I love the training they give in the studio (pole and aerial dance), spacious, clean with air conditioning and very professional teachers, who teach in-person and online classes. It adjusts to your needs and economy.

Great studio, they offer pole dancing, aerial hoop and silk. Alejandra is a great teacher who was even able to teach me in English, as it's still a bit too much for me to understand everything in spanish. I came for a month for the pole clases, she is very flexible about the schedule and she explains each move detailed and also helped me working on my own pole goals. Thanks so much and if I ever come back I'll definetly say hi and pole with you!

I was in Mérida for a week and so glad I was able to train at Rock n' Pole. I loved Ale's combinations and transitions. The conditioning drills were really good and very useful to build strength and confidence. The studio is very clean and the clientele is friendly.
