I can’t say enough about how great Dr Naomi is. Her work is amazing and she is a great human. She truly cares about her patients and not about money. She took her time explaining everything and guiding me through the process. I flew in from the U.S and only had 9 days to get everything done. Dr. Naomi was able to complete 3 root canal’s, oral surgery, 4 crowns and 8 fillings in 9 days and the results are amazing. Thank you doctor! I look forward to seeing again next year.

I had a really great experience with Dr. Naomi Flores! I was staying in Merida for 3 months as a solo female traveler from the U.S. and knew I needed a routine cleaning as well as some other work. I had gone to a different dentist in Merida first but wanted a second opinion as I felt they were trying to sell me on every possible treatment. I really appreciated Naomi's communication. She thoroughly explains what she recommends as well as why. She is very honest & patient- which I really appreciated. I had 6 visits at this office & each one of them was a positive experience. I had an exam, a routine cleaning, 4 fillings, 2 abfractions & got a custom night guard. Naomi prioritizes your comfort throughout your visits. She is also wonderful at following up after visits. (truly just a very kind & thoughtful person) Finally, her prices are very reasonable, it's easy to make appointments & she speaks both Spanish & English. If I am in Merida again, I will absolutely be returning!

El doctor Carlos que es odontopediatra atendió super bien a mis peques, y es que uno es de 5 años y otro de 2 años. Tuvo muchísima paciencia con ellos y se ve que le gusta mucho lo que hace porque logro hacer que se quedaran quietecitos para que los revisen. Es nuestra primera vez yendo al odontólogo y mis peques quedaron encantados. En esta primera vez fue limpieza general y todo estuvo de 100. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
