4 year old there yesterday to get stuff for Tball, the man that helped me was so sweet and nice to my daughter and really tried to help us find what she needed, we struggled with sizes cause she’s so little. He looked online for us, called the back of the store and made sure he did all he can, we found a bat and glove and lost hope for cleats and pants. Then in the check out line the man and the manager found us with the smallest pants and shoes they could find in the store! Then another fella came with 3 different pairs of cleats and pants! She is so excited to start playing and you all were so helpful! Thank you!

More of a clothing store than sporting goods. Fishing section is small. Prices are very high.

Got my son some running shoes. They shied away for measuring his foot. Would of like and accurate size since he's growing constantly. We ended up getting a few pairs. Went to get running gear. Ended up returning it. Very pricy clothes. Went to tjmaxx and spent 80 on 2 outfits. Verses 145 on one. Unfortunately.

Eve thing is a little overpriced but I still love the store I always have a great time going there! 🙂

We only within the last 2-3 years started going here. Mainly for Disc Golf Items. They have a small amount of Disc Golf stuff but at the average price. Overall the store looks great and seems to have everything you could want. While I haven't shopped for much else, I am getting 20% of coupons all the time. My friend bought his kayaks there and said they were good quality. My wife did buy some marked down Under Armour stuff and loved them.

It's okay,but not one employee greeted me. A "hello" would be nice when you are about to drop a $100+ on shoes.

Paige was wonderful helping both my husband and me with buying shoes. Really knew her stuff.

Always so hard to find someone to help in the footwear dept. Had 3 gentlemen helping then all of them disappeared.... Thank God for a lovely lady who went to the truck to grab small football pants.

We had purchased a pair of boots in May 2019. Field and Stream boots. They started tearing at the seams. After 3 hours of the runaround with Field and Streams customers service they told me to call the store. I called and Shannon answered. She was kind, understanding and helpful. She offered to exchange the shoes as long as I had a receipt, i did. Not only were the boots exchanged but she provided excellent service. She also was patient and kind with her team members. Shannon was a gem. She made my experience wonderful. Thank you shannon.

Went for fishing line and a knee brace Ended up spending more money because of the great selection of merchandise. Got to car & looked closer at my receipt. I was charged more for an item then it was marked on the shelf. I went back into the store and they promptly refunded the difference. Excellent customer service.

I was able to find what I required ( camping gear). Needless to say, you have to look for specials or price reductions. Staff was friendly. Checkout was expedient. Plenty of parking.

Went there for sons school shoes. Understand that they are busy. Maybe short staffed on a busy weekend before school starts. Staff just seemed MIA more than normal.
