Great place for vegan food. Not sure if I was overcharged or not. Just hope I wasn't overcharged. Would shop here again again! Update: I wasn't overcharged at all. It's a great place and I love all the products here. It is the best place for vegans and vegetarians to shop. Thank you for the service and products!

This is THE place to buy vegan imitation stuff like vegan chicken fingers or vegan cheese slices, tofurky sausages & sliced "meat", nutritional yeast, vegan parmesan etc... . Tons of vegan variety Oddly enough only one kind of tofu. If I had one suggestion it would be to get different types of tofu in the store. But it is the only place we have found for the other things I mentioned above so awesome store (expect to pay for the privilege - not cheap)

So happy to have visited Mr Tofu today. They a variety of Vegan means,cheeses,supplements,etc. Very good look.

No prices on the products. Which is a little bit weird. It’s also kind of expensive, I paid 473 pesos for 1 bread, 1 pack of chia seeds and 1 vegan cheese. It’s cool they have some special products though. They also have zero waste shampoo bars and deodorant sticks.

Great little vegan store with lots of imported replacement products at fair prices (Daiya, Beyond, etc.). They also have their own tofu and that's the real reason for my five-star review. The normal plain firm tofu was good and the macros are actually more to my liking that typical store-bought tofu (more protein and less fat), but the real star is the tofu with herbs - absolutely incredible!! I literally ate the entire 200 gram package completely raw, amazing taste and texture! I bet it's even better when cooked and added to an actual dish 😅 If you're vegan and in Mérida (heck, even if you're not vegan), you need to check out Mr. Tofu and try their stuff.

They do have a great variety of healthy food, you have a lot of options in terms of protein as well. I personally am a pescetarian, so I do love the place since it gives me more to choose from.

My gps had me lost and the clerk talked me through getting there and took the time to talk to me about the products I was interested in and also with my son nut allergy she read the ingredients for me ! Excellent friendly service ❤️

Lovely vegan ingredients!

The staff are veryy friendly and kind and also speak english too which makes communication easier for expatriates living in Merida. They have a very wide variety of vegan products includinh vegan deli’s, burgers, falafel, cheezes, icecreams, chocolates, snacks, some supplements and many other products and many vegan-organic items too! However you do need to dedicate a budget as it is quite expensive as i have found most vegan products in Merida to be in general (that is to say, vegan products are quite overpriced everywhere in Merida as it’s not a high demand cuisine preference in the Yucatan yet! ). Aside from that i give this lovely little store a 5* rating!
