I came here for gluten-free bread and found so much more. Not only is it the best gluten-free products (buns, croissants , brioche bread, sour dough etc) I’ve ever had in any country. It is also boasts an array of many local products as well as regular bread. It is a perfect place to shop and stop for a delicious coffee and a meal. The atmosphere is amazing just like the two sisters running it.

Local is the best organic shop I’ve experienced in Mérida. Not only are all their products sourced locally, or in México, all fruits and veggies are organic as well as almost all their products. Their prices are incredibly reasonable making organic eating affordable. The business is owned and run by sisters who deeply care about the environment, sustainability, and supporting local farmers and businesses. They’ve also recently opened a restaurant which uses all the quality products they stock in their store bringing healthy, nutritious options to the community. I cannot recommend the store or restaurant enough!

My favorite Organic market in Merida expanded and opened a restaurant. I’m super happy for them. The food is so high vibe and outstanding. I only ate fruit today and was quite hungry so ordered pastor tacos and the chipotle bbq burger. One of the best veg burgers I’ve ever had. And the homemade hot sauce is 🔥🔥🔥.

Amazing selection of products in a well-located store run by two very personable and friendly Mexican sisters. They speak English too! I’ve bought vegetables, seeds/nuts, coffee, and pastries from this store and every product is honestly so good; the sisters really do their research and carefully select everything that goes on their shelves. Very reasonably priced as well!

Best vegan burger of my life! And amazing smoothies, gluten free bread and Snickers bar for dessert! They were really kind to us even with 2 families and a total of 8 kids 😅

Amazing staff, delicious healthy dishes. It's a beautiful bistro style with a amazing kitchen and store offering all healthy organic options including bakery with sourdough breads.....highly recommended!

Great range of gluten free and organic products. Fresh gluten free breads, brioche and burger buns made twice a week, happy to have you place an order so you can make sure you get some. (Brioche was very soft and kept well) I didn’t eat a meal but they looked delicious.

Fantastic experience! Top-quality organic environmentally sustainable food at competive prices! Great ambience, cute and friendly dogs, and an attitude that is very welcoming to the customers! Carolina and Xochitl, the owners, have without a doubt invented a miracle right here in Mexico! A really beautiful little store and cafeteria with amazingly high quality organic and local produce with a great mission of making sustainable food more accessible. It’s also the only place we managed to find in Merida that sold organic produce on a day to day basis. We truly wish these ladies the best, and that they may continue to expand to make health conscious consumption and a better way of living available to a wider market. I had loved the concept and have been frequenting a few times. Sadly today, very disappointing. I had the pan de chocolate - it must be day old and was not very fresh. As well, surprised to be charged for a glass of plain water. Odd, I have never seen that in any restaurant.

I love this place. Even though the food, service and goods they sell are excellent, the highlight for me is petting the dog called “Chete”. One of the sweetest pugs I’ve seen / met. Worth the trip just to pet him.

One of my favorite places in Mérida! The crew here love what they do and it shows. They are so friendly, engaging and helpful. The food was good, and the attached market had amazing treats! Options for everyone.

Great food. Fresh and healthy. I loved the seating area and the attached store with local made products and produce. Only thing I didn’t like was that I ordered coconut water but it wasn’t fresh but from a box.
