Very nice, clean, safe and economical, plus the owners are very friendly, it has a super market next door, secure parking, a kitchen equipped with the essentials, ideal if you bring your car, even though you only pay 35 to 40 pesos for Didi and Uber. If you only want it to rest and you will go out much of the day, it is 5 minutes to the center by car, it has a plaza nearby and exit to Chichen Itza and Cancun, 40 minutes to Puerto Progresó and El Corchito. The nearby streets do not flood and there is not much traffic as the center is very quiet.

I was waiting for the person who supposedly rents for more than an hour and he never came, too bad because he doesn't even have a phone number for me. It wasn't pleasant even when a neighbor says that they do rent.

The place is a home made into a hotel/Airbnb shared living space. Absolutely clean, room was a bit small but fully equipped with all the stuff you need. Bathroom was separate but clean and private. The owner speaks English and is well traveled. He is always on time! The kitchen is fully equipped and shared as well. Not far from the city but do not try and walk. Supermarket is nextdoor. Higher end of the cheapest room spectrum but you can always stay at his father's hotel Pato with a swimming pool for the same price but no kitchen and not as homely. I recommend Casa Alegría!

The owner is lively and nice, he explains everything for everything you need.. well detailed and organized. It's important to read the exact location, and you have to call Jorge the owner who will come to open... We didn't know and waited outside for a long time.. Includes a shared kitchen with dishes and everything, there is no air conditioner but there are ceiling fans that make enough air. Recommended for everyone in Merida.

Excellent service, the super cool host (when talking on the cell phone it seems like he is indifferent, but no, super attentive and friendly) has all the services that a guest requires (bathroom, kitchen, television, towel, soap, internet, etc.) With a very good location next to a mini super market.

A lovely place, large and luxurious rooms, everything is clean and tidy. Jorge the owner is a very nice person. The location is a bit far from the city center, but a bus costs only 7 pesos

The owner, Mr. Jorge, was really very kind, he welcomed us in a good way. The rooms are very clean, the bathroom too, has everything you need to stay for two days.

Super recommended! The location is very good, close to transportation routes to get to where you need, and the place is very nice, comfortable and clean.
