Black Friday shopping! Place was clean and well stocked. The check out lines where long, but moved fast. So many cute items. Sales were so good, I got myself a queen size sherpa fleece comforter from UGG for about $80! So hard to get out of bed now. Lol

Went there looking for Capri length jeans. I don't know how anyone can find anything in that department. It's a total and complete mess. It really is. It looks like a tornado went through there. A store should not look like that. Kohl's needs to do better.

My local Kohl's just added self-checkout registers. Instead of waiting in a very long line today, I completed my transaction (which included using Kohl's cash and two discount codes) in less than five minutes!

The best experience of this shopping trip was simply & appreciated was the cashier. I was there purchasing an outfit for my Pop's memorial. The cashier was professional, but for me it was the empathy she showed me. As far as the clothing selection, was a bit disappointed. Kohl's offers a lot more selections on line. Shoes as well.

I was looking for a specific item for an early Christmas gift. A checkout associate, Tammy, went back in the stockroom and found it for me! And she was wearing a “boot” on her foot from an injury, which made me doubly appreciative of her effort! I left as a very happy grandma.

They have in store pickup, Amazon returns, and check out system with plenty of cashiers. I find the store a mess and items difficult to find, and their prices high. They do have coupons and Kohl's cash, but a lower purchase price to start with would be more reasonable and easier. I do understand the mess is from volume of customers. They do have plenty staff for checking out but very few on the floor to help assist with purchasing.

Kohl's is always a hot mess from the sales but I love it. I just wish they would carry pants in long/tall. I want to buy a pair of pants and take them home the same day!

The selection and stock here sucks. Staff are incredibly polite and helpful though and isn't their fault. I've had better luck finding clothes my style and in my size at other locations.

Your perfectly average kohl's shopping experience. Good deals on all kinds of home and clothing items. Great place to get quality cheap shoes! Some of the home items are made very cheaply so you have to be smart about purchases. Otherwise deals to be had!

Appreciate the hard work of the Associates at Kohls. Store always looks clean and organized. They are always willing to help. Great Retail Example.

Today, my whole shopping experience at Kohls was a breeze. a clerk helped me find correct sizes; another clerk offered to help me at the self check-out. Both ladies were extremely personable, it made my day!

Used to love shopping here. Now they don't have many registers open. Have gotten rid of the jewelry, etc. and replaced it with makeup. Clothing isn't to my taste. Not many nick knacks. Ailes still too crowded. Very disappointing

It's just not the same store anymore. It's an absolute mess, and I am sure it's because they are very short staffed. I feel bad for the workers who can't keep up with how the customers trash the place. I really think people just literally drop an item on the floor wherever they are if they change their mind! Things changed when sephora went in, not the best idea, it took away the jewelry section. Now if you want jewelry, you have to check in between the clothing aisles.

Got a great deal on a Ninja blender. Love that I was able to combine coupons/offers and that you accumulate Kohl's cash on top of that. My order was processed and ready very quickly (from one night to the next morning). Staff was very polite and made the process super smooth. Couldn't have gone any better 😁

Decent store though beware of the prices. Everything is constantly on sale. So in reality, the sale price is the actual price. Otherwise, pretty basic clothing and shoes. Nike, Underarmor, Izod, and Chaps can all be found in the men's section. Beyond that, it's a grabbag of off name brands. The clearance sections are a bit of a mess. There's really no organization and clothes are on the wrong size hangars. So if you're willing to dig, you might be able to find the real deals.

They've redone their store and added Sephora. It seems much more organized now than before. Staff is generally friendly and if you can wait for their sales, you can usually get a good deal.

Kohl's has a wide selection of merchandise for most anyone and any household. They have great sales too!And...Using Kohl's bucks is great for additional savings! Store associates in their customer service area, are helpful and friendly.

I love their petite clothes section. Quality name brands that I love. The store is clean but customers have made a mess of it. No one can fold or hang up what they looked at on a table or rack. Very helpful employees. Not enough workers for sloppy customers. Good deals. I do love all the 1970 look that just came out. Colorful prints. Flashback to Sr. School year. Hahaha
