    Unlike conventional gyms, here they do train you to improve your technique (both in calisthenics and weight lifting), coupled with the fact that there is a supportive environment from everyone and at an excellent price.

    An excellent space for growth, humility, healthy competition and sport. Calisthenics is great and I love the way it is carried out at Barzdoc because it combines calisthenics and certain gym things, they give you freedom and guide you in the routines.
