I
selected
and
ordered
3
types
of
tea
for
a
colleague
in
Bavaria
because
I
wanted
to
say
thank
you
for
the
great
cooperation.
Point
1:
Ms.
Christine
Fischer
advised
me
incredibly
kindly,
patiently
and
with
a
lot
of
useful
information
when
putting
together
the
teas!
No
pushing,
no
haste,
no
“processing”
the
call,
but
individual
advice
provided
calmly
and
with
a
lot
of
appreciation!
In
the
first
few
seconds
of
the
conversation
I
got
the
impression
that
I
was
welcome
here!
That's
what
I
call
first-class
service!
So
to
all
companies
in
this
country:
if
you
want
to
teach
your
employees
about
customer
service,
please
call
here!

2:
The
quality
service
didn't
stop
with
the
tea
advice!
I
wouldn't
have
been
disappointed,
because
the
telephone
advice
was
TOP
enough!
No,
the
wonderful
and
exciting
thing
about
the
order
I
placed
was
that
I
continued
to
receive
great
service.
After
receiving
the
order
confirmation,
I
asked
for
gift
packaging
via
email.
This
was
not
only
confirmed
to
me
in
writing,
but
was
actually
implemented
in
a
wonderful
way,
as
I
later
found
out
from
my
colleague!
My
colleague
received
the
teas
in
a
package
that
was
packaged
very
beautifully
and
with
a
lot
of
love!
Each
tea
caddy
was
also
wrapped
in
a
great
paper.
So
my
colleague
was
surprised
fourfold:
with
the
gift
itself
and
with
every
tea!
There
were
also
information
cards
about
the
individual
types
of
tea...
simply
great!
Point
3:
Some
people
may
now
think:
'Well,
there
are
a
lot
of
beautifully
packaged
products,
but
do
they
taste
good?'
The
answer
is
simple
and
quick:
YESAAAAAAAA!
My
colleague
is
thrilled
and
so
am
I
as
the
gift
giver!
If
you
always
want
to
give
something
special
as
a
gift
and
don't
really
know
what:
the
teas
from
the
Happy
Tea
Bar
in
Münster
are
absolutely
amazing!
To
be
honest:
I'm
soooo
happy
that
there
are
still
shops
and
services
like
this
in
this
country
where
the
service
is
still
very
valuable,
the
owners
and
service
staff
do
their
job
with
love
and
you
as
a
customer
can
only
think
and
say:
WOW,
wow,
wow!
