I used to getting Sunday Service most of the time in this Church during my stay in Belgium. I felt comfortable follow the Sunday Service here. It's in English service. I have met many people here with various background of countries. I do love the old/ancient architecture of the church.

The church cannot be visited, I believe, but the interest is in walking around the neighborhood. Very calm and quiet, far from the crowds of tourists and traffic. There is a park at the back of the church with benches ideal for picnicking.

The 3rd and only beguinage of Ghent that’s not under UNESCO is the Old St.Elizabeth Beguinage or Ancien Béguinage Sainte-Elisabeth. Unlike the other 2, this doesn’t have an outer wall and is kinda mingled with the city streets. Infact the main road where the tram runs is also a part of Beguinage street!

Great neighbourhood. You will see old traditional houses with awesome interiors. Probably a really exclusive and peaceful area in the center of the city.

Beautiful church, now you have Anglican services there. This church used to be the church of the large beguinage. The land was donated by Joanna of Constantinople at the time. 13th century) The strong women who lived there were those who earned their own living, the Beguines. Nice ladies!
